I got a new car in November of 2020! My car was nice until I brought it here. I noticed after I brought it in for a recall that it rode rough. My car made no sound before I got the recall fixed. However, I brought it in for an oil changed and I noticed that my car takes OW16 and the sticker that they used says OW20. I wasn’t aware that they were not going to use the recommended oil for my car. I called in several times and have yet to get the promised call back. The service dept also told me that no matter what sticker on the car says they use OW20 all around the board so I’m not sure if people know this. This is horrible !! My car sounds loud and runs rough!! I feel like the customer need to be informed of these decisions! Especially in these cases !!

I believe in the importance of loyalty but never would expect that from an auto dealer; time and time again Magic/Swickard have proven why loyalty is so important. They recognize every single person and treat everyone the same way. I have purchased 10+ vehicles from this dealer, worked with many different sales people, a few different general managers and have always come out feeling great and with zero buyers remorse. Simply put, they will take care of you! From the minute you walk in, purchase, maintain, sell and buy again. Go say hi to Paul, Ionel, and Ali.

I always come here for my service. The staff is super friendly and the waiting area is nice. Only bummer is how long it can take for something as simple as an oil change. Prepare for around two hours as a heads up! If you’re expecting it to take that long it’s a very pleasurable experience. Pricing is a little spendy too, but for me personally it’s worth the comfort knowing that they specialize working on Toyota cars. I will most likely always come here because I’ve had no problems in my 5 years coming here and my car remains in perfect condition!

I purchased my new 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback last week. Swickard Toyota was great! They went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted. Its a tight market and they delivered.The sales and finance process was quick and painless. My new car feature tour was also terrific. The salesperson knew all the tips and tricks, was patient with my questions, set up my phone and even did a demo emergency call with the Toyota emergency button ( Im not sure exactly what its called) but it was helpful!

Recently, I came in for Michelin tires and an oil change. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Shaylon who was friendly and professional. Great overall service and was very happy. At this point, I would have given service 5/5 stars.However, problems arose when I tried to redeem my rebate with Michelin on the tires I bought. I contacted Michelin and was told that Swickard Toyota refused to honor the rebate even though I have an invoice clearly showing a $70 rebate on the tires. I have tried contacting management for a week and have yet to receive a response.I do not recommend getting tires with rebates at Swickward Toyota. It is honestly a hassle and management will just ignore you. If you need Michelin tires with rebate go to Costco. Costco will get your rebate with no hassle.

Spend close to five hundred in tests and spark plug change. And you guys didnt wash my car. I want better service and you didnt not wash my car. Change owners did you just focus on making money. Never go just go to Roland Toyota in Everett or Lake city Toyota. You knew how long it would take and you could have offer me a car. I had to walk to Lynnwood. Great service guys : ( . The technician were good. Taking about the managers, customer focus or new owners told you guys to make more money.

When I bought a car from Twickard Toyota, The Finace department showed me wrong experian credit score 629 but my score was 702 in experian on the date I bought, due to this they sold me the car with 9.99% interest rate. Which is unfair!!! I felt like they have made on the car deal bait and switch fraud.Anyone, who can hep me in auto dealer fraud lawyers please contact me. I have lots of documents on my hand which I did not explain on this.

Sales Manager Ahmad was very helpful figuring out payoff amount and trade in value. Entire process took me around 2 hours. Today I received my license plates! If you want to be treated like you dont exist this is the place for you! Absolutely no communication. Acted like I was bothering them when asking about the status of my car. Even though it was an hour after they said it would be done. Didnt even give an answer when asked. They just printed the paper with the details of things they didnt even do. Didnt look at other things I had asked them to look at. Billed me and sent me on my way to find the car in the back lot somewhere. Treat them like they dont exist and skip this place.

My husband and I went to the dealership having done a lot of research and knew what cars we wanted to test drive and consider. Michael at the dealership was extremely helpful in finding what we were looking for and didnt push us. He was very honest, knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed. We got a great out-the-door price and was very genuinely happy with our car shopping experience here. Would highly recommend to come here (ask for Michael!) and get a very pleasant experience, which has been extremely rare, compared to our visits to other dealerships.

