Excellent customer service experience, I called ahead to confirm they had the parts I needed and he set them aside for me when I told them I was on my way. No real wait inside and received the same friendly treatment I had on the phone, no pushing of sales and experienced advice when asked. Would recommend for any Honda parts (including generator parts).
