Always a good shopping experience @ BBW! Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy because if you dont, you can easily spend $100. LOL~ Had a coupon, purchased my holiday hand soaps, plug-ins & received my free body lotion from another coupon. The employees are always pleasant & helpful. Tis the season...🎄⛄❤️

The sales people are a little too pushy. Normally I like to go in here. Today 3/3/21, the girl was weird. Jumped right on me when I walked in like what are you looking for?Um...just got here. Then I returned a candle and she goes and throws it in the back. I heard glass shatter. Must be a full moon still.

Everything smells good! You can fine sweet scents, light scents, clean scents, anything. They have candles, lotions, shower gels, body mist, hand sanitizer. The workers are all very friendly, but sometimes things can be a little expensive

I only went in to make an exchange. I ordered online and 1 of my products was opened. I went in to make thr exchange and all the ladies were nice.

Very friendly staff. Store was stocked. The sign for the wallflower plugs was a little deceiving. I thought they were all on sale and ended up paying extra. I was a little annoyed by that. They should have put all the sale ones in a different spot.

Asked for assistance and was basically dismissed without much of an effort on his part. Wanted simple hands lotion and was pointed towards a general direction even without giving me a eye contact as if I was disturbing his private time.