So disappointed. I have had a few bad experiences with this location and let them slide even though it was stuff I had to come in the following day for them to fix. Once I had a taillight out, which I had requested them to fix then I got pulled over that same evening to find out that my taillight still was not fixed. Luckily, I got off with a warning. Another time I had to go back because they didn’t bother to refill my windshield fluid. But the service I received yesterday was awful. I dropped my car off, when it was finished I received a call that the air filters need replaced so of course I agreed. When I went to pick my car up I stood waiting at the desk for this service rep to stop texting before bothering to get me checked out. I had asked him about my tires because previously they had told me the tread was wearing a bit and I should start thinking about getting new tires. He went through my paperwork to tell me they didn’t even mark what the tires were at so he went to look himself, came back and said they were fine- I feel like he didn’t even check anything because I could see my car from the window and he was nowhere near it. I checked out and left. Later that evening, I went to work and noticed my whole glove box was left hanging ajar- looking half broken. They didn’t properly put it back on after changing the cabin air filter. I tried to fix it myself and the second I touched it the whole glove box fell off and the panel underneath it too. I paid almost $180 to have my car serviced yesterday and Here I am going in again the following day to have them fix everything they did, again. I’m done with business.

Overall terrible experience with this dealership after my purchase back in July. Management doesn’t return phone calls even after an email directly to the GM. I also walked in to cancel a service contract 2 and a half months ago and the balance still hasn’t been removed… assuming they just tossed the paperwork as soon as I walked out. I know it takes a few weeks but not 2 and half months

Hadnt been to this dealership for service, but was recommended to Cameron. He was great, the shuttle driver was friendly and awesome, the bill was less than expected (what??!! No way, but true!!). Tyler, who checked out with me was terrific and the unknown young man who ran my receipt out to me when I forgot it...kind.Great experience and they were only two days in to the new Swickard name and still learning new software. Buy your Toyota elsewhereMy wife and I purchased a new 2021 Highlander Platinum a few weeks ago. The sales experience was fairly typical, a lot of pressure to buy the warranty with extreme emphasis on what was NOT covered by the factory warranty, and how expensive some of the items would be if they fail. I foolishly bit on the contract and am strongly considering cancelling. But this isnt really the issue for the one star.The vehicle we purchased, with the highest trim package, doesnt have a tow package. A port installed option to configure this vehicle with one is $795, which to be clear I had/have no problem paying.. To add one later from this same dealer, between parts and labor is $1404. I asked the finance person and salesman to see if there was any accommodation they could make such as help defray the parts or install cost, and they told me that parts and service are a different department, there is nothing they can do and advised that I try to plead my case with the parts and service department. Again, i was not asking for a free hitch, I was asking them to meet me all or part of the way between the $795 -> $1400.Mea culpa on us for not asking, researching better, and checking on the hitch. Its actually an important feature for us, and one we used a few times / year on the old vehicle we traded. But at no point in the sales process were any questions regarding accessories / features / etc... discussed. It was full court press on the warranty, get the deal signed, and send us on our way. The was no offering to explain features, pair phones, etc like most dealers would do, and the car was actually pretty dirty after looking at it during daylight hours the next morning.The kicker is they had the identical vehicle on the lot with the hitch installed. Same color, same trim, same interior, with the hitch installed, that would have avoided this entire mess.My major issue is this:After spending $51,000 on a vehicle and $2500 on an extended warranty, my expectation is they would be a bit more customer oriented and offer something towards installing the factory tow package. Nope. different department and maybe they will help. This tells me they dont care about their customers post sale. Soon as the ink on the contract was dry, I was no longer a priority whatsoever.No problem overlooking the dirty vehicle, the lack of explaining features, and succumbing to the pressure of an extended warranty is on me. Those are minor annoyances. But car salesman have earned their poor reputation for a reason, and Magic Toyota reinforces every negative stereotype. Hope it was worth a few hundred $$$ I was asking you to help cover.

I used to exclusively use Swickard (formerly Magic) for servicing my husbands car. They were always quick in and out. In the last 2 years service has been terrible. Wait times for a simple oil change are 2+ hours, no oil change performed by a dealer should ever take that long. In February I called because I was looking to replace my Honda with a new highlander. The salesman was incredibly condescending on the phone and would only speak to us in person. When I got there (38 weeks pregnant) they had us wait a good 40 minutes until someone would come talk to us. They took one look at the quote from Heartland and said they wouldnt even try to match it. I wont be recommending this dealer for sales or service ever again.

