Just stopped in to pick up a few products. Hannah is an assistant manager from Kentucky helping out at this store for the time being. What a sweet girl and so knowledgeable. The way she treated other customers and myself was very refreshing. I haven’t always had the best of luck in this store but Hannah recommended many great products for my specific hair type and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. Sally Beauty supply is lucky to have such a bright and kind employee who loves their job. Way to go girl, will definitely be returning as long as she’s there!

Well... we have been waiting and hour with a group of other people. And they are not open. Been here since 3 pm it is now 4:45 pm. Today’s date is May the 6 th 2021

Just went to pick up some supplies Ive been needing and there was a paper written and taped to the door that said closed due to short staffed. But a woman walked up to the door, so I motioned to ask if she was open or opening, since it is during normal business hours and all lights were on. But she looked straight at me, turned around, and walked away. So I called to ask if she was open, or would be opening, etc. but no one ever answered. So, I will not be coming back to this store.

I love the products and the sales. I have found thats its even better online.

I will never be returning!! As I was shopping I had two products in my hand as it was buy one get one free. I decided I no longer wanted these products considering it was still a bit pricey for the products and I could find them cheaper elsewhere (although it was only 8.99 for the both of them). I set them back in an incorrect spot, thanks goodness, because I might have gotten ARRESTED IF NOT. The women who were working were not only rude and hounded me while I was shopping, but they called the authorities because they claimed that I STOLE THE PRODUCTS I was carrying and SET DOWN BACK ON A SHELF. I was able to show the authorities the incorrect spot I set these items down and show them the receipt and prove myself innocent. One of the workers had the nerve to say she “hoped this wouldn’t affect me returning to the store”. Yes, of course I would love to return to a store that accuses their customers of stealing at every turn! Overall, a very scary experience with VERY paranoid and rude staff. I would not recommend purchasing from this establishment!

Only go in if you want to be hounded and then accused of stealing. This place will absolutely never see another dollar of mine

I love that they have great products at better prices. I dont have to deal with the crazy at the mall or Walmart. Sallys is my goto store for beauty products from hair to toes.
