This place was our last stop for what I can describe as a very disappointing 3 day trip from Spokane to look for a first car for our 16 year old son. Its is a small, family-owned business but the vehicles they sell are in great condition. The young man who helped us was super knowledgeable and accommodating. We ended up buying a blue 2008 manual transmission Jetta with immaculate gray leather interior and very low mileage. My son loves this car; it drives like a dream! We will definitely buy cars from them again. Every step of the buying process from this place was handled with integrity!

These guys were great. I bought a 2005 Jetta from them a four years ago, right after bringing it home, I started hearing a noise. I took it in- and they replaced the entire transmission at no additional cost. I’ve had no real issues with the vehicle since.We are looking at replacing the Jetta, and this will be my first stop. The staff are really friendly and I really felt like they were trying to find me the best car for me. I got each car at a great price and I havent had any issues with the vehicles. The father & son who run this place gave me a great deal on an 8 year old Jetta. Super low pressure. I almost didnt go in because it looks SO unassuming from the outside, but Im really glad I did. I got a great deal from great guys and 3 months later the car is still running great... so overall Id say this place is pretty great ;)

Been incredibly satisfied with the Jetta I bought from them, the car has been in like-new condition and it was 12 years old! Also recently needed some paperwork I misplaced urgently and the dealer responded within minutes with everything I needed. Super knowledgeable and kind team, would recommend them to anybody!

Moe was extremely helpful didnt try to bs me or anything like That, went for a test drive and noticed the car may need some new struts down the road but other than that he sold me a solid car and was very polite and explained everything to me.in detail

My wife and I visited a number of dealers. Though we did *not* end up purchasing from Integrity Auto Sales -- simply because we found a newer vehicle elsewhere, and decided it was worth it for us -- I have to say that this Dealership seemed the most honest, upfront, and willing to help us (i.e., emailing us the carfax, saying that they can let us take the car to our trusted mechanic for an inspection, or even take it there themselves, and just being very accommodating and open). It was a pleasure.

Very nice sellers, prices and cars

I just drove away with a 2013 Jetta for a great price today! I was greeted by Reza who was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He asked me questions about what I was looking for, what my price range was, and any special features I might want in a car. I stopped at a few more used car dealerships and just did not get the same level of customer service as I did at Integrity. I ended up coming back to Reza for the Jetta and the process was smooth and straight forward. Reza was kind enough to install my plates and also included a roadside assistance kit free of charge ! I’m a full time retail manager so customer service is something I myself specialize in and if I could give this review more than 5 stars I most definitely would! Thanks again ~