I hope I have a chance to improve this review. So far my experience leaves me never doing business with this outfit again. Icing on the cake- you cannot even leave a message. So disappointing. Bought a brand new Tacoma - loaded- paid cash. Regrets due to one and now a second problem. First - they put the wrong wheels on- second- brakes are unsafe on a brand spanking new truck. What? Where is quality control? What is my time worth - having to visit service twice within the first week of owning a brand new vehicle? Bought it last Saturday- had a mini drive planned for Sunday. Had to drop the truck at the dealer to fix the issue and drive our reliable car-the Tesla. Was I offered so much as a free car was for my trouble- nada! 🤬

Ive tried to give this place multiple chances. Ive been here numerous times to get my car serviced and have also bought a car here. The salesman are great. They are friendly and helpful. But the maintenance guys are on a whole other customer service level. They were just condescending when I denied getting the maintenance service they wanted me to do.On top of this situation they didnt pull my car forward through the garage and I had to walk to the back or the building. When I got to my car they left their paper floor mats and the number that I had to throw away myself. It doesnt seem that big of a deal but the whole thing was just annoying. I will not come back to this place

I had the worst experience the other day when my car was scheduled for normal maintenance. Been going here for year or 2 and always have been very attentive and kind. I had asked for the concierge service, which would make it my 3rd time using this awesome service. When it came time for someone to pick-up my vehicle, no one came. I had to call and was told by the service receptionist that they dropped the ball and talked to the Manager. I am fortunate they were still able to get my car in the same day, but I didnt hear back until I called around 3:30pm. They were still working on my car and said it would be another 30mins to an hour. Im frustrated, not only because the ball was dropped when they didnt show up to the appointment to pick my car up, but I had to follow-up. I was stuck at work waiting and had to have someone pick my daughter up from school. Im not sure if management changed, but Im just disappointed.

On July 27, I had an appointment to get my oil changed on my 2019 Prius XLE with 35,000 miles. I have used Magic Toyota for years and always found their service to be top notch. I get my oil changed on time every time.On July 29, I was driving to the airport and when I arrived the Low Oil Pressure light came on. I immediately drove to Burien Toyota, a couple of miles away. They checked out the car and found there was NO OIL registering on the dip stick. They put it on the hoist and found that the oil drain plug had fallen out and was sitting on the skid plate beneath the oil pan.They filled it with oil and I immediatley drove it back to Edmonds. I told the Service Manager what the problem was and he told me that These new engines are not like the old days. You can run them without oil and it doesnt damage them. I was raised in the car business and I have never heard anything like that and neither have any of the people I know who work on cars.Right then I knew I was going to have a problem. My engine is running louder and rougher and my private mechanic tells they detected bearing damage and my engine with only 35K miles has been compromised and that I am driving a time-bomb. They predicted that the engine would experience totally failure within the next 10,000 miles.I also took it to an independent highly respected Japanese auto repair shop. They said the same and actually took some oil out to look at it. They found bearing debris in the oil after only two thousand miles. Photo attached.To this day, they have avoided me, Toyota USA and the Washington State Attorney Generals office of Consumer Affairs and have not addressed the problem. They only offered me a free auto detail after first offering me three free car washes and a free oil change next time around. The last correspondence I had with them was August 3.Swickard is to be avoided. In my opinion they do not operate in good faith, they are not honest and will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. Based on my experience, they have no interest in good Customer Relations.

