Excellent customer service for the most part, as soon as you walk if theres a sales associate available theyll ask you if you need help finding anything.Im only going to give a 4 star because last time I came in a sales associate was kind of condescending & almost burdened when I asked her for help.Out of about 10 visits to this location though thats the only negative experience.

Worst customer service in the printing dept. Went in to have some pages bound together and the kid said I would have to leave it for 6 days because he only worked orders of how they came in. I didnt want printing done only a spiral binding, he said he would not do it out of order. Even though he was standing chatting with another coworker, he was not able to multiptask

I don’t want to sound over the top but the customer service at this Office Depot is great. No pressure, no up sale, no hard sale- just facts. My old printer had an error message and I did not want to put more money into it. Besides, I needed to print out a few things, it’s Sunday 5:30 pm.I drove to office depot and knowing they close in 15 minutes spoke with the manager, Alisa, who not only explained the error message on my old printer, but understood why I wanted a new one. She asked me what features I used and took me thru what was comparable to my old printer.When we had the price point decided (there are a lot of printers there) she showed me an upgrade that was on sale and was the same price as what I was going to get. She even carried it up to the cashier for me.What a great printer and easy to set up.I also needed some other items so an associate, Dillon helped me there. No on rushed me even though it was quickly approaching and passing 6pm - closing time.After checking out, Dillon helped me get the printer into my car and took away the cart.What great service from the manager, Alisa, and the team at office depot. I highly recommend this Office Depot.

Go to Quick Print. They are half the cost and their managers dont scam you like this place does. The Store Manager allowed me to be mistreated by a staff member in the print department. I used this business for years and will never return or ever have a good thing to say about it again. The staff at Quick Print are really nice and polite. They treat you with respect unlike this establishment. My advice to the corporation is to fire the store manager. They are devastating your customer relations!

Rick is the absolute best!!!! He is always so so nice! My print orders are always spot on & if something had ever been wrong he fixed it. He always writes a thank you note on every single order. He ALWAYS had a smile from when he calls to let you know your order is ready to when you go in to pick it up - you can hear his smile through the phone. Went to the store. Tried to buy a desk couldnt get the staff to stick around to answer questions. Every desk was out of stock. Was told several times to just check online. So I did. Found a desk ordered it, was supposed to be delivered 7 days later never arrived. Called into customer support got lied to and given a run around. Called again got told I would need to wait on hold with the office depot shipper to schedule delivery. Told them it wasnt happening. They could have their shipper deliver buy noon the next day. Still didnt get it. Recieved an email saying the shipper would contact us in a day to schedule delivery. Nope! Called to cancel the order and got put on hold. So here I am writing this warning. As I wait on hold. Refund will take 10 days. Save your money and time and just build your own desk..

Nice store, could use a little more variety in office accessories and supplies. Electronics department seems well stocked with many options. Nice selection of office furniture. Well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. The parking lot was dirty with a big pile of trash near the door so they should invest in a large outdoor trash can and have a staff member check the lot a few times a day.

We bought an office chair and when we tried to put it together, found a defective part. We had the service plan on it so we took the part back to the store. The employee we talked to was friendly, but said he needed to ask the manager about it. So we waited on that, and I expected the manager to come explain what needed to be done. He did not. Our friendly employee told us we would have to bring the entire chair back. This was irritating to me because we didn’t receive any explanation and we had to travel back home, then return to the store. Other stores I have had a similar experience with, just gave us the part we needed out of a new box. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it, though. When we returned to the store, we had to hunt for our friendly employee who brought the new chair to the front. I am not upset with him, but with the manager who ignored us the entire time. He could have apologized, anyway. Then my son hurt his hand trying to bring the new chair inside, again. Please change this store policy. It shouldn’t matter one bit which chair has to be “damaged out.”

I love the amount of selection here and how easily you can find everything here, my only issue is that for how big the place is I often have to go and hunt down an associate for any help. Which does bring my rating two stars down, but if the business isnt prospering I can understand that the workers are few. If you live in the area or find this location convenient on you, do give them your support and tell your friends about this place.

This place has HORRIBLE management and customer service. I wanted 5 things printed... Thats it! And the ONE person at the printing desk (who happened to be the store manager!) ignored me for 20 minutes (probably because all his employees ignored is requests for help) as he assisted MULTIPLE customers who came in AFTER me. I will never be coming back and I dont recommend you do either.

The service was great and the project I needed done was simple and easy! The really nice guy behind the counter even helped keep my 18 month old son busy while I printed my things! Lifetime customer!

I had a great experience at this Office Depot this morning. I went in looking for just a black ink cartridge and an sales associate came over to ask if I was finding everything. I explained that I only need a single one due to not using the printer that much. He checked and found that they only had double packs at this time. I decided to go ahead and purchase and save the second one for the future. When I got to the register I was told that they would only charge me the price for the single cartridge since that item was not available. Thought this was great customer service. Thanks again.

We went and looking for a special calculator for my daughters advanced math classes. The gentleman was very informative on what we needed and what we were looking for. I would highly recommend that kind of service.

