How hard is it to just say “no”? Called and asked about availability about a standard item stocked at gas stations, was given nothing but attitude from the girl on the phone. I expected better from Wawa as a company, very disappointed
Horrible service. Employees were more concerned about talking to each other about personal matters than to make my hoagie properly. They couldnt even make a basic hoagie that was asking for 4 ingredients. Sad
This is my favorite wawa to go to in the morning! all the morning workers are great and friendly!
The burrito is a No!!! 😖😖😖 ( so plain, no flavor, no beans on a burrito… first time…,avocado ripe) . ( had it at night)
Nice staff, doesn’t get as crowded as 25th st wawa.
The night shift has absolutely no work ethic, and can give a s@&t on how they prepare the food, or respect any special orders requested. They seem like they don’t want to be there, thus venting there actions into the customers food. I literally was so pi$&ed off, for a simple request of double toasted, and get into ramapo ny, discovering that it wasn’t when the manager said it was, tossing the sandwich out the window for wildlife to ingest. 3:00am 3/9/2021 hopefully you can remember and have a good ole chuckle, while you chuckle, chuckle at you’re job because your most likely there for a reason.
No public bathroom? What an inconvenient convenience store.
“Mark” the “manager” and “Linda”, both working 9/6-9/7 overnight, are unprofessional and rude as hell, have no clue how they’re still employed by Wawa
Never any issues at this Wawa. I walk the extra distance here instead of going to the downtown one since this one is usually better with orders.
Cashier had no respect give this place 2% of 10
Google maps took us here on a quick detour for some food. This Wawa is not great and there are no public restrooms. I would suggest driving further off your route to a better Wawa.
Hood customer service and good food. Is clean and well stocked
No public bathrooms but quick place to get little items and a drink.
Today while on the road I experienced a really awful nosebleed. This wawa was the first building I could stop at. The general manager brought me a chair and paper towels and made sure I was able to get cleaned up and back to my normal self. The kindness of the staff goes a very long way. Have been coming to this location for a long time and have never had a bad experience. But they went above and beyond today to help!
Seems that as of late they always seem to mess up the food order. My fiancé bought a cheese steak and they put mayo on it. She didn’t click it. Doesn’t say it in the ticket either. I ordered an Italian sub. The person definitely didn’t make an Italian sub. She just put random meats on it. Tastes horrible. Stay away from wawa on Cattell street later in the evening.
I, unfortunately, spend way too much money here. I know almost all the employees by name, and more than a handful know me by name. Coffee is always good, and theyre respectful of any special orders I put in on the sandwich ordering machine (which is usually cut multiple times or dont cut at all). Its a tad expensive, and this location lacks gas pumps (as it predates Wawa getting into the gas game), but thats to be expected at a corner store.
I went to Wawa at 2am this morning, expressly to get coffee from the espresso machine. Unfortunately, Wawa is not what it once was. Even as I walked blithely towards my cherished Mocha (extra wake up!), I could sense that something was off. I quickly selected my preferred 16 oz cup and turned to fill it with delicious beverages that would prolong my fall towards unconsciousness. All was not as it seemed. I hit the red button, waited for the glorious smell of espresso to fill my nostrils...and nothing happened. I hit the button again, mashed it harder, as my concern mounted and the emptiness that filled my cup expanded- sloshed out of the cup and into the whole Wawa, filling it up with silence and pain and longing that would not be quenched. This, I realized, is what unrequited love must feel like. All my passion, my desire, focused on a goal that could not be obtained. As despair began to wash over me, a Wawa employee, Joe, sailed by and happened to ask Did you need hot water? I looked at him sorrowfully, wondering why any sane person would go to a coffee machine to get water. I need Mocha, extra wake up! I wailed as my inner anguish spilled forth. Joe laughed sardonically Im cleaning the machine now. Its not working. And with those cruel words, Joe dashed my hopes and disappeared to reshelve candy. I looked around, hoping against hope that somehow, some way, I would wake up from this nightmare. Alas, despite the bright fluorescent lights that filled my once beloved home, darkness settled over the place I had once loved. The gaudy mask torn away, I saw Wawa for what it was, not a respite for weary travelers diligently searching for shelter from the 2am paper grind, but a cruel facsimile. A mirage and nothing more. No coffee oasis, but the cruel sands of regret and misplaced hope filling my lungs and choking my sorrowed gasps. I came to Wawa looking for a liquid companion to keep me warm during the long, cold hours before my paper deadline. I left disillusioned, my soul shattered, my heart torn asunder by the brutal winds of fate. 2/5 stars because when I called them ten minutes later, they stated that the machine would be working again in a couple of hours.
Once again, a Wawa with no public restrooms. People are nice but it takes forever to get a sandwiches made.
Clean Store, Friendly Staff, Good Food; my fave soup is Baked Potato with bacon and chese! Fave sub is Chicken Salad.
Good for a quick and cheap meal. Staff is very friendly. ATM does not have a fee, which is a nice bonus.
Pay $0.25 extra for each sour cream and receive none. 2nd to worst Wawa Ive been to. Not a big place. Cashier was friendly
Angela made my food and by far outstanding 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Amazing customer service. Manager paid for my lunch since they took so long to make it and apologized.
How do you forget to put ham on a ham hoagie?
NO PUBLIC RESTROOM!!!wth Wawa?Not cool.
Smaller Wawa. Usually pretty busy. Consistent with other WaWas.
My husband and I used to live coming to this Wawa. Things have changed drastically since “H” left for another Wawa. The staff isn’t as friendly. Coffee is left with emptied pots. Sometimes there’s an empty pot behind an empty pot. A lot of negative attitude.
Disgusting food and service, nasty employees
This the best Wawa ever
Very polite staff
Quick place to get midnight snacks
Ask for bofa they get pissed
Open 24 hours. If you live close by and need milk or junk food in a hurry, youll shop here.
Very Convenient
No restroom
Why offer curb side pick up if your employees just let the food sit there until you come inside and get it. And then doesn’t even Acknowledge the fact that he made a mistake