At first we really liked the place. The salesman are helpful and friendly. Answered questions, didn’t pressure. We liked that. We arrived for a specific vehicle in mind WITH OUR OWN FINANCING and agreed on a price before we even arrived. They even dropped the price for us $500. They wanted to run credit for “a back up plan” in case my financing fell through. I thought that was weird since my bank already pre-approved me for the loan at a great rate. But hey! If I can find a better rate, then so be it. It was late in the day and nothing was going to happen that night so we went home. Next morning I get a call saying my bank wasn’t going to finance the money but Toyota Financial will give be the loan at 11.25%. 🤔 I found that strange so I called my bank. Come to find out they DID approve my loan for the entire vehicle price. 🤨 Strange. We drove back down to Swickard and told them that we called our bank and would like to go through our own financing as 11.25% was over 3x the interest rate that our bank could do for us. That’s when things changed….. They ended up charging us for an Executive Shield +$400 ( that has clearly been on the vehicle for some time, look for yourself)”in photo) and added their own Gap insurance +$850 to the price of the car. This was never discussed in 2 separate days of dealing with them. The paperwork we had seen the night before did not reflect any “Executive Shield” or any dealer “gap insurance” why couldn’t I get gap insurance through my insurance company? They also ended up being a day late to deliver the vehicle as it surprisingly wasn’t ready to be driven home after we signed all the paperwork. 🤨🤔At the end of the experience, we feel like they pulled a fast one on us by adding these things to the final paperwork just because we went through our own bank, which is apart of the network of banks they deal with in the first place.My advice: If you go there, use your own financing! Do like I did and get pre-approved. Whatcom Educational Credit Union gives great auto loans!! Give them a call, just get everything on paper for final price before you tell them so they don’t do the same thing to you. I don’t like a surprise $1,200 added to the price of the vehicle just because I didn’t go through Toyota Financial. As you can see in the picture, they even put the extra charges in Bold. 🤨🤔Strange….

It’s nice and cozy at the waiting area. The Complimentary tea and coffee make are awesome while waiting. The “ Guess Service status” computer is great. You can see if your car is ready. I can seat here all day but i think they may wanna kick me out whenever i am done 😁

I went into the dealership after finding a particular used car on their website. I met a nice sales person who helped me and took me on a test drive. When I was leaving the sales person asked the usual questions: Trade in? No. Financing or cash? Cash. When I told him I have been considering other cars, he offered me $1,000 off the current price. When I said I liked the car he asked what would make me leave with it that same day, and offered me the price the dealer paid for the car. When I asked what that price was he said he would have to find out and get back to me. I left believing the sales person would text me the price he offered, I would have some time to think it through, and I would possibly go back. An hour or so after leaving the dealership, the sales manager called to check in. After speaking with him, I was told the sales person made promises that the sales manager could not offer. He rescinded all the offers made by the sales person. So basically it was back to the price listed on the website. He kept trying to tell me how the car was worth it; trying to sell me on the car once again. Then tried to sell me on how great the dealership is at doing their job of inspecting used cars before going on the lot. What he did not try to sell me on or take responsibility for was what happened in the communication between the sales person and the sales manager. I was irritated. The sales manager tried to excuse what happened by saying the sales person is new and that the only people who can make that offer is the sales manager. So lesson learned: I wasted my time with the sales person. Next time say hi to the sales people but only work with the sales manager.

Negative star if possible. I am so disappointed about this place for their broken service department and insulting sales department.I took my vehicle to their service department for an issue checking because my vehicle is making weird sound. I paid for the inspection fee and drove with the technician to show the issue. They had my car checked for couple hours and told no issue which I do not believe. So I went there the second time to show them the issue again. The technician assured me no issue again. But I still do not trust them, so finally I took my car to another Toyota service center. And you know what, the other place found the issue right away and fixed it with warranty coverage! I tried to give feedback to Magic Toyota about my bad service experience multiple times, but no one cares...For the insulting sales department side, I was trying to buy a new minivan from Magic Toyota, with a trade in, but the sales manager offered me really insulting price with incentive even mot match what it shows in the Toyota website and a way way lower market value for my trade in vehicle. You know what, I took my trade-in vehicle to the Car Max just across the street, they offered my 15 times more the trade in value than the insulting offer from Magic Toyota!In summary, definitely not a good place to do business with, both Service and Sales.

This is third car from them. But from the sales experience and the Maintence service. I was so disappointed with this dealership. At the sales, never told us the free oil change still exist or no? Get an oil change. I told them that I will be waiting there due to only a little bit mire than an hour. Waiting for almost 2 hours. No one come to get me. Finally I ask them. They told me it was ready more than an hours ago. But no one come to let me know? On the other hand they will keep calling my husband cause his name in on the file. Then I found out is a new ownership. We will continue to buy Toyota. But not with this ownership.

Great customer service. Anthony (Tony?) was wonderful (and dealt with several rude/pushy customers with immense tact and grace). The service team got my car in and out quickly. One of the guys in the shop (a lead or Mgr. I think) even helped with a question I had after the fact.

