I cracked my screen, and had to get it fixed quickly. Ive never used a phone repair service before, but this was perfect and absolutely seamless. They are super friendly, clear communicators, very thorough, and fixed my phone within 30 minutes. It looks brand new! This was absolutely worth every penny.

I dropped my phone, the screen went blank, and everything stopped (including my heart - I hadnt backed it up in a while). I was still getting messages to my watch, so I took it to the AT&T store and they recommended We Fix Phone across the Crest Food market. Actually tried saving me more money because my iPad battery wasnt that worn, but I needed the extra hour of use out of it and they had it replaced same day at a terrific rate.Once my iPad was up for repair I got updates texted to me in real time which I thought was fantastic.I could not be happier with the service I received here, this was so much more convenient and saved me money over going to the Applestore.

I was sold a phone that was locked with the previous owners information. It was decent price for the phone and was told not to do a factory reset on it would lock me out and require the previous person’s Apple ID. A few days later I updated the phone to the newest iOS version and it locked me out. I took the phone to the store where he then told me that I would never be able to update the phone again. I was never told this information upon purchasing the phone. Luckily I asked for a receipt (which they did not offer) when I purchased the phone and was able to get my money back.

They were so extremely kind!!! They gave me a loaner phone just for the 45 mins i waited which i really appreciated!! He fixed my phone super fast and had me on my way!!! I would definitely recommend them!!!

So my phone had an unfortunate accident that involved a chair rolling over it. Sometimes even the best cases wont stop a crazy chair.I looked at several places and I liked the reviews from here. Plus they were actually the cheapest by $80 than the 3 other places I checked. They also use Samsung parts and not knock offs.I was honestly blown away. The customer service was great. They were genuinely worried about me not having a phone while the repaired it and gave me a loaner phone. I was not expecting this at all.The repair done was great and they gave me a warranty in case I ran into something that wasnt working right.Hopefully I wont have this issue again but if I do I know where I will go.

My phones screen wasn’t working properly so I took it in to we fix it. They gave me a secondary touch controller to fix the problem. I left and had the same issue so I called back and he had me bring it back in. He gave me a new phone screen with no charge and my phone hasn’t had issues since. I also got a free tempered glass for my screen as well. Thank you we fix it!!! I will be back when I have issues in the future.
