Very ok experience. Great price on an almost new Soul. But the paperwork took awhile, they played a mild version of the lets write some numbers down and take it to the boss game that always sends up red flags, and even though they knew I was in a hurry to get to work, they made me wait around to take a picture with the Bigfoot. Could be a fun gimmick for a family if played right, but as a business person in a hurry, this was just annoying and more about them than me. There was also a fuse box cover missing for some reason that was delayed a month, so I had to make several calls and visits to check up on it. Overall, they did most of the things they said they would, and I got a good deal on the car. But the gimmicks and lack of attention to follow through were distracting.
My experience at Kalidy Kia was nothing less than outstanding. I went in there wanting a specific car, which at that time was not in their inventory. Sabih and Corey looked for over a month until they found exactly what I was wanting. Carson helped me through the car buying experience and was so knowledgeable. The entire team was so well prepared that by the time I came into the dealership, they had me approved and all that was left, was dot the Is and cross the Ts and drive home in my new ride. Wasted about 3 hours of my time when I came into the dealership, they continuously tried to push their financing after I told them multiple times I was not financing through them, I give them an offer on a vehicle and they make me wait for 30 minutes to come back with a sheet priced $1,000 over what they had it online for, the salesman “forgot” I had made the offer. Absolutely will never buy a car from here, really shady. The only reason I put 2 stars is because when the sales manager came over, when my offer was actually “remembered,” he was straight forward.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this location. For the most part, it was a good experience. Like another review has mentioned, they are kind of pushy to get you to sign papers. I want to praise Nathaniel, a sales person in training for helping me pick out a car. And chase, for assisting me as well. I also want to mention Roger, my banker at the location for being very informative and helping me get the best deal for a loan! He was very friendly and did a quick job! I want to mention the reason I knocked off a star is because I had to return the next day for an alignment on my vehicle and I was promised by Jacob, a sales person I believe that I would be promised a rental car temporarily to get to work while they checked out my alignment but nobody gave me anything so I was stuck at the dealership for a while. That was a bummer and I feel like after you get a car, you arent as important to them anymore and dont treat you the same. But all in all, not the worst experience.
Out of all the dealerships I went to looking for the perfect car, Kalidy Kia was the only one that I liked! All the other ones priced their cars WAAY over MSRP.. their salesmen came at us like sharks! At Kalidy Kia, I was able to build my dream car and buy it AT MSRP!! Stephen is a super friendly salesman. Im a first buyer of a vehicle and I was so nervous and scared that I wouldnt be able to get one. Even though I had good credit, I still didnt know if I was going to find something in my budget. The first vehicle I wanted wasnt what I expected, but I had my eye another as well. Dylan Pennello, was my salesman and made everything so easy for me. I called to check on the availability of a vehicle and set up an appointment to test drive it. I explained I lived 45min out, and I had shown up to many dealerships recently only to have vehicles sold right before I arrive. Sarah laughed on the phone and was like “crazy I know they’re going so fast.” I show up an hour later on the dot, talk to the salesman Chase, he says he’ll pull the car around. A few minutes later a newer version of the same model vehicle, but out of my price range, is parked out front. Nobody says a word to us. Chase starts helping two other people and never says anything to us. Another employee tells us the car we wanted is gone. No possible way somebody walked in off the street and was already far enough along in the sales process within an hour of me calling. I left work early, toted a 3 year old with me, got stuck in traffic on the way back, and wasted a Friday afternoon. I have worked in sales and customer service my entire adult life and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. In fact, I don’t believe I’ve ever written a review on Google, I feel that strongly about how terrible this place is.