Went to checkout a Highlander with our infant baby and we were told to check the cars in the lot. None of the cars were unlocked and we patiently went and requested them to open the same. Again was told to go and check the cars mentioning that something will be open. Got out of there immediately. Worst customer service ever.

Awful experience. Had an issue with my Scion that could only be handled by a dealership, tried three other places but kept being told I needed to go to a dealer. Called several times to make a service appointment, kept being forwarded to the parts department instead, could never get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. Even tried emailing too.Finally went in person, but it didnt seem right to drive up without an appointment so I parked and went to the front desk first to ask. Was assured repeatedly by the front desk staff to just drive up to the service area. Did so, when I got out of the car I stated I didnt have an appointment but they said it would be fine and they took my car and drove it to the back area.When I explained what was going on she instantly became exasperated with me, raising her voice and saying in a nasty tone that she wasnt going to pull a technician off another job for a mystery when I didnt even have an appointment. That is clearly not what I was asking. Who said anything about pulling a technician from another job? I asked how I could make an appointment then. Then, and only then, was I able to schedule something - after weeks of trying to contact them. She scheduled me to come back two hours later - but even then, the appointment still took hours to complete. Worse, they only partially resolved the issue.If I ever have another problem that requires the dealership, I will go elsewhere.

I had a terrible buying experience here. I was told that the vehicle I was interested had multiple features that it simply did not, yet was priced as if they were installed. When I went back to the dealership and asked about this I was not treated like a valued customer. I will never buy from this or any other Toyota dealership again after this experience.

Magic Toyota of Edmonds sales team are completely disorganized and seem not to care about potential customers when they inquire about trade-ins. I only came across this when I was pestered by Brandon the acquisition manager and the internet manager. This is disheartening because Im looking for a great Toyota dealership to service my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Though the departments do not directly relate to each other meaning cells acquisition and service the complete disrespect and disregard makes me wonder if their service department would do the same.

If I can leave a 0 star, I would! This is a terrible dealer. They gave us a good price to bait us going in. We decided to go with the model we had previously looked at and were willing to negotiate with the price they offered. AFTER WE ARRIVED, the sales told us he gave us the wrong price, which he was based on the lower model. The sales kept apologizing for his mistake, so my husband and I understood people can make mistakes and were still willing to negotiate buying the model we wanted with higher price (3K more than the amount used to bring us in). He said that since they didnt have the color we liked, they needed to get it from a different dealer and need to charge us an extra $300 for the transportation fee. Not ideal, but at this point, we thought we could go in, start the paperwork and be done in a reasonable time (because of the Covid, we didnt want to stay in the building and many of the staff were wearing their masks under their noses!). Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was another person, I assumed a manager, told us that the transporting fee was $1500, not $300. We were really not happy about it. Therefore, we were going to get the one they had in the store, just different color. Unbelievable, they changed the price again, $500 more than what we agreed on. This time he said it was because he copied the wrong key number! This was an absolutely horrible experience! Between the multiple bait and switches and blatant dishonesty, I would never purchase or recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from here.

Went in yesterday 6/29/21 for a pre buy inspection and was notified by the advisor that I had an issue with my front cv axle. I drive a Scion FR-S which is rear wheel drive.This raised a concern for me due to the fact that my car does not have front cv axles so I questioned the advisor “my car does not have front cv axles” he responded with a smirk on his face “well then how are the wheels supposed to spin?” I told him that “the front wheels are on a steering knuckle and ride on the spindle” the advisor stepped away and came back to me and apologized that he was incorrect. We went through the inspection and a lot of information was incorrect.I called and spoke to the potential buyer and he decided not to purchase the car but after explaining what they deemed “wrong” he is still considering the purchase.I wish the advisors could have a better understanding of the vehicles and what components they have.This is the second and last time I will be taking any of my vehicles to this dealership. The first time I had a recall done on my frs. They got it done in a timely manner but had a check engine light come on within 3 miles of the recall. Took it back to the shop and they found that the vvti solenoid had silicone in the oil passage. I was quoted a ridiculous amount and again, questioned their judgement. I told them that they were the only shop to ever do any internal engine work on my vehicle. The only way contaminates could enter the oil system is when they reseal the engine. Thankfully I was in the right and they covered the bill but if people don’t know much about cars they could be spending money on things that are not actually failed.I would like to be contacted regarding my most recent appointment.Update still no phone call

I bought Corolla here in February it was a very pleasant experience. Usually I get really annoyed talking to salesmen but here it was comfortable to speak, he was not pushy, as I saw in some other dealerships. Everything went smooth, I got all the details I need regarding a car and what Im paying for. As a result I ended up choosing this one among 2 dealerships. I also completed my first service here too. Although it took a bit longer than expected, it all went without any issues.

