The worst costumer service I ever had. All people there are just rude, they were talking nice only to two people that I seen there while waiting about an hour, or their friends that stopped by to chat. Specially those ladies on the desk Liz and Veronica, they show with their whole facial expression that they hate customers and not willing to help. If you don’t like that place just find the one you will enjoy, instead of making other people fill bad when you serve them

I have come here twice and both times they were understaffed and can’t do tires. Don’t bother coming here. They were supposed to open at 7am. It is now 7:20am and they just NOW took their first car back. They need to hire more people here to accommodate the customers. 😕 Already two people have left and if I wasn’t pinned in and didn’t really need my oil changed and tires rotated I’d leave too. And it’s 45 minutes per car. 😖

Great price for full synthetic. I hate pulling up into the line with no one at the service kiosk. I usually have to walk into the bay to get someones attention to let them know Im there. Always short staffed, and always a long wait no matter how many cars are in for service. Some employees stand around and watch each other, and others look like they dont know what to do. Barely anyone can work a register and Im usually waiting for someone to remember to give me my keys.I only go to this location because its nearest my home and the price is decent. Dont get me wrong, the employees are very nice. They just arent very efficient.

They always do a good job. I just wish they had restaurant inside. No enough sitting area for people waiting. I love the outside view of the hillside and the moon was still out at 7am.

I was told I can bring my own oil filter and oil and they would charge around $20 for the labor but than I got into an argument about the oil I brought because they only go by what the sticker on the hood says not what the owners manual says. The owners manual happened to have another oil listed that can be used and that was the one I had brought. Plus the employees are rude, i guess this Walmart just hires anyone in need a of a gig. Plus the wait time was 3+ hours. Just go somewhere else. PLEASE!!!

This will be the second time I have attempted to get my oil change here. Each time I was not even aknnowledged by employees. Even when asking I would maybe get a dirty look and a rude excuse. I drove off each time due to the incompetence of the staff and my lack of trust in them. Based on the customer service alone I’m sure the actual work would be similar in result. If I could give zero stars I would because. I honestly wish I could get my oil change here as it would be a great convenience for me. But i refuse to give my hard earned money to an organization that is so undeserving and disorganized. If you still wish to give it a shot I’m sure your result will be a disappointment.Frustrated.

It seems that every time I go they always have just 1 person working. This makes the wait time incredibly long. 3+ hours for an oil change. The service is cheap and good though.

Terrible customer service. * GET YOUR OIL CHANGE ELSEWHERE* I have gotten an oil change here several times and maybe 1 out of the 3 times I have received okay customer service. After last night, I will never go back and this is why. As I was driving home from work, I decided to give them a call about 6:30 p.m. to see what time they closed and was told 7 pm. Since I was close to the exit and about a 5 min drive, I asked the guy on the phone, if I made it in within the next 5 minutes, if they would be able to do an oil change and said yes. I got there at exactly 6:38 and there was one car in line, I noticed the couple had gotten out of the car and were waiting at a near bench. At about, 6:45 an employee was seen parking a customer car to the side, getting off, and walked right back in the shop, ignoring the fact there were people waiting. I told my Son to get off the car and see if there was anyone there since it was now 6:50 and no sign of anyone. He said there were 3 people working on 1 car. By this time a 3rd car showed up for an oil change. The entire time, I thought the car in front of me, had been helped and probably my chances of getting an oil change, were slim. At about 6: 55, the guy in the 3rd car gets out of his car, and asked the people in front of me if they had been helped and they said No, they had been waiting close for 30 minutes and expressed that this has happened before. They were upset so they left. At about 6:58 an employee finally comes out ( older man) and says we are close I cannot help you, most of my guys have gone home. That is when I expressed that 1: I called before arriving 2: we have been sitting here being ignored 3: a car in front of me waiting more than 30 mins and left and he said, I didnt know there were people out here and started yelling and one of his guys, then accused me of lying, that we had not been waiting that long. He then agreed to only take one car, and since I was now 1st in line, he orders a worker to turn on his handheld to scan my car and do the oil change. His worker, who I did get to catch his name because he was so freaking rude and intimidating, giving me dirty looks like it was my fault no one came out to assist or talk to us 25 mins before. I made sure to look at his name tag; ANDRE. Andre was talking to me like he was some type of authority. Pop your trunk open your door whats your # Get your keys out and get out of the car at the same time the older man was upset screaming. Both of them were very rude and disrespectful, my kids were even afraid that they said, to forget it and go home. I wanted to prove a point. I humbled my self and didnt say a word. My car was done is less than 15 minutes. I know for a fact the guy in the 3rd car spoke to the store manager. What happens after, I dont know. I Know everyone wants to go home at their scheduled time, but you would think Walmart would have a sign or the guy on the phone would have said, sorry we cant see you after a certain time because we close at 7 p.m. You would also think Walmart would pay employees to stay until 7:30 or allow overtime.

Waited 15 minutes after going inside twice asking for someone to help us. Andre comes out to the podium doesnt acknowledge the 3 people including us standing ther waiting to be helped and attempts to walk back inside. I asked him If there is someone that works here and takes our car and he said that would be me but its just me today, theres only like 2 guys working here. So I said ok how long is the wait and he says uh I dont know maybe an hour maybe I didnt know Walmarts lack of customer service extended to their auto department. Wont be returning here

Had tires changed, they were friendly explained what was being done. Then done within the time that was estimated, which was quicker than I thought it would be.
