I ordered a wall painting on line for $106.00 received an email with a confirmation number with a date to pick it up. The next day I tracked it and it was ready. I went to the store in Edgewater to pick it up. They said they had no record of it. I showed them the email and they told me it was at the Paramus location even though the email shows the Edgewater location. So my wife and I drive to Paramus fighting traffic again. Sure enough we get their and they tell us its at the Edgewater location. Come on now!! They owe me 106 for the painting I never received and at least 40 for gas!!!! Terrible will never shop there again.

The bad: A lot of bedding stuff was out of stock. Its all self checkout and if you need to wait for someone to help expect to wait since there isnt enough people to help out.The good: Staff was helpful and nice.

BB&B is great when you need to shop after moving. Armed with dozens of coupons, we can usually find most of the housewares that we need immediately. This location in particular has a lot of visitors and it appears they only have one or two registers and around six self-checkout stations so checkout might take a few extra minutes during peak shopping hours. The staff was helpful when I was trying to locate product.

One of the managers makes the shopping experience unpleasant. He is at the store now, Saturday January 25, 2020. This store has a large selection of food from coffee to house appliances to bedroom sets to kitchen, bathrooms and much more. I think just about anything you may need for you home, you may find in this store. Plenty of parking as is located in the Edgewater commons.

Is BED BATH AND BEYOND CLOSING ITS STORES??? I went to several locations in one week and the shelves are empty in all stores. The on line inventory is completely wrong all the time.

I don’t recommend to buy the dyson brand in this store, I want to exchange dyson V8 animal with dyson V10 or V11, brand new never used in box, with gift receipt, they are not able to exchange, so sad, even I didn’t ask for refund

A great spot to shop at for all your needs, I find usually everything that I am looking for, I get all my kitchen essentials and utensils from there, and they last for years to come. They have everything you can think of for every room for the house, and very affordable prices. This Bed Bath & Beyond especially is at a great location and very large in size. It has parking, which is always great, and not having to worry about a spot to park my car. The employees are very friendly and will help assist you in anything that might need. They also have curbside pickup, which is great especially these days. Highly recommend.

Bed Bath & Beyond is the one of the best store there you find everything that you need to a affordable prices.

Good service went to grab a new toilet bowl seat, i ask one of the kids that work there where are the toilet bowl seats he literial and no clue what i was talking about ask me can you describe it for me 🤔😂🤣 yes you the thing you sit on to take a s... he proceeds to say i dont think we have those and says if we do they would be on the other side. Sorry but this just goes to show what is happening to this generation book smart but that is about it.

We came in unsure about air purifiers but had immediate help. There were no hassles or anything of the sort. They even brought them to the front desk while we searched for other items.

Great place for everything related to home furnishing and ins and outs of bathroom and bedroom items. However, some things are a bit disorganized like the bathroom curtains section - hopefully theyll arrange that better.

Atypical Bed Bath & Beyond which is not a bad thing. The staff is friendly the prices are reasonable and everything is laid out very well. It can get busy at times and the pathways can get very crowded with the carts so please be careful.

Got a good deal on some new bedding for my mom. And the price of some of the pillows was ridiculous. But caught a sale, so a good deal that day.

Okay salespeople not very knowledgeable, could not find a brine bags though they were at the front of the store for Thanksgiving 2018. Sadly accents were very thick as they spoke and it took us way longer than usual at other stores. the store is not organized well and some of the products were tampered with.

Most items do not have clear price tags I had to go back and forth to the price scanners.

Stood in front of the cashier while she lied to her manager and told her she was helping me with a return, while I was simply trying to check out. The girl then went into a conversation with her manger and forgot entirely that she had not finished checking me out. Once she realized, she hastily threw my items into a bag; not wrapping the glass or the stone. Once I got home the glass was obviously cracked. Its not even worth going back; they should be embarrassed to employ people like that.

My mom and I spent over 5 hours at the store as I am in the process of buying all my household items for my new home after my wedding. We were fortunate to have worked with Juliyet - she was extremely helpful, and knowledgable on all the products. She spent a lot of time on explaining the difference between products and offering her advice. She made our shopping experience smoother and easier especially since we were exhausted by the end. This is not about this store but Bed Bath and Beyond in general - they send email after email with discount offers yet I cant seem to be able to use them with many items, specifically appliances - rather deceptive practice. If i have to pay regular price Id rather go to Amazon for example.

Good variety for adults, but a few for children and almost nothing for babies

They messed up the online order, forcing us to come back a second time. They marked the first ordered items not available, even through they had collected the items and were holding them. They made us chose other items, and when we came to pick up, they gave us the first set of items, which we no longer anticipated. Quite the mess. Will not order online anymore for in store pickup.Just go to the store.

This is one of a few Bed Bath & Beyond stores Ive encountered encountered where they have separated out Health and Beauty and have. A Harmon Face Value store either close by or next door to it which I find annoying because I signed up and paid for the annual discount card that provides 20% off all items at all times either in store or online. And now that I find that the stores rhat have separated the two do not honor. The discount card at Harmon which was one of the biggest purchases that I would make. And frankly Bed Bath & Beyond without health and beauty products Milius on the store that I want to go to

Love the location but I can never complete the bridal list the last 2 times Ive visited for a registry.

This store just seems like one big as seen on TV isle, and lacks the actual useful items youll find at a larger bed bath and beyond. Gave it an extra star for not reeking of Yankee candles as badly as usual.

It was clean and stocked on the items I needed. Customer service was great. I was in and out in a blink of an eye.

Some items are extremely overpriced, but the quality is not so bad. Other items are fair. Its like a P.C.Richards of home ware.
