I gave them 5 stars on my first review because everything went great. Well that was before I got my car. Once the car was delivered to me I noticed that it was never cleaned or detailed at all. This specific car has to be hand washed because of the paint and I am sure that is the reason. Also the inside was completely dirty. After detailing the car myself I noticed a lot of issues in the paint and I have reached out several times to the dealership and have had zero response. I guess this is what I get when I buy out of state.

I had place a deposit with Cash for a GV70 that I was told would be there by August 30th the latest. I waited and called to check up till September 3rd, and the vehicle never came. I have since called and texted multiple time to both the sale person, Cash, and the finance person, Cole, for my deposit to be refunded and nothing has happened. Neither are returning my calls and text. Please be aware of the level of customer service from this dealership.*Cole has called and refunded my deposit 9/14. He apologized for the delay.
Cant say much right now. They are undergoing construction of the new showroom. Hectic would be a good description for it. Will say more once I visit them again in the future
I have purchased a vehicle from Edmond Genesis. One reason I purchased their was because of their concierge service department.Their service department has consistently failed me.Twice the last two week period they have set appointments to pickup or drop off my vehicle and have NO SHOW/NO CALLED 2 out of 3 times.They claim to field text messages so you can inquire as to the status of the repair. Texts to them with questions were ignored.I called to complain and was told a manager would call me back. They never bothered to call back.Also, earlier this year I had attempted to work with them on a collision repair/warrantee repair. I was assured they could coordinate both and made plans around their promises. After turning in the vehicle for repair, days later I got a call saying that the vehicle was ready and that the collision repair would have to be done separately.Edmond genesis has a problem keeping appointments & over promises while under delivering.

I had a terrible buying experience at Genesis of Edmond. I agreed to purchase a Genesis G80 through my business. I provided them all of the information on my business and come to find out they did the deal in my personal name. When I made them aware of it, they never have gotten me the paperwork to own it through the business. The finance manager (Brian) made promises of what would happen but didnt honor any of them. Im stuck with a car with no title documents and my second temporary tag thats about to expire. Message to the General Manager was not returned. Genesis is a great car. Just dont buy it at Genesis of Edmond.

So far so good. We actually agreed to buy a car sight unseen trusting that the sales department could handle our requests and match what we test drove. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and not pushy. Have is a loaner to drive while we wait.Didnt give 5 stars because the finance department did what I guess all car dealership finance people do. The upsell on warranties was shady, and they didnt even quote us the actual price of the warranties, just the total monthly payments. And this was before they told us the monthly payment without the extras, so we had no baseline. Turns out they wanted to charge us 20% of the total cost (over 6k).Ill update the review when we pick up our actual car in a few days.

Deceptive. They had an advertised price on a G70 as new. The same car had over 1,900 miles and worn leather seats. When I tried to buy it, I asked them not to run my credit until we agreed on a price. They came back and said the advertised price included a $4,200 discount ONLY if I used their financing. I told them no. I walked out. They hit my credit report with an inquire after I specifically told them not to. Very, very deceptive. Probably illegal.

Refuse to support products or provide service, wont hesitate to send you to Dallas for recall work. Dont give them your money.
Sorry - has the look, feel and shabbiness of a typical Hyundai dealer where they sell people $149/month Elantras, not the quality, look and feel youd expect of a Genesis dealer.
