Love how they have treated me. They have been patient and kind and have worked with me on getting things fixed on my truck. They have pointed out things that dont need fixing that was told to me that did and they walk me back and show me everything. I highly recommend them. Plus I know they are telling the truth as I grew up working on cars with my dad, I just no longer can do the work myself.

They charged $20 for an oil change to a big Russian gal but I guess because I’m write I was updated to $200. My son said he had all kinds of problems with them too. Their like gypsies…. you’re probably fine if you’re one of them but stay away if you’re white

Eugene was absolutely amazing!!! We were having the death shakes with our lefties jeep and alignment issues. He spent an entire day working with us to solve the problem. He is all about customer service and being honest!! Would 100% recommend him. I now have my entire family going to him as well. Great spot!

So back on 01/30/2020 I had my 2005 Subaru Baja towed to alignment pros because my car got new wheels and new tires and new shocks installed. The main purpose of my visit was to get an alignment. During the time there I had some parts installed as well. Which they did good work with the parts. However the alignment job was SOO terrible. I ended up going back about 3 weeks later to let the owner know that my car was still pulling to the right and that the alignment needed to be redone. No problem he did the alignment pretty fast and sent me on my way. And then again I visit him again on 4/07/2020 because I had noticed that my rear wheels looked kind of slanted out. I go under my car and then notice that my brand new tires were ruined. Half the tire with really good tread and the other half completely worn out. I go in talk to the owner/manager and tell him the problem. I told him he needed to replace my rear tires because that was the result of his terrible alignment. Not one but 3 different TERRIBLE alignments all under 4000 miles All he did for me was tell me that my tires still have some tread. He absolutely did nothing for me besides ruin my brand new tires. Im upset I trusted his work. I will never go there again.

Wow! This has to be the cleanest quick lube place in town. The lobby is absolutely spotless and a very comfortable place to wait. All the technicians I interacted with were really professional and seemed to know their stuff. Definitely making this my regular oil change shop. Great job guys!

I had an oil change done on my high mileage 95 Nissan, paid twice what it cost last time I used their service. Same car, same oil, same services. (I did have a coupon last time, but that does Not explain this Huge difference!) All of the people, from the pit to the office were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. (5 stars for That!) I realize times are tough, but really?? TWICE THE COST?!?! I have been bragging your place up.....moving on.

I was having issues with a spongy break pedal and went in to have them flush the brake fluid. They promptly noticed it was a rear cylinder that needed to be replaced and didnt charge me for anything.Honestly impressed when most of these businesses try to charge you for everything. The technicians were all courteous and knowledgeable.

We went to the Alignment shop under our neighbors recommendation we were needing help because we were unsatisfied with the steering of our truck when we aproched the owner he was very professional and polite he took one look and determined that we needed a part replaced and an alignment when we had the work done he stayed with our estimate and time we were very impressed with the results as it handles much better we will recommend your shop to anyone that needs service to their vehicle.Thanks for the oil change which resulted in finding a leak in our transmission pan that kept loosing because the pan was bad they suggested we have it replaced thanks to them it does not leak anymore.Eugene found a pinched cooler line for our steering box when he made an adjustment in our steering if it wasnt for him we would have never known until there was an expensive problem thanks to Eugene and his team.

I had 2 bad experiences at this place. The first is that the battery in my car died and they were trying to pass 24 volts to turn it on. The second time was someone who crashed my car while parked. I tried to call the police for a report and the business man said it is not necessary to just take the information of the person who hit you, I did not do it, and the person who hit me did not have insurance nor did he pay the damages. the staff was more concerned about leaving and not block up business. I do not recommend this place.

This is the BEST place around the valley. The staff and the tech (Felix) are nice and polite. Customer Service #1. I would recommend this place 100%. The owner should be happy that this place has bilingual staff (:I had given 5 stars before but now if I could I would give a ZERO. I took my vehicle in again to get service and they didnt know what the hell to do. I asked for the person that had worked on my vehicle before (Felix) and he wasnt there. Very disappointed!!

