I took my Note 5 there that needed a new charging port, but it could still be charged wirelessly. Long Story Short, they damaged my screen somehow while repairing the port and are trying to say that the phone would not power in, which is a Lie. If it was true, they wouldn’t have worked on the device. So, after I went up there, the tech kept trying to say that he didn’t mess my screen up so I asked to see my phone. He kept saying that it was in the back, but wouldn’t go get it. I got ticked off and told him to go get my phone in a irritated tone because he brought out someone else’s phone with no problem. Because I’m a 290 lb Black Man standing at 6’4”, he calls the police on me and then turns the phone so I could see that he was actually calling. He traumatized my daughter who ran to me because she believes the police would hurt me once they got there. I understood why she would feel that way as reassured her that it was Fine. I don’t have a record and I’ve never been arrested or taken to jail, so I waited for the officer that I called after he called on me. When the officers got there, he immediately showed them my phone without an issue, which is what he should’ve done in the first place before demanding that I pay him for replacing the port. In closing, don’t use this business as they don’t respect their customers, especially a Black Man like me. He made my daughter think that he was calling the police to hurt me then take me away from her. That part upsets me the most when you do things like that in the presence of a child.

An outstanding service. I have brought my iPhone with a dead battery, and it was fixed so well. It is like I have a new phone now. Also, my iPad which had many issues was fixed quickly. The back of my iPhone cracked and was slowly falling apart. I called a couple repair places in Edmond to feel around. This was actually the third place I called. I was quoted around $230 at another place to get my phone fixed. But when I talked to Sam, he said he could do it for $110. He was super nice and made me feel like a priority. Once I got my phone back it looked perfect and just like new. No problems with it and hopefully there wont be. Super happy with the service :). Thanks Sam.

They fixed my cell in one hour on a Sunday. I paid a very resonable price for the repair. The place is super clean and there is hand sanitizer available but they werent wearing masks.

Took my phone in to have the screen repaired, they said the warehouse was out of stock and they could order it, I agreed, they said it would be the following Tuesday, then on Tuesday, I was told they sent the wrong one and would have to reorder, I said ok, its now Saturday and again supposedly they sent the wrong one and it would be another 6 more days, in total days if I would have said yes would have been 15 days. They said they would call me back when I called them, which they didnt. Oh yes they did give me a refund but the phone is still broken. : (

I took my wife’s iPad Pro to iTech after self diagnosing a tristar chip issue. I chose them because they had a better turnaround time than other shops I called and such positive reviews. Long story short, they could not fix the tristar chip issue. They gave me back the iPad with additional damages, missing screws and parts, all unbeknownst to me. I took the iPad to another local shop, they fixed the tristar chip and repaired the damage to the board iTech made in their repair attempt. (They are the ones who advised me of the missing shields, screws, damaged LCD cable, and use of sealant in a incorrect manner.) I tried to give iTech an opportunity to replace the screen they ruined and they took ZERO responsibility for the damages they caused and flat out lied, trying to blame the shop that did fix the unit. I had the second shop write a letter documenting all the damage they found.I do not take reviews reviews like this lightly, I don’t want mess with someone’s livelihood, but this is NOT a business you want to take your phone or device to. The damages they caused are making me have to pay to replace the entire LCD screen and digitizer.

Amazing service and affordable! Called different places and went around town to figure out how much it would cost to replace my iPhone 6s charging port and decided to get it fixed here. The person working first examined my phone to figure out what exactly the problem was and he seemed to know his stuff. He fixed my phone within 30 minutes and did a great job! There is also water and soda in the waiting area :-)

Had been having battery issues with my IPhone 6 for a long time and finally took it in for a replacement battery. It took maybe 15 minutes (there wasn’t a wait) and only cost me $40. Beats having to get a new phone by far! No problems so far, but it came with a year warranty automatically, so I’m super happy!

The BEST SERVICE and PRICES in the area. Not a HUGE impersonal Box store, but two great business owners Alex and Sam. They offer personal service and great assistance. Not only did I get my iPhone and mini ipad repaired but new cases and screens. Which they they put on my devices and cleaned!! Usual box stores just throw your purchased cases in a bag for you to install at home. This is my new favorite find in Edmond.

I got a new phone for my birthday! Fun, ya right! So my dad shattered his phone screen so he thought let’s get it fixed here why not ! So he went there and they said it would be at least $100 so he gave them the money and picked it up before my birthday and my birthday arrived a week later and I got a phone I was so excited ! I put my sims card in it and it worked fine ... for five minutes then none of the buttons worked and you couldn’t tap on anything so I was like that’s nice the next day... we took it back and said it stopped working they looked at it and said it fine and I said no it’s not look none of the buttons work ! Then the were so rude then my dad said fix it or give me my money back they said no and told us to leave now it’s on the shelf where it’s been since November! Thanks a lot BTW

My wife had dropped her phone. Initially it worked and then developed a green line down the right side of the screen. A little bit later that same day it completely shut down. She took it to Apple and let a genius look at it. He was not able to get it restarted. He told her that it would not hold a charge or turn on and the best thing to do would be to buy a brand new phone. She also took it to Verizon who suggested the same thing - upgrade your phone. I read really good reviews about this store after I started researching. Something was telling me that the display had just died because sometimes the phone was responding to the home button and vibrating when plugged in. I went into the store and talked with Alex. I told him all of this and he confirmed with me that he believed it needed a new display and it should still work. He said if once it was opened there was some other problem there would be a discussion and no charge for the diagnosis. He told me he would call in about 40 minutes after he finished. I went to shop nearby and he called about 40 minutes later saying my phone was ready. It did cost $120 for the new display but that was much cheaper than a brand new phone. He gave me the option of a third party glass for $95 or OEM for $120. Being that Apple charges more than this I decided to go ahead and man am I glad. Thanks for saving me Alex! My wife is appreciative as well. I would highly recommend this store to repair your cell phone.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at iTech. My phone accidentally had water spilled on it in a restaurant by the server. Alex at iTech worked with me to save my phone from significant damage and to have the service payment handled by the third party. I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of their work. I stopped by to see about a couple phone repairs and they were not open. They are advertised 10-7 but it is 10:15 and the door is still locked and the lights are still off.