Made an appointment with one salesmen, never got to meet him, then shoved off to another. They pulled my credit and afterward they stopped acting like they could help. I was prepared to have cash down due to my credit. I advised the salesman of the amount and where I needed my payment to be. They kept coming back with ridiculous amounts. I would reiterate my down & payment & theyd just go higher. I felt they did this just to make me leave so I did. Then I literally went down the street and bought a car without being jerked around. They listened and found what would work for me. Too bad Kalidy didnt.
What an excellent experience with this entire dealership and staff. I have purchased many cars over the years with some good and some not so good experiences. I can honestly say this Kalidy Kia is on my top ten list. Staff was helpful and very low pressure to buy. Now I know the climate we are in is a lot different then the in recent years but they made it a wonderful experience. Staff treated me with respect, were pleasant and happy to be there, found solutions not made excuses and were honest up front making it easy to buy a car from them. Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end!We started the day off by going to Boomer Kia, who said they had a K5 GT-Line. They did not, and tried to switch us to a different trim level they did have. Bait and switch is not cool.We then contacted Big Red Kia, who also said they had a GT-Line. They said they believed they had one, so we ate dinner while they went out to check. They did have one, and sent photos to confirm, so we drove 30 minutes to go see it. It was nice, but not the color we wanted, and they would not budge one bit on the price, which was roughly $4000 above sticker price because it was Wolf Grey. Paying a premium for a color we did not even want was not cool.We then contacted Kalidy Kia, on the other side of the metro, and they had not one, but FOUR of the GT-Line trims we wanted. Our preferred colors were blue or white, and while the blue sold on our way there, the white was perfect. It was so new, they had not even taken the tape off the glass! The price was exactly as marked on the window AND within our price range, so it was an easy decision. A quick test drive and some paperwork, and it was a done deal!Because it was so new, they had to keep it overnight to inspect it to maintain the warranty, but they offered a loaner car (which we declined). The salespeople (Charles and Ty) worked extremely well together, the finance person (Huy) got us a better rate than our own bank did, and we could not be happier with Kalidy Kia!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Kalidy. They are without a doubt the best dealership we have ever been to. There is no haggling back and forth, no pressure, they listen and best of all their prices can’t be beat. We shopped around and their price was always $3-5k better than the competition. Our salesperson, Sanjay, was polite and made sure we got what we wanted, and got us more for our trade in than it deserved. He remembered my wife’s name a week later when she wasn’t even with me.
I’ve never had an experience where both owner and GM are onsite and made it a point to talk to each and every customer in their store. That’s what we experienced at Kalidy Kia! Very personable! Finance took the time to research different programs to get the best deal possible for our daughter. Excellent customer service! We will definitely recommend Kalidy to our friends and family.
I had a great experience. I found the truck that fit my needs online with the help of Mr Gipson. The whole process (including test drive and trade in) only took a couple hours and I couldnt be more happy with the result!
Good luck I’m still waiting on video and phone call it has been three days over 48 hours and have not received anything I am out of state trying to work a deal and these people are ridiculous good luck…. We called an hour before driving 45 min to confirm the car we were interested in was still available. Sarah confirmed that the car was still available and scheduled an appointment with Chase for a test drive. We arrived at our appointment time (within the hour of our call) and we waited for them to pull the car around. We waited, and then saw that they pulled around a car we were not interested in. This was not a miscommunication on the phone, my husband was clear that we weren’t interested in other vehicles. I understand cars are selling fast right now, believe me. That’s why we rushed to Edmond from Norman to get there. I just feel like they weren’t transparent if it was truly being sold at the time, or if they just didn’t have it anymore. Either way it’s bad business and we won’t be buying a car from them nor referring them.