I have never been to this place before to get my car service. I needed to get an oil change for my car and its way over due. I decided to give this place a shot and drove to it. The manager-Gustavo was very nice that day and able to get us in and out within 20 minutes or so. I was getting a standard synthetic blend oil change starting out around $39+ and changed my cabin filter for $40+ and with a 10% discounted, plus getting my car vacuum the whole inside and a car wash from Jetpro express voucher at the end. Its a little bit pricey but not too bad. The services and manager-Gustavo were excellent to their customers. If you guys out there havent been here and do give them a chance to try it out. The waiting room is very clean and have about five chairs with two small tables inside. Theres also a bathroom and free coffee there. Hope this review helps.

The service was fast, those guys know their stuff and it seems as if racing team is working on the car. They also did a coolant flush, everything very clean and fast again. Plus free car wash and windshield wipers! Polite and not pushy, I have been in auto-business myself and I can tell quality and professionalism when I see one, recommend!

Came to my hometown Wenatchee to get work done on my car, Took my car in for an alignment and for them to check out why I would hear squealing noise on my front driver wheel, was quoted $300 for alignment and to get rid of the noise, and was told I needed new sway bar, I waited for 2 hours 45 minutes in the lobby, and at the end they tell me it’s done but that the squealing sound is still there because turns out we need to replace the ball joints to get the squealing to go away. For that it would of been $550 total. Very disappointing how I waited all that time there, told them specifically why I was there to get rid of that noise, and not once did they go in and tell me I needed more parts, if I would of been told in the middle of the process I would of done it there and then.The motto is “TIME IS MONEY, we strive to save you both” yet I feel like my valuable time and money was wasted here. Should of just gone to les Schwab, at least they’ll hit me with a expensive price upfront instead of doing the work and then saying I need more parts.

Great service very fast and professional staff. Dylan was my tech and did a great job. I also got a chance to check out their waiting area which was very refreshing since it was 95°F out there.

First time here, looks awesome! Place is clean, waiting room is nice and clean with coffee and snacks. They did the oil change and also notified me of a few problems my car has that they could also repair but they werent overly pushy about it. Awesome job team!

This is second visit and I really really like these guys. First service was supposed to be for oil, filter, cabin filter, transmission change, air filter. They test a bunch of stuff for free- as much if not more than the Acura dealer. When they tested it they said the transmission fluid might be in the book for a change, but it looked great ( by the way they don’t just guess, they take a drop and it it isn’t okay, they show you what new looks lime), so leave it alone and recheck at next oil change. Power steering fluid still looks new. So, they did it all in less than an hour and their Keurik provides free coffee and nice cookies while you wait. This time they looked me up, notes about what had not been done previously was on my record. It was time for the transmission fluid. My MDX is on possible recall for oil burning so they documented that for me, too ! They had it done in half hour. Much preferred to getting a rental (even for free) from dealer so you have to mess with that. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Oh, a gripe I have had with dealers is they always diagnose you need new wipers. Since I drive over the pass weekly, I change them myself often so I know they are always okay. These guys said my wipers looked fine!!!

Good people terrible alignment went back 2 times first one steering wheel crooked and pulling to right went back steering wheel crooked other way but driving straight ignored it for 2-3 weeks around 1500 - 2000 miles and then noticed major inside tire ware on MY BRAND NEW tires went back then he said to give him the specs I want and hell set it because my SUV has a 2 in front 3 in rear lift so he dont know what to set it to!? Vary dissatisfied

First time taking it in, steering wheel straight alignment pulling to the right. Went in a second time to get it fixed (3 hours later) Alignment is straight, steering wheel is crooked. I would not recommend.

Very clean, fast and professional. We were driving through Wenatchee when I noticed the place and I needed an oil change. They were done in no time, knowledgeable, with all equipment seems to be brand new, definitely not the typical oil change experience. The unique NASCAR race-like design inside and super friendly staff made a routine car maintenance actually a fun experience!

They were friendly but didnt inform me of other suspension problems that also need fixed.

First time I went in I gave them a five star review to help a local business. First time I had them do an alignment they told me les swchob quote was for parts I didn’t need, my tires didn’t last six months in the front. Went back they replaced several parts costing me 700ish and said I was good. I bought new tires and they are now ruined after 1k miles. I went back today to have it checked. They said it was just barely off and that all looked good. A ball joint could be replaced. I was frustrated because it was clearly not ok and said I’d go elsewhere. I went elsewhereBought new tires today and it sounds like it was bad tie rods. I will not be going back. Don’t be fouled by lower prices. Pay the right price to get the job done right is the lesson I learned.
