Personable, helpful and very friendly. Although, things are limited in store due to the pandemic, which is understandable but they still have good selections.

Not impressed with the quality of the store and their supplies that they didnt have. I felt like I was in a gas station store and not a professional beauty supply store.

Been going there for years. Always a helpful and friendly staff. And they always are very knowledgeable about the products.

The products are great and the store is well maintained. The service is horrible. I have been here more than once and every time I go the employees treat me with attitude. For me good quality service is very important and this store definitely dose not have that. The employees here really need some sort of training on how to treat clients.

The manager, Shannon was very professional, helpful and polite. I had not shopped in this particular location before. I intend to become a regular customer. The staff seems knowledgeable and very professional.

The staff was very friendly and offered to help. The store was clean and well stocked.

The customer service is very sub par. I made a visit years prior (2015), and then recently (3/2017) and the service was horrible then as it is now. Laziness is an understatement. I guess we can say they are consistent. Perhaps the hiring manager likes this sort of behavior and thus fosters it. Who knows!? The store is not well stocked, especially for Esthetics. I will not be spending my money there any time soon.
