Very disappointed I booked appointment for my daughter online as recommended since I could not reach anyone by phone in the salon numerous times including leaving a message with no callback. The day of my appt. 2 Hours before my appt. time was called that they need to cancel my appt as the stylist was double booked. I find this extremely unprofessional as they had over 10 days to review and change if need be!! Now Im inconvenienced the day of for the lack of communication on their end! Because I was not a regular customer they could not see us! Well I couldve been a regular but guess what you just lost my NEW business and recommendation!

I havent had a bad experience ever here. The last time the 2 women that helped us were super patient and worked well with kids. Their stations were clean and the prices were great. They did a great job on the haircut as well.

Lisa M is a fabulous hairstylist. She listens to your ideas, very accommodating and gives great suggestions.

I was so surprised to find this hot, little salon tucked away in the corner of JCP. The employees were super friendly. I made an appointment for my daughter to have her hair cut and ended up having my hair corn rowed at the same time. Miss Bari was amazing. This beautiful lady was so friendly and enjoyable to be around, I felt as if we were old friends. I would definitely recommend this salon and I will definitely be back. Thank you!(The only thing missing was some upbeat music playing.)

First time for me at JCPenney Salon. The stylist I was assigned with wasnt there that day. Risa a stylist took me instead for the appointment. I was having a color and a cut. I was not confident. I was expecting my appointment to be disaster.Risa didexcellent work, Both my color and cut were outstanding. What a relief that when my appointment was complete I was 100% pleased.I am returning for a blowday because I need to look great for an occasion.****

They go above and beyond . Especially ROSANNY. She is the best stylist l have ever met.