UPDATE: 3/24/2021Unfortunately I had to change my review to a 3 star, The Vehicle I was looking at seemed in good condition, until I found 4-5 major issues the previous manager declined to repair for their inventory.Multiple oil leaks, 4x4 had a major issue, and needed an oil change.Over all I pointed these issues out to the salesman, general manager, and Mr. Kalidy himself, I applaud Mr. Kalidy for the work he put in himself to figure out how these issues were missed, which I understand happens. He informed me that the manager who declined all those repairs no longer works there and he must have the truck sent to the service department for further evaluation.I was told to expect a phone call the next day to inform me about the truck, no phone call came, 2 days later I call back to get information and Ty, the salesman, has told me he needs to speak with the service department and get back with me shortly. No phone call since, which is why i have now changed my review to a 3 star.Mr. Kalidy, I believe you have done a wonderful job with Kalidy Kia, at least how you handled my situation. Unfortunately, your team is lacking in communication and quality control, two VERY important skills a business relies on.Original Post:My experience so far has been top notch with the staff, even Mr. Kalidy himself. Drove from Minnesota to OKC (Edmond) had an appointment at 2-3, was even early and didnt get service until after 3. The finance guy HUY said we will make sure your satisfied and was negotiating a price and Cory the GM said HUY misspoke on the dealerships behalf. Ended up paying full price for the vehicle on the way back to Minnesota the check engine light came on, Description of remote start was inaccurate, Dealership talked me into a $1,900 windshield warranty for a heads up display which the vehicle didnt have. Contacted Cory with the issues no discount no compensation nothing. Got the car to Minnesota and cant drive it because needs to get serviced right away for the battery, contacted TY because the vehicle is completely dead, TY said he passed the message to the (GM) Cory, no call back nothing. Pretty sure at this point the vehicle falls under false and or fraudulent advertising. After taxes and warranty over $50k for a vehicle that I cant drive wont start and the check engine light came on withing 150 miles, still no compensation, horrible service would not recommend buying a vehicle from Kalidy Kia and would not refer anyone not even my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle there.To add to this review here it is two and a half months later and still having to deal with this dealership. They forgot to sign all of there portions for the loan so now my tags are held up, the windshield warranty that was purchased and canceled before the loan was processed got refunded $1,800.37 and paid $1,895 so got shorted for a warranty we didnt need that was cancel before the loan was even processed. To respond to Corey they had to update the battery module, like I said you had selective hearing when you watched the video from Jaguar. The solution that was offered was you paid for one tire that was bald out of the $2,200 bill if I deleted the review lol that was not a solution that was an added slap in the face after the continued horrible service we had and continue to receive from your dealership. Note to any future buyers take your vehicle to a mechanic have them look it over 100% before you purchase. Review every detail and be willing to walk away if your not satisfied with the deal. The pictures posted was on the way back to Minnesota from Oklahoma and the day after getting back the Battery warning and as you can see the dealership didnt even take the time to detail the car. But at time of delivery my Girlfriend and I were already fed up and needed to get back on the road.

They were helpful, nice, and they got my financing approved with not the best credit. Their website had a very aggressively advertised price for a vehicle. The price was so good that I was willing to fly from PA to pick it up . What I found out after needlessly getting approved was the price was for lease option only and that I was getting no discount at all and they were trying to sell me a car at MSRP. I didnt fly to Oklahoma to buy it.
My overall experience from start to finish was truly incredible! My sales guy name is Ty Birmingham, he was persistent but not pushy. I told him exactly what I wanted to purchase as well as my down payment amount and he made it happen in a day. The financing was very simple and easy as well. I didn’t have to spend an entire day in the dealership everyone was very respectful of my work schedule and most of all my time. If I had to do this process again I would because everything about it was just amazing. I purchased a 2018 CLA 250 Mercedes Benz and I love it! Went to this dealership looking for a new car. Everything was great at first. Sales guy helped a ton and was very nice. It’s when I got to financial and GM Corey when it all went bad. They pushed and pushed and pushed. I get you’re trying to make a sale, but come on. You don’t need to hound people and make them feel bad if they don’t buy a car. When you are begging on your hands and knees, it’s a major turnoff to a buy a car from you guys. Also, they’ll trick you on their website to get you in. “Best price possible” yeah they don’t do that at all. I had much better experiences elsewhere, and I wouldn’t go back to this dealership if you paid me. Go elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle at this one.
Made an appointment thru the website and texting with their appointment line, arrived 15 minutes early to insure I wasnt wasting anyones time. In the 45 minutes I sat and waited I never talked to the salesman I was supposed to talk to. I was then told by a gentleman who didnt have a name tag on but was wearing a Kalidy polo shirt that the car, that is listed online, will not be sold it has engine problems. When asked if I could speak to a manager about it I was brushed off, and told just because they are online doesnt mean the are ready for sale. Had all intentions on purchasing a vehicle today, and I was made to feel like my business didnt matter.
My son was the one buying, they could of been a little more helpful, just because someone is a young adult doesnt mean you treat them like a child

