Snobby and rude. Our wedding gift to an amazing couple was impossible to buy at their store. We looked there first. After finding the martini glasses in Stainless Steel we called about getting them personalized/engraved. We dont engrave things from other stores. After explaining of trying to order from them and offering whatever is fair $$$$ to get a couple of initials engraved they were adamant in their refusal. So, my last question was: Do you understand that we are in a tough spot, you do engraving, and we are willing to pay handsomely for your services? The Turned Up Nose Snob said Im sorry. We dont engrave merchandise purchased other than our store. What a way to keep a customer with extended family since the day they opened. Screw You Salisbury Pewter! We will go to main before we drive 3 miles to your store. Toxic place to do business!

Such a great shop!! We stopped in our way to an early Fathers Day lunch. The item we had a store pickup at Target fell through, we needed a gift. Found a plaque with a crab, the Maryland flag and an outline of the state. It was perfect, and he LOVES it. Your store saved us. Thank you. Highly recommend!!
