Not only is the Ambience great but it smells amazing inside. I got the Hibiscus tea and my friend got coffee, both were made with such care to detail and taste that I felt like I was in some super fancy Cafe. The tea came in a glass teapot and was brewed perfectly. The coffee looked good as well, Im not a coffee drinker but my friend adored it.The staff are so sweet and take their time making the drinks so they come out delicious. The Cafe was very clean and had a calming atmosphere, great for getting some work done in a picturesque setting.10/10 would come again!

One of my favorite coffeehouses of all time - and I’ve been to many across the country and around the world. The quality of the coffee itself is as close to perfect as you can get. The service is very warm and personable; done with a great attention to detail. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and inviting. A truly unique coffee experience and worth a visit, even if it’s out of your way!

Good pastries and coffee, especially after a long ride on the d&l trail. The fireplace gave off a relaxing and chill vibe, unfortunately the location was close to Highway 22, and there was a lot of car honking, other than that, I enjoyed. I would come back.

My first time trying here and I enjoyed what I bought. Although the latte was not to my fitting, I think I would try the teas instead (Coffee is not my thing anyways). The scone and brownie was delicious and I will come by here very often to buy and try different things. The service was really nice and friendly too! My coworker also comes here often and she thinks this place is worth a try as well.

We are so lucky to live in Easton, home of ThreeBirds, the most beautiful coffee shop in all the land. I say this with confidence because when we travel, my husband and I make a point to visit the best rated coffee shops in any city we visit. The staff and owners are amazing and have become friends of ours. They have a wonderful selection of tea, coffee, and light bites and treats. They put great thought and care into creating a welcoming atmosphere and experience for anyone who walks through the door and are actively involved in the community.

Ive been waiting and watching for this cute coffee shop to finally open its doors. Had the chance to experience there service and menu and Ive got to say they made a pretty great first impression. Even my local chiropractor (Dr. Matt Conroy) met with the owner and was very pleased with how friendly and innovative he and all his staff were. They have jumped through multiple hoops to open up and they are planning on bringing more interesting finds to their ever expanding and rotating menu. The appeal is definitely there, from the work they put in to restoring the building and original architecture, to their adorable small greenhouse in the side entrance, to housing some birds for the animal lovers out there. I was pleasantly surprised and awed. There is room for improvement of course, since they arent completely done with all the renovations, it is a very old building of course and used to be, correct me, a mortuary or funeral back in the day. But the feel of the building is warm and inviting, not creepy unless you love that sort of thing like I do. I enjoyed their Ginger turmeric tea and sampled the rest cold and was not disappointed at all. They even offer kombucha (it was absolutely amazing and Im usually not a fan) as well and maybe craft beer in the future. Time will tell. I also tried their new salad menu item that they will be expanding upon soon depending on demand. It also didnt disappoint either, served in a large tea cup, with fresh tender kale, sweet potato, quinoa and a whole host of add ins that jived together perfectly. Im not a huge salad eater nor dressing person at all and even I ate it without complaint. It was satisfying and refreshing. My husband tried the Chai latte and hes not one to like things right off the bat but he was absolutely floored by the pleasantly surprise of how amazing it was. I did not try it unfortunately, being lactose intolerant but they do offer alternative milk replacements for a small, less than a $1, upcharge. Very reasonable Id say. The service was extremely warm and inviting and even took the time to hand out samples while serving others and even helped take your order to your sitting area. Neither one of the two employees had issues with multitasking and had amazing customer service and manners. They also offer some quick to go items like bottled water, juices and other drinks as well as baked goods that looked to pretty to eat but cant wait to try some day. Multiple customers have already vouched that there baked goods are pretty good as well. All in all this place definitely has kept my attention and my approval thus far. I will definitely be visiting this shoppe and hope it grows in this town of Easton and hopefully will not succumb to closing early like other great shops that have graced this town because of difficulties with the Township. Thank you for your time and go and enjoy this quaint little place. 👍🏾👌🏾

This place is a veritable oasis. Despite US 22 passing right in front, once you step inside, youve gone back in time to an era of grace and grandeur. The home has been beautifully restored and provides a truly elegant surrounding in which to enjoy a beverage, a delectable treat and engaging conversation. Bring a book and sit on the terrasse and enjoy the beautiful trees or choose one of the several nostalgic rooms. The coffee drinks were perfectly prepared (Im a trained barista) and the staff was engaging, friendly and courteous. A wonderfully delightful experience.
