Good little hardware store they have alittle of everything. The staff is always nice and attentive. Prices are actually really good only issue is how far away it is sometimes. But if your close its worth the stop

Called them over the phone looking for a few things and told me yes we have in stock right now. As soon as I walked in ..the store representative already had it ready for pick up. Very reasonable prices and good customer service.. totally recommend it!!

Went to look for some shark bites...like the ones they have at Lowes...I was helped and had the had another brand but was less than the ones at Lowes. Its a part to connect trailer home pipes without glue .

Helpful and friendly staff, stock is low so keep in mind of items that tend to sell frequently. Side note, they dont have a huge plumbing section. Plan accordingly

Im giving this review to the owner, today we went to buy some blue hose for a kitchen drain.The gentleman that was helping us out was assuming on whether he had enough hose or not,then he measured it with the shelves. I asked him to measure with a tape measure and he said to let him do his job, that he knew what he was doing. The he gave the hose to my father in law without a paper with the linear feet nor price. When I got to the register I got a tape measure to measure the hose and then I gave the cashier the tape measure and she ended up charging my father in law for the tape measure when we never told her we were buying the tape measure. We went back inside and told the cashier we never asked to be charged for the tape measure and she said she couldnt take back the tape measure because those are things they cant take back. It made no sense, I worked over 25 years in retail and had never heard a more absurd excuse! We will never shop there because of the poor customer service!

The store has a very small selection of just about everything. The prices compared to major hardware stores like lowes and home depot are outrages on anything other than nails, screws, and small accessories. In short its a rip off, but the location is convinient to the people in the outskirts of Edinburg .

The guy that supposed to be the one in charge, at least thats what he told me. It was 6:25pm and he didnt let me go in. He kept telling me the were counting the box money and couldnt buy and get the two couplings that I need it to finish the job I was doing on that area, even thought they were cents. I offer to pay more so they wont be short. He said no, to go all the way to lowes. Thats bad reputation for being a small store that wants to grow, and to have people that dont want to work & wants to leave early plus with bad attitude.

Absolutelythe very worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Not only are they EXTREMELY over priced...the staff guys were only worried about flirting with the staff female cashiers!!! When I did go ask for help the guy looked like I interrupted him flirting with the cashier..and he continued to talk to her while walking away to go help me..when I checked out the girl didnt make eye contact with me or any sort of customer service. Imy guessing I interrupted her possible date for the night...I will NEVER EVERY go back there again!!!!!

The worst experience Ive ever had. The staff is very unprofessional they prefer to be talking and joking around than helping the customers. Theyre not helpful at all I spent almost an hour waiting for the material I needed. They obviously need more people working here because nothing is getting done.

Sorry for the frank and sincere boy I do but I just heard it from the same employees there. Said customers are the ones who fight why not Allan who helps them look for things. Said a cashier in his staff ami worth it. And I was shocked. With what I was saying to a client. Unfortunately, there are people who do not appreciate their work and hopefully the owner checks very well who chooses for his business.
