Ive been a do it yourself when possible and have been able to get the parts for my GE appliances. Times they have even special ordered them. Ive got a dishwasher from them thats run good so far. No problems.

Better than the big box stores

Ok customer awareness but not competitive on discounts, no waiver of delivery or haulaway fee, charge for pigtail. I did not make purchase.

Pioneer is the company that supplied the appliances in our newly built New Smyrna Beach home.Had a couple product glitches, but the Pioneer service guys were awesome. Alex has been here a couple times, and each time hes been here, hes been courteous, patient, and always willing to explain the situation when I ask. He and the service office have been very reliable when it comes to expectation setting as well. I didnt have a choice of what company was installing the appliances in my new home, but when its time for us to replace our appliances, well definitely make the choice to go back to Pioneer.

This place is the last appliance store i would ever go to....microwave broke after 30 days and the guy at the store couldnt care less...offered to rebuild my brand new microwave...took 1 day off work and now a second day to get the problem solved...went to the manufacturer,,hope i have more luck with them...want to support locals but never these guys again!!!!!!!! Zero stars, watch out, once they sell you an appliance you are no longer important to them

This is the only place we would buy our appliances. They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. David is so patient when we have questions.

Parts guy sold me a defective used part and then when I returned it he was gonna just get me another part instead of apologizing for the fact that I spent a 1/2 hour drive-in each direction all that time and effort for a part that he could have tested but chose not to
