Great service at the service/repair counter. However, the rate is quite high, $164 per hour. When compared to smaller shops in the area, it can be as much as $50/hr higher. For small work and factory parts, this is a reasonable place to come. For more than an hour of labor, I recommend supporting a small business.

The experience was good at first. After the sale the one salesman didnt follow through with fixing the damaged and missing parts to the used car I bought. I bought two used cars from Campbell VW. I had to use a different phone to call them for them to answer also I threatened to go to the general sales manager if the items were not taken care of ASAP we waited a month and a half and still is not completely fixed

Easiest experience buying a car. In and out under 2.5 hours. No haggling, no arguments, no pressure at all and in the end with finance I said we didnt want an extended warranty and that was it, no high pressuring like just about anywhere else. Our sales guy was John O, super nice, laid back, overall cool guy. Im about to buy a newer truck and I wish they sold the kind of truck I want, Id go back in a heartbeat!

Friendly service department. Shuttle service is fast and the vans are kept sanitized, with a perspex barrier between driver and passenger. Phone calls keep you informed, and they ask you before doing any extra work they think necessary.

First car loan EVER! I commute to Seattle daily and was putting 300 miles a week on my 2006 Dodge charger, the gas and parking were killing me. I watched my mileage rack up & finally decided I was in a place that I could afford a newer car. I am 38 and have never bought a newer car because I have always been fearful of the potential what ifs. What if I lose my job? What if I cant afford it? What if something happens to me? Finally put my fears to the side & went for it. My bf is a fan of the Toyota brand, he owns a 2014 Lexus, and has been telling me the last few years that he wants me to have a good car that will hold value. He happened to find this 2018 Toyota Camry fully loaded at this VW lot at the best price hed seen, way under market value, and we had to get it. This place was easy to find. The guy did call quite a few times to see if we were still coming to look at it. I Dont recall the mans name I dealt with. I fell in love with my car instantly & had to have it. The paperwork process seems like to took hours. We were waiting and waiting and waiting.... ***insert all the cute lobby photos HERE**** They do have some really cool/old VW in the lobby area & a free coffee station with ALL the lattes, mochas, and coffees you can imagine, I had 4. lol. I was going to use my charger as a trade in but they only offered me $500, I would rather gift it to someone because it runs so good and we kept it regularly maintained since I got it 4 years ago. I was offered multiple loans from various banks & finally went with Heritage bank. They make sure you have full coverage before you leave & want to see the proof or your insurance id card. After this, another person came to get us and take us to another building to sign paperwork while they detailed my new car & filled up the tank.. guess this is a courtesy for new car buyers. That took another 30 mins. Overall, good exp with them. I got the car on a good deal because they are a VW dealer & not Toyota so they dont generally have traffic coming thru for anything but Toyota. Staff was friendly, although they starred a lot, maybe because i was taking so many pics or hit the latte machine up to much, I will never know. I would recommend going thru them if you dont mind a long drawn out process. My recommendation for you is, find what you like, if you are almost 90% sure you want it, call in advance, give them the info they need, tell them to have the paperwork drawn up and ready for you to sign. Needed some lights replaced. Showed up without appt during lunch hour(not realizing the time)but the serviceman stuck around took care of me and quickly sent me on my way

Great selection of Nissan vehicles in a very crammed campus. They do not have much real-estate when it comes to the size of this dealership but they definitely optimize the space that they have. The showroom is of adequate size and well laid out.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went in for first oil and filter change and had a great experience. Recieved video from technician inspecting car and showing critical components. Very happy with this dealership from purchase to service.

I use Campbell Nissan’s service center for my 2012 Nissan Versa. The staff is super friendly and professional and they have a nice waiting area with free coffee and sometimes fresh cookies.

I worked for Bob Campbell, Arne Nelson, *Sam Rayburn, Woody Wells, Robb Johnson, Brian Lafferty and the beautiful *Leah Conger *R.I.P. at the VW Dealership from 1988 until 2011 for 2 of my fav young men; Craig and Kurt Campbell. Theres longevity with the staff which says alot. One of the top VW Corporate Reps told me that Campbell/Nelson VW was a cut above the other area stores. Mr Jay Halle has been the Store Chaplain there for 20+ years & was once The Seattle Mariners & Aquasox Chaplain too. Ive been gone for 8yrs(wow!) & my family continues to buy their cars there, as will I. *They have no idea that I am doing this and Im doing this because I mean it with all my heart. JuneBug
