Did a size swap for a pair of Waverunners. Guys were pretty nice, they let me try on the shoe twice because I was unsure. Before I came to sell a pair of 11s and got low balled but Ive sold stuff here prior. I think it just depends whos working and what they can offer (usually low) but I had a good experience and they saved me some time because I bought the wrong size. Thanks!

Jus went here to sell some deadstock yeezy slides and the cashier gave me a fair quote. Waited 20 minutes for the manager to come back just for him give me an offer for $40 less and returned my shoebox with grease stains all over the box because he just came from the food court what a joke. Crazy how I kept these shoes and the box in perfect condition for MONTHS just for this man to smear grease all over the box. Don’t waste your time

The merchandise is there, but the lighting and store setup has no real thought behind it.The prices are too high of a demand for everyone being able to touch the pieces.I’ve seen better setups at thrift stores with no real motif.Oh, it smells terrible in the store.

I’ve been a customer at Clientele for a few years. I can confidently say that they are the best, most trustable shop when it comes to obtaining authentic products, and always have the most respectable customer service beyond any other place that surrounds. Full of life, and diverse inventory.I’d definitely recommend this place. Marvin is a gem too.

There’s really no store like this around Long Island but I’d rather go to other places in the city.They have no type of customer service they never greet you or acknowledge that you’re there, And they never have masks on!!! The owner can run his business how ever he pleases if he’s okay with lazy unhelpful workers that’s on him but wearing masks is a public safety matter put your damn masks on you have a store in the damn mall (Roosevelt). 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

They don’t pick up the phone, not worth trying to sell if you’re a distance away and want to reach out easily over the phone.I’d give it a worse rating, but I don’t know how the place is ran, so 3 stars seems reasonable.

When I walked by I noticed some great music playing and then when I entered I was astonished at the amount of rare sneakers that were in display. All the sneakers are wrapped in plastic in order to keep them protected! The clothing in the store is a must see as well. Definitely my kind of vibes!

Honestly i’ve been to a lot of resell stores but this has to be the worst one I have ever been to in a long time. The store doesn’t have the vibe you are looking for when you are into Sneakers and Hype Clothes, and the workers are terrible. They care more about slapping price’s on stuff and getting you out of the store as quick as possible . They aren’t friendly and don’t even get me started with covid restrictions . They are not wearing their masks and not enforcing 6 feet distancing. When it comes to spending money, you have a better chance going to stockx or goat when you are granted better prices and better quality of the shoe. A pair of USED yeezy’s could go for $600 in this store but on stockx or goat when you go to buy them new it could only cost you $450. If i could give this store a 0 star i would and i don’t recommend anyone going here.

If I could give this sneaker reseller store no stars I would, I don’t know how these guys are still in business. From the very first time I stepped foot into this store no one acknowledged that I was there, I was treated unfairly and worst of all humiliated when I asked a simple question. It is still unbelievable that I was treated the same way to this day. I don’t mean to slander any business, especially during a pandemic but I thought I could help this business rise by noticing some flaws they have to their system. I wish this store nothing but the best and I hope One day I could walk in and feel welcomed.

My son and I went into Clientele in Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City for the first time today . My son wanted an Anti Social hoodie . The guys that worked there were BEYOND helpful and so very nice . We walked out with a hoodie AND a shirt ! Thank you so much for being for taking such good care of us! I highly recommend this location and will absolutely make all future purchases here !

How this place is still in business is beyond me. Very rude service. A lot of employees weren’t wearing their masks properly (nose out/if on at all). Tried to sell two pairs of shoes, me and one of the employees make a verbal deal and shook hands on. Then a different employee tries to come up and go back on the already agreed upon deal. When we say we shook hands on a deal already, they tell us to take the new deal or leave it. Absurd.

One of the worst stores when it comes to selling. Brought in some brand new 4s 10/10 condition and this man tries to offer me $180. (Retail $190) What frustrated me was they had the same exact shoes (Cheaper size) going for $400 I felt disrespected. I go on to ask if they’d be willing to do a trade & the same guy says “we don’t do trades” then I go onto their IG page where they labeled on their bio “BUY/SELL/TRADE.” He just stood there with a bunch of bs excuses, etc. DO NOT waste your time & try to sell to them because no matter what they’re going to lowball you.

Was able to locate a pair of Jordan’s that were hard to find. Luckily I found them at the Jersey Garden Mall location. Staff of very in tune with giving help and great customer service. If you are a big fan of consignment stores, give this one a visit because you won’t regret seeing what they’ve got.

Mina delivered a great experience. I purchased the Jordan killroy 9s from 2012 along with a supreme shirt. I felt like a had a personal knowledged stylest with great customer service. I will def return just based off the customer service

I went to the clientele in Roosevelt field & I wouldn’t go back. After standing for about 10 min wondering who works there, the first person who comes up to me tells me I have to leave the store because drinks aren’t allowed. I told him I wanted to inquire about a product and he told me I had to leave the store because of the beverage in my hand. I had a concealed and closed drink. That’s not how you get “clientele”

Gave them shoes to consign a few months back. They said they would call me when they sold. They never callled me. I had to call them. Their excuse was that they were busy. When I came in to get paid for my shoes it was like they were doing me a favor writing the check out. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. All of the negativity surrounding this place is true. I would not recommend at all.

BEST SNEAKER BOUTIQUE AROUND! They have a wide selection of exclusive Jordan’s. The owner and employers are super dope and helpful. I sold him a pair of brand new Jordan’s he gave me a great price for. Great people great quality !

As an OG Street wear collector and curator it’s great to find a great establishment like Clientele. Frank, Soley Ghost and the rest of the staff always are fair, honest and respectful of their customers.

My favorite store at Menlo Park Mall. Have been shopping here since they arrived. Their prices are reasonably if you’re familiar with streetwear and shoes. Went a couple weeks ago to check out some sneakers. Saw they were selling a yeezy for $400 which I had the same shoe. Asked what they would buy them for told they give me retail so I was ok with that. Wasted my time going yesterday to sell the sneaker and the guy said he’ll “pass” poor customer service. Atleast Acknowledge a customer and say your not buying right now I apologize but thanks for coming in.. none of that nice service. Guy just said “pass” and pretty much ignored me. Besides that the shoes are priced way over market. They lost me as a customer. To many other resell stores that work better with people.