Very painful! They lost one of my sets of keys. Eventually they mailed an uncut and not programed key. That took a month to get. I live in Tacoma and wanted to use a local dealer to get my key programed. The sales managers never returned my calls to figure out which of the two Tacoma Dealers and who I should talk to to get my key programed. After no contact I received a cut and programed key. I also was not able to drive my brand new behicle for two weeks because of no plates and an expired temp tag. My wife calls to see what’s going on and they told her to deal with it

My wife and I had the best experience buying our car here! It helps that we did research online of the used car that we were inquiring about - a used Honda CR-V) and that we went in ready to buy, this sped up the process.Arturo was our salesman and he was very chill, not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable on the used car. When it came time to negotiate, I tried to low ball the price and he respectfully countered by taking $500 off the sticker price which we were satisfied with.The finance guy was very personable and signing papers was a smooth experience. They worked with our credit union and we were able to get a great rate!We were in and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours with our new ride which we love! I highly recommend this dealership for new and used vehicles. We will be back when the time comes.

Worst experience we have ever had. We had an appointment and showed up on time for a basic oil change, and then it took almost two hours which was not expected. They also came back to let us know that our hubcaps were broke so they couldnt put them back on. So, of course we had to buy new ones, but the confusing part was they were not broke prior to coming there. The car has low miles, is hardly ever driven, and was in very good condition. We are at a loss of how two hubcaps become magically broken after they were removed. Then to top it off, getting into the car, we discover the sunglasses worn there are broken. I am not sure what is going on at this place, but I wont be bringing my car back here, ever.

I just bough 2021 toyota 4 runner limited. Very first day when we completed all paperwork, we trying to connect the vehicle with Toyota app. App wasnt show up on the screen of car. Sales man called toyota customer service, lady pick up the phone. She didnt helpful at all, suggest us wait to call back. We asked how long should we wait, she said she didnt know. I havent receive any call back since then. Then we bought a car anyway. I thought it is not a big deal and they will call and figure this out for me. Next day lady called from this dealer suggest me to do appointment for chip protection installation. I made appointment for installation. this was not included vehicle price, i paid extra.Then I called sales person, asked him how to fix the connection problem with app. He said service department will handle for you. He said he will let them know. Next day i called service department nobody picking up phones and front office lady was rude. I left voice message two of service manager explain everything. Nobody called me back. I called back sales man. He said he already told them. And after couple call sales man stopped picking up his phone. Next day I finally contact with sales man, he suggested to meet his Manager. I met the sales Manager explain everything and asked him to help to solve this problem. He nicely said he will call toyota customer service try to figure this out. And he said he will call me back as soon as possible. And i am waiting here more then 24 hour now.Finally, I love this car but I dont like service in this place. they dont have communication with each other, and I hope they dont treat all customer like me. First off my fiancé and I are currently and have been for year in customer service. I also do a lot of research before making big purchases from competitor options, to makes and models. Needless to say we have been in the “process” of buying our 4RUNNER for about 4 months. JOHN TOMKO isn’t just a sales expert but an individual who has a passion for his current and past Toyota’s. This is the difference between Magic and Rodland. We had gone to rodland to test drive anything but an SR5 since Magic didn’t have any available at the start of our journey, with that we never got a follow up call or any communication and my basic questions could not be answered. I didn’t need them answered as I knew the answers and if asked could give you the differences between each 4RUNNER in the 2021 lineup in terms of package per model. I grew up in a dealership so I know the ins and outs and we were completely impressed by John and then Mike in the finance department. Both having 4RUNNER’s themselves, they get it on a deeper level than just a salesman. I can go on and on but John Tomko is one of a kind and truly I saw him as an advisor and friend versus just a salesman trying to make commission. We also have a 2011 Tacoma and live and love the Toyota franchise and durability. I will hands down recommend John to anyone who would be looking for a Toyota and especially 4RUNNER!

