Always love to go here they have good prices on most things and are always running sells. The employees are good and not pushy to try new things. And are always very professional.

Great customer service and always has the smell goods I’m looking for although it’s in the old mall inEffingham it does extremely well.

Always love bath and body but I dont think its professional for the employees to be talking bad about coworkers who arent present, especially in the company of customers. 10/10 yikes.

Stopped in to buy some hand sanitizer because I had been warned that the local Walmart was not pandemic friendly. Found everything that I needed and got back on the road. Wish I could say the same about Walmart.

I love Effingham Bath and Body the Ladies there are so nice and helpful and I always find what I want are need its just a delight to shop there I have gone to other Bath and Body stores where the lady where not very helpful I hope they can find a new location in Effingham if the store has to close because of the mall Love our Effingham store !! 🤗

Always have great deals. Their car scents are the only thing I can use in my car without getting a headache from the smell. Three wick candles are great but a much better value when theyre on sale.

The place is actually at village center mall.The staffs are very helpful. they answer the call and tell us the location right the way.

The mall is dying. We almost didnt go in because it didnt look like there were any stores still open there. No sign for Bath & Body Works anywhere to be found. We were already there so we decided to risk it and go inside. Bath & Body Works is a bath and body works and it actually is in the mall. You just would never know it based on the exterior of the mall.

This place has a great selection of beauty products and the customer service is always willing lend a hand to help you find what you are looking for, my girlfriend and I make a habit of checking these out every now and then.

Excellent experience as at all B&Bs. Only reason for 4 stars is the mall is dead, nothing much else here and the ceiling tiles in the store really need to be fixed.

Experience was great just really wish they would move to a more convenient location as the mall has gone horribly downhill in effingham il. I think there sales would double if they moved locations! They have Absolutely outstanding employees aswell. They go above and beyond.
