Used memberships for the first time. Clean and social distancing is on point on every level. Kids had a blast. And so did Mommy and Daddy
Took my family here twice since I moved out here six months ago. The place is right in the middle of the downtown area. Very convenient and easy to get to. First time there I immediately got annual passes. Price ranges are good too. They have events year round which is a plus. I have always gotten pleasent vibes from the staff. The gift shop will make you broke. I wanted every single crayon and marker color they have ever produced twice. So many souvenirs to break a budget on. My son enjoyed it. Loves the activities there. Not a great place to eat compared to other attractions. Definitely worth coming back multiple times.
Great place to go with kids and enjoy! The tour itself is good and the store has a lot of different crayon colors and gift options.
It was kind of cool. Not sure it was worth $12 a head, especially when all the adults did was stand around and watch the kids.
Nice place but youd think they would post hours of operation!
Love this placeHas changed so much since last time we visitedWell worth the money
I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. This was the WORST experience I have had at any amusement place in my life! It was overcrowded and understaffed, and yet they kept letting people in-it was unbelievable. I am not even sure the woman who took my ticket knew how many people were even in the place-it was definitely not like other parks when they have a counter as you go in. The power was partially out, and the AC was not working-and of course we did not know this before we waited 45 minutes in line to get in.The gift stores line wrapped around the entire place at least 100 people deep, again totally understaffed. This is a summer weekend, and they should be more aware and prepared to accommodate! Each floor had way too many people so we could not do any of the attractions, and there was minimal staff-no one to give the kids paper to color, no one to redeem tickets for prizes, it was insane! With power outages no one was advising people to not use the elevators, so there was overcrowding in the elevator line as well as people forced to carry strollers down the stairs, it was extremely unsafe and there was no staff around at all to handle the situation. There is no way that was not a fire hazard, all exits were blocked! The best part was I waited 30 minutes to speak with the manager to get a refund and they never came out, after the cashier asked them three times! I will NEVER go back there, and I suggest you visit with extremely low expectations.
For such s huge company you would think in the directory you would have phone number to your store . Instead you are given one direct line that does not guide you or connect you to store ! Who is running your show there ? When you do hit numbers thst are available all you get is a recording ! Poor way to run an operation in my opinion .