Staff is attentive and greets you at the front. Getting help is easy. Be wary of new hires, they may give out the wrong info. Selection is good. Store could really use a remodel, kinda darkly lit.

My rant is that when a person, man or woman, comes in to purchase a heavy item such as a case(s) of copy paper for example, someone should load the paper for them and take it to the car for them, not just offer them a basket..then, after the person loads it into the cart and checks out, ask if they need help out...Shouldnt even be a question if they need help, should be automatic..There is no customer service anymore.. people are just lazy. It is sad that people arent taught how to be courteous and helpful at a young age, but it is an employers duty to train them how to treat their customers..

Ive been to Office Depot twice this week to have things printed and laminated each time Kenneth has been there and has been so helpful. His work is quick but accurate.

Office Depot can take care of all your office-type and computer needs. I have purchased keyboards and mouses, notebooks (writing pads, not computer laptops, but the have those too) and pens. If you are particular about your pens, they have everything from cheap bundles to single expensive ones. (Do yourself a favor and Google it first - high price doesnt necessarily equate to a good performer.) Also bought a swivel chair for my computer desk which has a very fair price and still looks like new a year later (again, use Google for a good model suggestion). All kinds of computer accessories can be had here. Often there are sales on thumb drives. Paper of all sorts is just inside the door to the left. Paper clips, I.D. badge holders, desk lamps, calculators are all the way to the far right and back corner. If you cant find something, just ask the friendly staff.

They offer repair services for cell phones, but the prices are RIDICULOUS. I would never pay someone what it had cost me to buy my phone just to replace a simple glass screen that I would have provided for them. $200 something dollars is a lot and not worth it when I can get it done for $50 locally.

Could be better product and the people should study their products so a person knows that they are getting a good product and to not break things by tossing items returned because they are breaking them before we get our money back.

They then renewed my faith with excellent personal service.

It’s decent. Staff is mediocre. Tried to use their self-service computers to print something but was harassed by an associate making sure I wasn’t a hacker trying to put a virus on it. #takesjobtoodangseriously As if some dude with his hands full of shipping products was up to something devious on their computers. Keep your expectations low. And print at FedEx Office or something. Don’t waste your time at this location. On the plus side, their shipping materials ain’t bad. Saves them from being one star location.

Craig was very very rude said I did not pay online for item that was not ready. My paypal acct show paid. 3 pages showing item order # and paid for. He insisted that I screwed up and that is why my order was not there. I then had to pay for it in store and now have to go to paypal and file against office depot to refund payment. As I was putting in personal info to pull up payment info he kept looking over me to see what I was typing when he knew what I was doing. He has been veryrude to me in the past.

Patrick that works in printing is fabulous. Im not the best at computer stuff and he walked me through each step. I asked many questions since I was confused and he never once acted irritated by all my silly questions.I dont care much for the store its self and some of the other employees seem lazy but Ill continue to visit Patrick there for all my printing needs.

Very frustrating experience! I went in for a 2 line office phone. I walk across the store once without finding the area on my own. No one was around to ask, so I walk back up to the front to ask. Im directed to the area. Once I find the phones Im confused as to which ones offer more than one landline option. Finally get someone over to help me after hearing the manager tell the staff that people are staring at him and hes trying to help a customer. I find a phone that will work. I go to checkout where I wait several minutes. I begin to stare at manager while he stands in copy print section without calling for additional cashiers. I finally checkout, and am overcharged by $30 for the phone. I go back to shelf, grab the sticker with the price, and head back to checkout for my refund. I stop by copy print to ask if I need to check out there since it involves a refund. Manager says no. I head back to checkout, cashier begins work on my refund, then calls for a manager override. I get the honor of watching the manager meander over to checkout to approve the refund. Seriously? Why not just do the refund at the copy print place and get me the f#@k out of there? Really felt like manager went out of his way to inconvenience me. It wasnt my best moment, but I am the consumer/customer in this situation...

Went inside looking for a postage scale. I asked a couple of employees if they had some and they said if they would be anywhere they be here. I guess I could call a manager but it would just be here and then walked off. Then I asked another associate if they had postage scales he walked me over there pointed to it and then walked off. Also the store was freezing. It felt like they had no heat on and all their Associates were bundled up wearing beanies.

I prefer Staples thats across the street. It seems that Office Depot is more expensive and staff not as friendly. Although the print employees here were really helpful.

I come here for my copies and printing needs, cheap prices and excellent service. Employees are willing to go the extra mile to help you.

Went in to the office depot in el paso tx on george dieter to get a piece of paper laminated but we needed the paper cut to size they wanted to charge us .39 cents per cut, they called it labor what a joke they did let us use the paper cuter tho will never go back

They are open late. Check out staff is helpful.

Always had a positive experience. Hate getting out of their parking lot, though, especially if Im headed east on 15th or north on Broadway.

If you can wait a day or two, just visit amazon. We found better quality products for less money and all we had to do was wait an additional day or two.
