A place I always trust. They are truthful and transparent with repairs that need to be complete ASAP or ones that can wait. I appreciate the friendly and professionalism of the staff.

Made an appt 2 weeks ahead of time for what I thought would be a quick tire swap but ended up waiting 4+ hours. I understand you guys may be busy but also whats the point of making an appt if you dont prioritize me first? Not satisfied at all and wont be coming back.

My wife and I had just left East Wenatchee pulling my boat and trailer over to Puget Sound getting prepared for a family reunion and to celebrate or 39th wedding anniversary. We were three miles from home when my left trailer tire delaminates and it’s 100 degrees out at 5:45 pm. It’s still inflated and we pull off to a side road in Monitor. I begin to assess and get my tire iron and jack out when I thought I’d call Les Schwab’s wear I had purchased them four or five years before. I really only had less than 1000 miles on them. The assistant manager Eric said they had already buttoned things up and the road side crewmen had already gone home. I said well that’s okay I’ve done this before on I 90 about 9 years ago. After I began the process of jacking and loosening the lug nuts Eric calls back and says “it didn’t set right with him “and called Steven to come back to work give me excellent road side service and completely changed out and placed a new tire on the trailer. I do have a new spare on the trailer but didn’t need to put it on this time. What thoughtful and caring young men helping out this 65 year old man and his wife. We made the trip safely and have since replaced the other trailer tire as well. Top Shelf Serice!

My trailer broke down on the road and came in this evening for wheel, tire and hub repair needed in an emergency. Unfortunately there wasn’t one in stock but Mac came out and started calling a few places to find a hub and we found one in across the river. I was very fortunate to have Mac take the time to take care of me to get my trailer back on the road today. If it wasn’t for Mac and the guys on the commercial side doing whatever it takes I would of been stuck for a couple of days. Thank you for going above and beyond. Im very grateful to have these guys when I came in and I wanted to let your management and other people know what good service I received today!Andy

Had a flat while vacationing nearby. This is the only tire shop within 50 miles that had the tire size required, but they only had 1.They initially refused to sell me the single tire they had, insisting I need to replace all 4. Its a sales pitch to make more money, even though all my tires are new--front set being Pirelli run flats purchased 1 month ago. Front and back are different sizes per Jaguar specs.These guys didnt even want to help someone in need, until I began calling stores further out and they believed they might lose a sale. Gives honest tire shops a bad rep. Probably wanted the tires I was running to sell as used.Ended up being sold a summer tire they happened to have in stock and Ill replace it at my dealership when I return home.

Big Trucks, pull in on the side of Oreillys and drive around back. Stopped in on a Friday, I needed a steer swapped out. Was immediately put into a lane, told it was going to be a few minutes, they were finishing up another truck.Nick came over a few minutes later, clarified what I needed and got straight to work. 15 mins later, I was on the road and heading back East.Great guys and great service. Excellent service! We purchased a new battery from them and not even two months later our car kept dying. We brought our vehicle in as we suspected battery issue, and. The team their inspected it and confirmed it was a faulty batter. They replaced it and no cost to us. We always get our tires from them and recommend family to go as well. Have never had any unpleasant issue with their business.. Thank goodness!

I dropped off my car at 7:30 am for them to put my winter tires on my current wheels. It’s now at 4:17pm and they still haven’t work on my car yet. This is crazy that I have to waited this long. When I arrived this morning, there was like only about a dozen cars in the parking lots. I assume my car should already be working on by now. Last year I went to discount tires with same deal no appointment just walked in right before they open and I was only there for like 4.5 hours long not like here. This is ridiculous. I will not coming back here again. Extremely slow services. Customer don’t have that kind of time to be waiting that long anymore nowadays. This is why I’m rating this place a 1 star.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and I bought my tires on the internet. The staff at Les Schwab did a very good job assisting me and putting the new tires on my new truck. Thank you for being so professional and quick.

Always get great results and fair pricing.Last visit however one of the staff that was working that night yelled from the carports that freaking people need to stop coming in so late. I got there 70 minutes before closing, I get its hot and you been working all day and want to go home, but that just seems rude and very unprofessional

This by far is the best store out of the area. I live an hour away but I am always willing to drive to them at their East Wenatchee store. Their customer service is second to none.We ordered wheels and tires for my truck last Thursday and happened to come in the afternoon of the following Tuesday. That was my only day off for the next 22 days.Javier and his crew started working on it immediately when I arrived around 4:30pm even though they close at 6pm. They stayed after hours to complete my job! Most places wouldnt have even touched my truck that late or strictly required an appointment for some other day. They did all of this work without a single frown on their face or any disgust about staying at work when not needed to.These guys are willing to do what it takes to get your vehicle in order! All the work was done correct the first time and made my truck look fantastic. I will gladly keep doing business with them and recommend you to do so as well.

The workers are super friendly and got me fixed and on the way quickly.

Had a wheel hub barring go out, les schwabs tried to tell me it was my CV axle and that another place that worked on it over torqued the axle. Then tried to charge me $1000 for both sides total. If I had got the work done there, I would have been out all that money and have my car still undriveable. Thankfully I was able to take it up the street to Alignment Pros who found the right part and it was only half of the original cost.

These guys are wonderful. Helpful, friendly and quick. Also can be busy but still try hard to get you in and out as quick as possible. Prices are reasonable and honest.