Brought my pre-owned certified toyota car to get a side panel on the door looked at, and hopefully fixed. The car is under warranty, so this is covered. My husband talked to the worker and they basically told him that hey wouldnt work on the car and he has to go down to Bellevue where he bought the car because they wont accept the warranty. Im confused how a certified toyota warranty isnt covered by EVERY toyota dealership. Basically gave us the run around, so we now have do go to Bellevue. If I could get some clarification on why this is the case, thatd be great. But it came off as if they didnt want to do the work bc they didnt sell us the vehicle.

Just got a certified pre-own car and was told over and over not to worry about anything with the car. It was checked before selling and everything is in working order. Well 2 days after I noticed the cigarette fuse was not working. When I called to have it serviced the service department was rude and pretty much told me I was out of luck because they are short staffed and dont have any appointments to work with my scheadule which would be anyday after 3pm. Seeing as how much Im paying for this car I feel they could be more accommodating after having it for less than a week and already having issues.

If I could give Magic Toyota Zero stars I would. This review is well deserved because I have tried to reach out to multiple people about the troubles Im having with the car. Simply put, The mechanics are too reliant on using scanners to find an issue with a car as opposed to following the direction to recreate the problem. Its really a shame for the salespeople because this puts them into a position of trying to sell used cars that don’t always operate within spec.What I bought was a 6 year old Corolla (2014 L model with a 4-speed automatic transmission) with 78k miles. The day after I bought it the transmission would downshift hard to the point it felt as if the transmission is going to explode. Then I took it back to Magic but they were unable to find the problem. Also, I asked the techs to change the transmission fluid and make a spare key but they ignored my request.Then a couple months later I went to take the oil filter canister off but it had been over-torqued. At this point I tried to contact the manager of the lot via email and call the service department but they have failed to return my calls and emails. I took the car to Jiffy Lube but they were also unable to get the Oil Filter canister off.So if youre in the market for a used Toyota or you need to get your Toyota fixed, please do yourself a favor and skip this lot. Ive bought cars from shady corner lots that were in better shape than the Corolla I bought from these guys. Basically I paid more for the Corolla I bought from these guys because I wanted to avoid the frustration that Im currently dealing with.

Be aware guys. Ive been going to this dealership for years but recent experience made me dread going back to this place. About a week ago, I called them to make an appointment for oil change and was told that there is a recall on my Prius and that itd take total of 3-4 hours to complete. I drop off the car on the appointment day at 9:50am and was told that my vehicle would be done at 1-2pm. So far so good. I Uber back home and wait. Come 2pm, nothing. I had another appointment at 4 so I call them around 3:30 and receptionist tells me they are busy so shell have them call me back. Come 5:20pm, no phone call. I call them again and service guy tells me it is done and that I can come pick it up. I head over and the guy tells me that theyve been busy and apologized. I was upset as I had missed 2 appointments but I understood that it probably isnt his fault so kept my cool. He was decent enough to give me 6 dollar discount so whatever, I move on. I get in my car and found old mileage sticker (recommendation sticker) conveniently thrown on the dash of my car. Even by this point, I was thinking they must have been really busy. A couple days later, 2 of my lights start flickering (was pulled over by a police) and I was thinking that it must be a coincidence. I pop the hood to check what was going on and, lo and behold, I found a cloth right on top of the inverter. It smelled like it had been fried and burnt. This freaked me out of a bit because Prius is partly electrical vehicle. Im unsure whether this was an act of vengeance, negligence, or a discrimination based on race (Im asian) but I do not want to take a chance with them again. Oh well, just replace the two light bulbs and move on. Im just this putting this out there to prevent more people from becoming a victim. Find another dealership if you can.

Do not buy a used car from from them! They use high pressure sales tactics. Their certified used vehicles is a joke as they dont inspect them at all. I bought a used Honda Accord that was certified and inspected. It had a headlight that was out, was missing the hood strut (how they inspected the vehicle without knowing this is beyond me), thin front break pads, an engine oil leak, and I recently had to replace an O2 sensor. Not only that, I paid in full in cash and now I somehow have collections going after me saying that I owe them more money due to them not correctly estimating costs. If I could give them zero stars I would and I will be informing everyone to stay away at all costs.
