Realized one of our trailer tires was at risk of blowing out on our long cross country trip. Called a little after 4:00 and they said theyd be able to put a replacement on for us and totally hooked us up. Great customer service!

Best tire shop in OKC area. Very quick, excellent communication, very informative group overall. The lady at the front/who answers the phone, not sure if she’s the manager or what but she’s awesome! Came in with a small problem after going to another tire shop in town that didn’t fix it, and this big O exceeded my expectations. So much so I wanted to let everyone know via 5 star review!!

Came in for new tires. Financing is super easy. They had me in and out quick for a busy saturday. The employees are friendly and professional. I went to a tire shop down the street and they dont compete with these guys in price or professionalism which is why I came here. Big O and Discount are pretty much the same prices. The main reason I come here is because when I asked why they close on Sunday, almost in unison they said because were at Church. By their decorations I can see the owner is also a believer and a company I want to support. They also do alignment which the other one does not. Needed both so it was a one stop trip.Employees have always been great!

On our road trip the tire maintenance light came on. So we stopped and they were quick to check and make sure we were safe to continue. They wouldnt charge us either. Thanks a bunch!

What an incredible local company. Few things to note. Adequate time inspecting, reviewing, fixing your issues. Willing to search high and low for best and most affordable(if necessary). The staff at every encounter has been respectful, willing to teach, kindly explains issues, and professional attitudes. I’ve watched the entire team take care of business. Never standing around on phones or complaining. I can’t stand it when I’m at other places and see employees standing around on their phones when I’m waiting on my vehicle to be serviced or fixed. Guys, try out the Big O brand. There is great benefit to it. There is an Oncue near by for snacks and drinks if you need to wait for a bit. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

First of all, car repairs or new tire purchases aren’t Exactly most people’s definition of a good time...but, when it’s time, This Big O has always been my favorite shop in the area. I’ve been buying tires and getting oil/fluid changes from them since we moved to the area. From ordering in oversized tires to fixing a/c systems they have always been upfront with costs and never started on repairs until after calling to confirm that I was good with the quote. I was very surprised. I had went to Sams and they had no stock for my size tire 265 65 18 for my Tahoe. I was able to get four tires made by Cooper which is an Oklahomal company for under $700 installed, with a 55,000 mile warranty. This will be my new tire place!

Best service with friendly employee

I wouldn’t take my daughters bike tires to these people. I spent over $1,200 with this company in May 2020. I hate I went to them. My car has not drove good since. When driving the car it shook terribly on the highway. After going back and forth to this company, finally realized that I needed Hub Centric Rings. They ordered them (took almost 3 weeks to get them) and installed them on my car. It continued to drive bad. 5 1/2 months later (Now, November 2020) I paid $150 to have it looked at and realized they put the wrong Centric Rings on the tires. Now, I have to buy 4 new tires and hub centric rings (another $600) because of the incorrect hub centric rings. Save yourself time and money. Don’t go to these people. $2k in 5 1/2 months.

I came in for a simple tire fix, and it turned out to be as simple as it should have been. I was able to walk in without any sort of appointment, and was finished in about 30 minutes. I will take that anytime.

A very honest place that has never screwed me over. The reason I remove one star is how overtly political it is in the store. Im not sure why I need politics during my oil change. The waiting room is always blasting Fox News, and with Covid surging, they put a passive-aggressive note about how wearing a mask should be a choice wah wah wah. Im not sure why they are so intent on alienating people. As someone with pre-existing conditions, it just makes me more nervous to go in there.

Trust. That is what this Big O has of mine and deserves.After going to Bob Moore Subaru for an oil change and being told I needed to change my air filter and break fluid because it was dirty. I new I could get it done at Big O, shop I trust for less money so I took it to them. 30 minutes after dropping it off they called me and told me I didnt need anything done. My brake fluid was clean and didnt need to be flushed and replaced.I wouldnt have known better and they could have taken my money. That is why I use Big O tires for all my maintenance for all my cars.

