Parts brand new out of the box not working. No thanks.

THE DELIGHTFUL BONUSES ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IS, EVERYTHING. JUST TO NAME A FEW FOR THE RECORD...ITS REALLY CLOSE TO MY PLACE OF OCCUPATION, THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED IN STOCK, AND THE STORE ITSELF IS SIMPLY A THING OF BEAUTY, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. IF THEY SOLD GROCERIES, I WOULD BUY THEM THERE.

I ordered a part and said it would be here tomorrow at 9am, they were right on, love it!!

We needed miniature lights for the dashboard. The box was supposed to come with 10 it only came with 9. The box was already open. My dad said well at least we only need 6 and the guy kept saying you only want 6 of them you only need 6 kinda suggesting leave the other ones. My dad said no well take them you never know if they all work. Dont sell open boxes give us a new box. We paid full price for a open box that was missing one and ther nothing cheap.

Make sure you ask if they can locate the product you call about before driving here. You will just get apologies and not what you need. Do some inventory on your store, how about that?

In my opinion they have better quality parts than competitors.

Always get the best help here, the guy behind the counter came out to my car twice to look at what I had in answer questions. They had just what I needed

Ive came to this location 3 times. Each time I have left disappointed. Refused to return a Napa brand part purchased from a different location, claiming that they have different pricing?? So youre telling me every Napa within a 10 mile radius has different prices? Do yourself a favor, order online and eliminate these phone jockeys.

Its freaking huge. I used to go to the Napa that was a hole in the wall place and then they moved. Its freaking huge. I cant get over the size of the Napa. Napa has always been a place that actually has a good amount of variety and parts. But never displayed. You would look in a book read out a number and the employee would come out with your part. Then charge you about 20% less than their competitors but now you actually get to see the stuff. Its freaking huge.

I went in there to ask for a part for my car, I told marco which one I need and all the info, my car is 2015. The part I got for a 2010. So after all the hassle I go back next day, and they didnt refund me full amount. Dont go to napa.

Filed labor claim for defective timing belt 7/21/17. I keep calling Andy but am told call in couple weeks! I keep calling,but get same run around! This started end of Feburary 2017.Buyer be were! No customer support.

First few times I thought well maybe they just dont have what I need but after several trips to the store Ive come to realize the employees are not very knowledgeable and even though they have parts in stock they cant find them and theyre too busy to lookManager doesnt seem to careyou know the old oh we dont carry that anymore or yeah I never heard of that or numerous excuses that you would hear from a high school kid that just got his first job doesnt know anything about what hes doing sad part is this guy is 60 years old still doesnt know what hes doing he doesnt careEven though Im the only individual in the store theyre too busy to help me find what I needI have been going to Napa for years I guess maybe new ownership new corporate ideas customer service is not very important maybe they forgot theyre in business because of their customersWhen you go in there it looks like Harbor freight with a bunch of Chinese garbage on the shelvesShame on you NAPAIf I want cheap Chinese tools all go to Harbor freight
