At first, I was not happy with how my frame turned out. I was helped by Nikole who was very professional and understanding. She helped rearrange my frame to my liking. I loved how quick and responsive they were to my emails. They were also very eager in making sure my frame was ‘perfect’. If you don’t like your frame at first, just make sure to reach out to them because they will be more than happy to fix it for you.
I love the art of preserving flowers and the concept of this business! I’m happy to have these keepsakes, However, I was let down by some details with the pieces I got. I ordered the floating bouquet frame and resin ring holder. I can see black foam all along the interior of the frame when it is up on the wall. The foam distracts from the natural beauty and seems like sloppy placement. I’m not sure what process they use to preserve the flowers, but the colors are quite faded. I understand that colors of some flowers change when dried, that was expected. The ring holder doesn’t have a flat bottom so it stands tilted.
Amelia is such a professional. She incorporated my vision of what I wanted for a pressed bouquet for my bedroom, her calligrapher hand wrote my vows into the background, and she still made use of my velvet ribbon. This such a timeless unique piece of home decor that I can have with me for many years to come.
The customer service from this shop is a bit infuriating. When I contacted them to ask why my frame was late, they insisted it wasn’t late, even though they admitted it was past the 6 week time frame they gave me. When I finally received the frame, the hardware to hang it wasn’t attached to the frame, you have to drill into this extremely delicate and expensive piece of art if you want to hang it. I asked about this and they insisted that most people like it this way because they don’t even want to hang it. What are you supposed to do with a frame if not hang it on the wall? Dealing with them is like being in a Twilight Zone episode.I’m pretty upset that I cannot display this frame. I don’t feel comfortable drilling into it to install the hardware necessary to hang it. The shop didn’t give me any actionable advice on what to do- they said just put a nail in the wall (there is nothing in the frame to secure it to the nail, it’s going to fall off) or lean it on a shelf (so it can fall as soon as anyone walks near it). I’m not really sure what to do with it now, I feel pretty duped. I wish I’d picked some other service to preserve my bouquet. I’m very sad that I trusted this shop with such a sentimental object.Edit: I was able to attach the hardware to the frame without using a drill. It was a bit harrowing to do on such a delicate piece of art. The shop suggested using a tiny screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit, but that was too small, I had to use a normal screwdriver. Still unhappy with the gaslighting customer service and that the hardware wasn’t installed, but at least I can hang it now.
Fair prices, wonderful bouquets, very professional. They provide and good service for a good price.
This is hands down my favorite keepsake from my wedding (10.24.20) and I am so happy that I decided to do this and with this company. Amelia is amazing and has the best customer service. She has detailed instructions on how to get the bouquet to her and I swear the wait is so worth it. I am still speechless looking at my bouquet on the wall.
Great shopping experience! Wonderful creative gift ideas!