Got me in and out in about 20 minutes for a patch. Hibdon and Discount told me 2 hours. Thanks a million

I live in Oklahoma City and there are several Tire and car repair stores; however I will always make the drive to Big O Tire in Edmond. The service is impeccable from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. I have been really impressed with their mechanics. I was surprised how knowledgeable they were about the issues going on with my car. I thought Big O Tire was just about tires, was I wrong! Prices are good and the owner has so much integrity, why would I go anywhere else. So worth the drive!

This is the best tire shop Ive ever experienced. In particular, this location blew my mind with their incredible customer service, very reasonable prices, and extremely helpful attitude. The owner was even working himself which says a lot for a company. Everyone there had a smile on their face even the guys working in the heat outside. There is even a beautiful young lady that works up front at the counter, and I think thats fantastic that in an industry dominated mostly by males they gave a woman a chance and she seems to be more than capable of helping with anything any of the men there can. I give this place a glowing five stars! I will never shop at another tire place and I will recommend this one to everyone I know!

Needed three trailer tires in the middle of a mowing day. We told them we need them quick and they replaced 3 of them in about 15 minutes at a great price, would recommend.

Dropped my car off at 12:30 PM with no appointment to get four new tires and an alignment. Everything was completed within 50 minutes and it was a GREAT price. I will definitely keep going back.

I stopped by for an alignment check. They told me they could get to me in about an hour, so I decided to wait on it. 50 minutes later they came in and gave me the results of the check, which showed I needed to have an alignment. I asked if they could do it now and they said sure. About 20-30 minutes later I was on my way!Very pleased with the service and will recommend them to others. Thanks!

I had bought a pair of tires online because I got a great deal and was trying to get them mounted on my audi. Just incase you dont know, most Audis run low profile tires with big rims. I called around a few shops around and most of them either wanted to charge an arm and a leg to install them (Im talking $120 for 2 tires) or wouldnt even install because I didnt buy the tires from them.I called Big O at noon and the guy I spoke to was just pleasant and gave me a reasonable quote. Didnt need to make an appointment either. Arrived at their shop at 4:10 and left with a pleasant experience at 4:45. Absolutely fantastic. The manager (?) Or whoever took my keys was really really well mannered.I will be returning here for future work. Thank you so much

I have always used Big O Tires in Edmond for my oil changes n tires since I moved to Oklahoma. They provide excellent service n are very friendly. They have never pushed me to buy anything n work with me if they dont have my brand of tires in stock.

Only shop that had the tires in the size I needed. 4 stars because I really would have preferred to not have to buy made in China tires. but overall very good.

Awesome! Who??? Big O Tires at 904 South Broadway. I can’t remember the last time I received such excellent customer service. On the Friday after July 4th, I had a bad tire I needed to get repaired quickly. No one was able to help me. Every place I went to ask for a repair was a 2 to 3 hr. wait – or drop it off and we’ll get to it sometime today. Only trouble was – I needed to wait for it. I didn’t have a way to get home and back again – and, I needed to use my car that day. It wasn’t so much even that I would have had to wait - I can understand being busy - but at many of the places I stopped, let’s just say the customer service was less than stellar.Big O tires was about my 6th stop. Even though they looked busy, I knew from the minute I walked in the door, things would be different – that I was some place where I would be helped. First, a gentlemen started to ask if he could help me and before I could even answer, another lady asked if I needed help. I told them what was going on and they said they absolutely could help me. “Give me your keys.” I was dumbfounded. They did repair my tire – and during my short wait I was able to enjoy their wonderfully cool waiting room while watching TV and reading magazines.When they were through, they explained what was wrong with my tire. And – they did not even charge me! Maybe they knew I was having a rough day and really feared getting stranded with a flat.One of the first individuals who helped me was Kim, who I believe said her husband owned the location – she was so incredibly nice! The business had the feeling of being a family-run business – they cared about their customers! I also learned they do much more than tires – like oil changes, brake jobs and more! I’ve already recommended it to friends.Big O will be the first stop on my list next time!