Had an amazing experience today Corey was a great Help !!! Got me in the ride I wanted ! My sales guy Angel stuck with me through all of it and my finance specialist Roger got me in and out at the end of it explained everything as he went through it ! My car buying experience was meh at best. Salesman wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t really explain the process. Then after my purchase I needed to get in touch with the finance department and I called every single day for 2 weeks end left multiple voicemails for someone to return my call but apparently no one at Kalidy in finance checks their voicemails. I love Kia but probably won’t buy from kalidy next time.

We got a car in march that had a mistake which we showed them and they said yup thats not right and lucky I believe he is a sales manager his name is Michael and he was incredible to get us into our sportage we orginally wanted I cant thank him enough for taking the time and having the patience to keep my wife calm for the most part of this journey it was stressful just because it hurt her knowing her car was not what it was suppose to be but this is now going on our 3rd car with Kalidy and we cant thank them enough everything stayed the same for us financially !!! If you want a honest opinion always speak to Corey and Michael they know what they are doing and even when my wife was emotional and upset they delivered nothing but the best service to us and saw we have kids and made sure our car was the absolute best for them and her. Like they say at kalidy you are friends for life and its true. They will beat any other kia trust us we tested them.

They have a massive selection, it’s super clean and modern, they will treat you right regardless of the car you purchase. If it says anything we negotiated a $15,000 car right next to a Lamborghini. I had a great car buying experience at Kalidy Kia. The whole experience as a whole was great I wasn’t pushed into buying the car I went there knowing what I wanted and what I was looking to pay. Mr Sanjay Bahsin was my salesmen and he did a great job listening to my wants and did outstanding to get the price I wanted for my trade in as well as what I wanted to pay for the car. I was looking for a 2022 Kia stinger and got just that no back and forth on negotiating since he made sure I got exactly what I wanted how I wanted it and for how much I wanted it. Overall a great experience I spent about 3 hrs at the dealership from the time I got there till the time I drove off the lot. Everyone at the dealership was nice and knowledgeable met Mr Kalidy and he’s humble and grateful for the business I brought in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

If I could give a half a star I would. They gave me a price on the internet. I was ready to place a deposit and they called me and want over 10k more for the vehicle for the market adjustment. Then they ghosted me. Inflation at its finest..
After shopping at Big Red and Boomer Kia, this place was a breath of fresh air. Every person I interacted with (6 + people) were respectful and kind. It never felt pushy and they wanted to go out of their way to make sure they got me into the ride I wanted. Boomer was pushy and Big Red lied every chance they got just to get you in the door and then were extremely pushy. Creating Friends for Life is more than a slogan at Kalidy, they genuinely treat you like you have a friend in a car business. Corey and Sabih both took time to talk with me and make sure I was taken care of. I WILL give them the opportunity for my business EVERY time I buy a car.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences weve had from start to finish. Drew, our salesman, was fabulous! He wasnt pushy and he did a great job getting us all of the information we needed for the car we wanted. Jake was great as well, we told him what we could afford to do and he got us what we needed to buy today. And Sami in financing was wonderful! She helped explain everything and wasnt overly aggressive trying to sell us extra stuff. What a great place! If you go there, ask for Drew and Sami!

From our salesman Jeff Washburn running himself ragged to get the perfect car for us, (Sorry Jeff!), to Roger Dolese in finance staying over an hour past close to get us the interest rate we needed, and even Corey Suter, the GM staying and adjusting numbers to our benefit. The Kalidy crew goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and we will absolutely be back for our next vehicle!
