Only one dock where at a time they will load in one truck which take approximately 2 to3 hours to finish no waiting area no facility nothing completely third grade management

The shipping and receiving manager there is rude. Every time I delivered there she always acts abrasive. Other truckers that I have seen there say the same thing. The lady is very disrespectful and angry. I reported her to HR but I doubt the company will reprimand her. If you look at other peoples reviews they say exactly the same. Steer clear of this company if you are a trucker !!!!!

6/20/19, had a 10am appointment, they didnt start unloading until 2pm. The guy put a lock on the air lines, told me to chock the wheels on both sides of the trailer, roll down the landing gear, and still said get out of your truck and wait outside underneath the porch. The coke machine doesnt work, (the drinks in display are sun bleached, or popped opened from the heat), no water, 114 degrees the dash of my truck registered, sweating hot and humid, flies all over, and dust from the dirt lot of the dock door, 2:33pm and still not finished. The guy that loaded me in Ft Worth took less than 15 minutes. This guy finish unloading me here at 2:45pm, now I feel sticky and awful, and need to look for a shower.

They suck. Have a 10:00 appointment haven’t started unloading still here at 11:30.
