Big lots. Is a ideal place to shop the only goods that is not there is produce and meat that you can get at stop and shop etc. But a big plus is: their home products such as furniture and bedding, book shelf, chairs and small selection of non perishable food items in cans bottles and glass jars. There is a section for pets and a separate are for electronics, a small section for tools not like Wal-Mart. Have a open mind when your shopping for furniture here you be the judge to buy or not Go check it out.

Customer service was good. The gentleman came right over and offered us help on some furniture that me and my wife were looking at

What can I say.. I 💕 💕 💕 this place, again the prices are great. I literally bought something that easily cost $30 for $15 and its a face product. They have a little bit of everything.

Couldnt find pencil sharpeners and one item I bought was cheaper at Stop and Shop next door. Chips I wanted were on sale. Also, no price marked on dish soap or on shelf it was on.

Now you have all the sales when all the money spent.

The store was organized and i was able to find what I was looking for without asking for help. If you cant find a price for a item they have the scanner to help you with that

Always my go to store for unique or hard to find items. The cashier was very pleasant and the store was clean and partitioned to meet the social distance guidelines.

I really like shopping here. The staff was really friendly and they have name brand products at great prices! I know, I sound like a commercial but I had a great experience. I didnt even buy what I went in there for, which gives me a reason to go back.

Finally found a pair of summer sandals and a kitchen garbage with a lid that seals.

Just went to the East Hartford location to buy a mattress and platform. Anthony was so helpful and great.

I am in a wheelchair, and an employee named ARMON was beyond extremely helpful to me! I had dropped something while looking for a Halloween decoration that was a little beyond my reach and he took the time to help me pick one out.He also helped me at the register, and signed me up for your discount card. Then to top it all off, he came around and helped me pack all my purchases into my travel bag that I have on my foot rest.He is an exemplary employee..

Big lots had a large variety of items but you have to engage in comparison shopping while you are there. You will find many of the same items much cheaper at Walmart or one of the dollar stores.

Good customer service. The store needs a remodeled and organized.

Great deals. Bought 5 packs of delicious peppers under crazy deals costing $10 and got a $10 card crazy deal card for $10 on any thing on my next shopping trip. I go in for one item and end up with 25 items, prices are fair. Watch out for products as some are substandard.

Good prices on most of the things. Most of the furniture they have is good the only thing is that their delivery prices are high, and they sale some of the furniture with the whole entire set not by the piece.

The merchandise is cheap. You can get deals on seasonal goods, for example yard chairs, pool chemicals, etc. On the other hand some of the products are cheapish Chinese stuff that doesnt last.
