It is a great place that serves great coffee. When I went they were just opening, so they did not have a great selection of pastry, but still the place it is great. It is a wonderful addition to MSU campus.

Great coffee and 10/10 service and atmosphere. Didnt stay, but seemed like a great space to work and the loft looked very pleasant. Somewhat limited on the pastry selection, but went at a weird time. The pour over had some good tasting notes and was an otherwise balanced cup.

I moved a month ago to EL and I was looking for a good coffee shop where I am able to work when working remotely, and I found it. Foster has a great location right on Albert St. and has of course, great coffee and great service. Baristas give you a great service and always in a good mood. I will come often to this place for sure!

Love the vibes here. The music was great, and the upper level was perfect for sitting down to get some work done. Their lavender honey latte was amazing as well!

Iced Lemicano is one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had. Horchata with a shot of espresso also highly recommended. Great atmosphere, especially with Albert St closed in the summer. W

I really enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee almost every weekend. The vanilla latte is combined with their beautiful ambience gives a nice relaxing experience. Great friendly service.

Absolutely love Foster Coffee - their drinks are great, they have a unique variety and fun seasonal offerings, and their avocado toast is so good! Stopping here is a must for your EL visit.

I dont really drink coffee, but their tea choices are few, but good. I wish they had a couple more options.

Yay another new coffee house in town! Tried the iced caramel latte and it was so good! Love the vibe and atmosphere. The only thing is they don’t have their own parking lot, you’re going to have to park at one of the parking ramps.

The atmosphere and service are awesome, and the coffee is delicious. Their new mobile ordering system is excellent, as well. Couldnt be happier with the place. I highly recommend the iced Blue Bumble Bee, as it is still my favorite Foster Coffee.

The coffeehouse has a very minimalistic approach. Aside from the number of pictures on the wall to the right of the door, its pretty bland. The menu is a single sheet of laminated paper in front of the cash register and I actually couldnt find it for a solid 30 seconds after entering the building. The coffee was tasty and service was speedy and friendly, but I do think they should add more to the store.

Fantastic, caring and personal service! They 100% satisfied me by taking my crazy, weird request, and then just making it happen, no questions asked. And then followed up to make sure they had made me happy. They sure had! Their sweater is cozy, and their coffees awesome, too :)

My favorite cafe in East Lansing now. Man, I went there the other day and there was a line out the door in 20 degree weather. People must love this place. It can be really hard to find some place to sit sometimes. The pour over and their home brew I think are all really good. The staff are friendly and helpful with picking out things. When I go into this place, I feel like I’m not in East Lansing anymore and now I’m in Manhattan or Chicago loop. Feels very new urban style.

By far my favorite local coffee spot, I just wish they opened earlier than 9am on Saturdays.

Best customer service one could ask for!! The staff is super welcoming and sweet, making the coffee shop feel very comforting and homey. They have a great rewards program, for all the coffee lovers out there! Highly recommend.

I love foster coffee. Everyone who works there is so kind and it is definitely a safe place for anyone who needs somewhere to relax or get work done.

I bought a to-go latte and got immediately thrilled when taking a first sip of the smooth and aromatic coffee drink. The milk and the light layer of foam blended so well with the espresso shot and they complemented and enhanced each other’s tastiness. The best cup of latte I’ve had in EL. The barista was very friendly and the ambiance seemed to be very inviting.

My siblings and I were helped by a super nice and friendly girl with the most beautiful purple hair and were served the best oat milk lattes we’ve ever had. I’m so happy that there’s a Fosters in town now, will always recommend for the coffee, atmosphere and employees!

Best coffee, hot chocolate, and Carmel apple cider. Really fast and let my child watch them make his hot chocolate! They even had very comfortable seating!!!!!!

Per my Spartan daughters rec we stopped in here after dropping her back at school and let me say.... delish!! Waaaaaay better than SB and super friendly baristas! The coffer shop has plenty of cozy seating on two levels. Very modern and clean. If you’re in the area for sure try this super hip college coffee hangout!

I’m so excited to be the first one to review Foster’s new East Lansing location. I’ve been a huge fan of their other two locations, but more importantly I’m a fan of who they are, what the believe, and the ways they foster community everywhere they go. Each location keeps getting better and better and this space is nothing short of breathtaking. This is hands down the place to go in Lansing for coffee. 🙌🏻

Fantastic coffee.

Started with No smiles from the cashier. Pour over coffee then was served luke warm and took about 15 minutes to make. Threw it out walking back to parking structure. Really didnt like the concrete, minimalist vibe of the place. Very disappointed.
