No one at this CVS has any information about what CVS is supposed to provide. If you have a question for the pharmacy get ready to be on hold for an hour. If you get a store member on the phone, don’t waste your time asking them a question because they are truly clueless. After receiving incorrect information on the phone i came in to get a product only to find that this cvs doesn’t carry it. when i confronted the employee who told me to come in, she put her hands up in the air & said that wasn’t her, even though it clearly was. This was truly a terrible experience, & it’s very unfortunate that chain pharmacies care so little about their customers.

The pharmacy said that they could not give my needles for a prescription I have had with cvs for over two years now. They told me I would need a separate prescription for just the needles, I need my meds and doctors arent open this late. If a policy changes costumers who health it effects should be notified.

The fact that you cant be administered a covid test, because youre not in a vehicle is goofy. The suggestion that I should maybe take a taxi or an uber, was goofy as well. Why would I want to subject someone else to possibly getting covid. As a health care professional why would you even make that suggestion.

This past week I experienced the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. We ordered pictures to be printed and received an email that the pictures were complete around 7:15pm. We arrived at 7:45 to pick them up. Cielo (the cashier on duty) let us know that the machine was broken and there was nothing she could do and for us to come back in an hour. I had received a message stating my order was done. After huffing and rolling her eyes, she told us to wait 10 mins.About 15 mins later we come back and the machine isn’t working yet so she gets her coworker to help her. They get it working and half my order prints. She mixes one of my pictures into someone else’s pile and then gave me attitude when I mentioned that I believe that’s my picture. Long story short we ended up waiting until 9pm for the 2nd picture to print out.The issue wasn’t the broken machine, or the lack of a call/email to let us know it wasn’t working. The issue was Cielo.She presented herself as flustered, incompetent, and unwilling to help and that was before she even started speaking. She scoffed at requests, rolled her eyes, stomped around like a child and was all around acting like I was an inconvenience for being in the store. She made countless rude comments ranging from telling me it’s not her problem that the machine isn’t working, throwing her hands up in the air when her coworker asked something of her and saying “I can’t do anything right now” (while doing nothing else except staring at a broken machine), rudely telling her coworker she knows what she’s doing... and then needing his help after she couldn’t figure it out. Huffing and puffing at me and other customers. Complaining about how it was late and basically that she didn’t feel like dealing with this.I oversee a customer service team for a national company... I know that there’s things that happen that are genuinely out of our control. I can also say Cielo wouldn’t last 15 minutes on my team without getting fired.

Sidewalk near entranceway has a severe trip hazard in 2 spots where you can either trip or fall to the extent of a major lawsuit waiting for anyone to have happen if issues arent fixed ASAP..Shameful CVS.. 👎👎