Very friendly and quick

On Christmas eve my nephew hit a large rock leaving Eniat and destroyed his wheel and tire. This was stressful as he had his wife and baby in car and it was close to midnight. We were able to get a donut spare on but worried about traveling back over the pass on Christmas day. My brother contacted Les Schwab employee Tyler Spaeth and he agreed to meet our nephew at the store on Christmas to replace the tire/wheel ensuring safe travels on Christmas. Thank you Tyler Spaeth for helping out and providing a Christmas miracle!

I went in for a battery check and waited for an hour and a half while tire customers came and went. I think they forgot I was there. Finally I asked how much longer it would be and then it was just minutes until it was done. This was an unusual situation and not typical at all for Schwabs. Normally they are very good.

Never coming back again they fix the tire of my car because of a flat. After a week the car was making a weird noise. I went to make a payment and I told them about the noise and they look at me like I was crazy. so a week later the tire came off thank god i was only driving 25 miles per hour, I lost of the lug nuts and I total my car thank god no one got hurt. they are really bad on fixing problems, but they are so good on calling and harassing you for payment

Hit a rock on 97 by Entiat on Christmas Eve night. Destroyed my tire, and wheel. Reached out to several different tire places in town. Several of them responded, and offered to help me after Christmas. Except Les Schwab. A stand up guy named Tyler Spaeth offered to meet me at the store in East Wenatchee on Christmas to help me, and my family get back over the mountains safe for Christmas. Those commercials you hear on the radio is exactly the kind of thing that happened to us. I would still be in Wenatchee today if it wasnt for Tyler. I am a Las Schwab guy for life now.

I have nothing but good to say about this store. I read some of the negative comments, and it makes me wonder what universe theyre living in.I went to the alignment shop due to a concern about tire wear, the guy did a thorough inspection and came back with the news that I needed to replace the tie rod. He furnished a written, itemized quote, but he also said the job would take longer than I had time for, so I had to decline the work right then. No problem. He wrote up a no-charge invoice and even helped me reattach the trailer Id had to disconnect before coming into the alignment bay.This place is a class act, and I recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent customer service. I had new tires put on my horse trailer, but needed it done quickly as I needed to pickup my horse before dark. They had our new tires on within 1-1/2 hours.

East Wenatchee store is great. Never had problems. I work as a graveyard nurse and go there as soon as Im off work. They even offered to drive me home and pick me up so I could nap while they repaired my sway bar. A++. Always as quick as they can be, Ive worked in retail & service jobs I understand that a 45 min job might take 2 hrs if others got there before me. Its first come first serve why people are complaining about that boggles my mind. They always tell me how many people are there before me And estimate long it will take and if its going to be longer come over & let me know right away. Not just a tire store they really have done a lot of work on my car besides just brakes and tires. Just ask!

To be honest would not even give this company a one star review. Words cannot describe how angry and disappointed I am at less Schwab on Grant Road in East Wenatchee. As of today it is my third time being down there being told the third diagnosis and after paying $300 for the fix Im left with the bill and the problem still not solved in my car. They were glad to charge my account and then send me on my way.. The thing that really gets me, is that the manager Keith, is the one who made the situation worse, the employee Tyler took extra measures to make sure that I would be happy after the situation and manager overlooked him and return my car dirty, not fixed, and had me very unhappy. My car is still not fixed-Im left with the bill and will not be returning to let Schwab anytime in the future and do not suggest that anyone go there for tires, struts, ball joints, anything for your car if you care about it! I just cant believe the level of care in that place. Ill be glad to take it somewhere else and pay for the work- not get told time after time the wrong diagnosis and treated like crap, plus I still get to pay for nothing! Wonderful🖕

Horrible service and not only did they keep my car overnight because they couldnt finish it on time but they even threw away my lug nuts I had purchased a day before but put new ones and had the damn nerve to charge me for them! When I asked to see the old lug nuts to see how bad they where they simply said there long gone never coming back

Good service and tires! not good batteries

Purchased snow tires and wheels last year from this location. The sensors I was sold broke and need replacement, yes they are atill inder warranty. Took my car in this morning to have tires put back on and the sensors replaced, but was told they were not taking any more than 60 cars for the day. Wow, what horrid customer service, you dont take appointments, we cannot put studded tires on until after November 1st, and there is a snow storm coming to our area this weekend. I went to Discount Tires, they were just as busy if not more so, took care of us and we bought another set of tires for my sons car. They recognize that they are in a service industry and the window when snowtires can be put on is small and can have an impact on community members safety due to weather conditions. They have planned accordingly and their employees are working overtime to take care of their customers. Les Schwab you just lost a 30 year customer.

If i could give a negative amount of stars i would. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I had almost a thousand dollars worth of work done to my vehicle just for the parts they put in to go out within 25 days. I took my car to another mechanic and called les schwabs to inform them and they said the mechanics inspection was inaccurate and id have to drive back for them to reinspect it. Um no sir. I spent 5 hours there I will not drive my BROKEN car back to have you look at it just to put in cheap parts. Everyone there is rude with the exception of a few friendly workers. They replaced my ball joint and did an alignment when i took it to another mechanic they told me all my ball joints are shot and my tie rod is completely broke. Les schwabs didnt notice it 10 mins before my mechanic did. Never again 10 out of 10 i wouldnt recommend. Les schwabs should stick to tires. If that.
