Matt was incredible - my computer fan stopped working and I needed to get it replaced. He was upfront about the process and we ordered the part. It wasnt supposed to come in for about a week and I was super stressed, as I needed my laptop working again pretty urgently.He called the next day, saying that he managed to find the part locally, and he could get it done that day. A weeks turnaround time became a couple hours!I really appreciated his follow-up as it saved me from having to source a temporary laptop in the meantime.

I visited The Tech Shop for the first time this spring when my laptop computer quit charging. Matt, the owner, showed me how to fix the problem myself in the future (I did have to buy a laptop repair toolkit), answered some other questions and charged a VERY reasonable amount. Some tech folks are condescending, but Matt is very helpful and encouraging to those of us who want to learn.My second visit was today when I had a different problem and the solution I learned the last time didnt work. I learned something ELSE to try when my laptop is being cranky, and, once again, the price was right!I have to drive 20 minutes to get to this guy, but hes worth it!

I bought what I thought was a great computer at Best Buy by their recommendation. Less than 2 years later it suddenly stopped charging. I took it to Best Buy and they told my computer was done. I needed to buy a new one. I didnt and heard through a friend over a year later about The Tech Shop. I took it in just to see if it could be fixed. Friendly, fast and reasonably priced service

I dont give 5 stars easily, but Matt at The Tech Shop deserves at least 6. Ive done my own computer maintenance for about 20 years, so I spent a whole day trying to save, restore, recover a hard drive and finally gave up. I got tired of dealing with it so I called Matt. He replaced the failing hard drive with a faster one (computer boots in 10-15sec) and I can still recover my files from the old drive. Got it all back the next day. Neither Geek Squad or Office Depot wanted to touch the computer. They just want to sell you new machines. If you dont need a new computer let Matt fix what you have. Hell check your computer and honestly tell you if its worth saving, or if its even possible or not. He can also build what you need so he definitely has a one-stop shop.

This guy is incredible. Answers everything you have questions about. Extremely knowledgeable about PCs both Hardware side and Software side. I brought my full size tower this morning at 9 a.m when he opened and about 5 in the evening he called me and had It done and It looked fantastic. His prices are great. He even works on Apple Macs which is awesome. If you ever need any maintenance or a computer built then this is the guy to come too. 5/5 service and if you have questions about anything after you get home. He will explain everything too you over the phone. Very nice guy. Will be using his service in the future.

Matt is such a knowledgeable computer guru. He has been keeping me out of computer trouble for 5 plus years and I have brought him some major issues, like pouring water on my computer, wine on my computer, Virus on my computer, hard drive crashing, and just yesterday, Matt was able to solve an issue with a MAJOR Bank whose Security Program caused major issues that the IT Dept. at the bank couldnt resolve. The bank were so at a loss that they kicked me up to IBM, the makers of the software, who of course, ignored me. Matt fixed it in about half hour. Absolutely BEST computer repair shop in OKC and cities beyond. My husband also has purchased a computer for himself and couldnt be more happy

Went in this morning with a non working HP laptop. Matt quickly assessed the unit and fond a defective hard drive. He gave options with costs and explanations of benefits of esch. After the choices were made he installed the new hard drive with software. The service was outstanding and above all very honest and professional.

I have been using The Tech Shop for all my PC needs. Matt is the ONLY person Ill trust with my computer EVER. Took my rig here today because it wasnt booting properly after a deep cleaning, and I had tried just about everything. Matt had it running in 15 mins; turns out my RAM was just not seated completely. This guy was awesome. Called to ask about the issues I was having with my laptop. He said I could bring it in and hed look at it for free. After going through everything, seemed to be a fried motherboard. He checked online and found the cheapest ones available (all from China). He recommended just replacing the laptop since the motherboards were all around $300+ and he said the stuff from China usually has terrible warranties and guarantees. Great guy and probably the only honest computer technician Ive dealt with.

Great experience !! Matt the owner was awesome answering questions and fixing my laptop. This was my first time needing CPU repairs. I called over the phone first about cracked laptop screen and took it in the same day. He took apart and ordered me a new one. Few days later I went back and he put the screen on the same day and answered plenty of questions for me. Laptop is still working great.
