Messy store. Under stocked One of the worst Dollar Trees Ive been to. Cashier was very nice though.

The store was a mess. The place looked like nobody gave a duck. I actually felt embarrassed shopping in there. Its like I go to a restaurant and they toss ur food on the floor and Im supposed to say Im sorry and thank you.

Store was very disorganized. Outside driveway was filthy with lots of garbage spilling out of the garbage pail, disgusting.

Good to grab quick small stuff

Like with most Dollar Tree locations, the availability of certain items is hit or miss. But, for what they do have, the value is great. Plus, unlike some locations, this one has a decent refrigerated/frozen food section. Though, its not always that clean looking and many of the shelves have a somewhat scattered appearance, with many items that seem to have been randomly discarded, in the wrong areas. Which can make finding things a bit of a challenge.

The cashier has a long wait time to pay and go. The fact is this dollar Tree dose a lot of business. There are several registers. Theres only one open when I go there. Once in a while a second register opens up with two cashiers at this point. How ever THE LINE COULD MOVE A LITTLE FASTER I say that a lot of the time to others. Theres a lot of consumer goods to buy from the dollar tree. They cost one dollar a item might cost eighty five cents in a different store where as the dollar tree is charging the entire one dollar. Its a good store go see for your selfs.

Horrible the Spanish female manager on task on valentines Day on Such a busy day a register was having difficulty on return or exchange asked the manager to take look. the register apologized to the customers because they been waiting over 20 minutes the manager responded you don’t have to apologize to anyone because you are doing your job ohh well they have to wait .so rude and disrespectful I can’t believe it .I think this manager needs to understand is very important to welcome customers and stand your position to make sure on any longer time Appreciate your customers for better business. Unfortunately it was my first and last time. I have zero tolerance for business that doesn’t appreciate customers who are speeding the money. 👎

It is a big store a lot of nice decorations items for all events. But some isle are messy.

Great place to get last min things

Large clean store, good lighting, friendly cashier. Quality products, not like the junk you see at some of the other dollar stores. The parking lot did have trash thrown about so that could use some attention. I would definitely shop here again.

I would give them a five but most of the times especially the weekends it’s usually crowded with one register open while the other workers are either in the office or in the isles

Good Customer Service, A Organized Store

The manager Damaris is very rude and disrespectful she has no customer service skills what so ever. She should not be allowed to work with people if she doesn’t know how to be professional. Shouting at customers I’m sure is not how she was trained. I mistakenly dropped an item on the floor and she yelled at me and told me next time grab a carriage and she yelled at me to pay for the item I broke. Dollar Tree should train there employees a little better or hire someone new because this Is not the first time I’ve heard that this same employee Damaris has acted very unprofessional!

Nice store, lots of fun stuff, convenient location

I love dollar tree. I always find some junk to use in a creative useful way. Its a great place for party favors, sticking stuffers and just regular everyday items like Ziploc bags. This store is newer, (was a rite aid less than 5 years ago) and has a freezer section, which is nice but the staff always seems like they are being held hostage. Sometimes I get a nice friendly cashier, but lately I feel like they are all miserable. Maybe they are afraid of someone driving through the front of the store 😉

Update to previous comment.They are now ok wearing mask and following guidelines.Was there Friday March 20.,2020 and cashier had a dry cough no mask but had gloves. So left without buying anything. Called the store to let them know their cashier was coughing and hope it was only a cold otherwise she will be infecting a lot of the customers. Lady who answered was very rude and did not give a hoot and hung up on me. So be careful if you want to shop there they do not care about you the customer.

I love it. They have almost everything i need. For 1$ u cant beet it. I just realized u can use coupons so a lot of things r free. I havent purchased food other than chips or candy. But i will some day. Thank you.

I am amazed by how big this store is. All of the other Dollar Trees Ive been to are only about a 3rd of the size of this one. The store is also so clean organized compared to the other ones Ive been too. Its almost like its not a Dollar Tree. I love this store and I always go there when ever I get a chance.

A sales associate by the name Damaris, worst costumer service ever and the nasties attitude that I have ever seen at this store. Did not offer bags for my items, in a very rude way told me to move my things close to the cash register without explainnig that the belt didnt work. when I asked for 3 Bags she only gave me 2 Bags. When I ask her If she knew spanish, which I know she does, completely ignore me, after telling the previous costumer, have a good day, in a perfect spanish sentence.

This Dollar Tree on Burnside Ave in East Hartford have freezers and refrigerators, with some good selection. I was surprised about that. I like this store so far.

This store has poor customer service the check out lines stretch back into the aisles and they refuse to open other registers. When you ask store personal to please open another line the response is condensiding and rude one employee in particular has exhibited that behavior on several occasions. I will not shop at that location again Ill go to the Manchester store where the service is more customer friendly.

This is a great store! The variety and organization could improve. I hate seeing the long lines and only one cashier at the register.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Went there with my 3 yr old daughter March 20tg 2019 and in the middle of our shopping she had to use the rest room and they refused to let her use the bathroom. As I am pleading with the manager...yes the manager my little girl is literally holding herself saying oh no mommy its gonna come out! I have to go so bad!I left my half full cart filled with Easter stuff for my 3 kids right where it stood and grabbed my daughter picking her up to run out the store even though I am not suppoesed to after a recent back surgery. I flew a block away to the dollar General and ran in asking my we use your restroom!!!!... and a nice lady unlocked the door to their restroom and my toddler was able to relieve herself. I then explained what had happened to that woman and she could not believe it! I thanked her and the proceeded to purchase my Easter gifts and supplies with them.So back up to while my little one is using the restroom her sweet little face looks up at me and says mommy why was that lady so mean? It broke my heart to think that somebody could be so cold. I mean when I asked her she just kept saying its not a public rest room and shaking her head no...and I get that but I am a customer and in that sort if situation could absolutely make an exception!! I mean I recognize all of them thats how often I shop there.So I got in my truck and decided to pray. And God put it on my heart to go back and tell her how I felt. And I did just that. As I walked in and approached her and told her quietly how I felt shebhad NOTHING TO SAY. NOT 1 WORD. NO APOLOGIES...NOTHING. BUT.. all 9 of the other customers looked thouroughly disgusted. And you know what I at first decided I will never stop there again but ya know what.... Id rather her have to look at me and my daughter in the face every time we enter. She wont last. Thats for sure.

The store was a mess. Probably because of Christmas shoppers. The thing I didnt like was the big pole on the cart. It is in a rough area so it is probably to keep the people from stealing the carts. But I am handicap and I had a terrible time trying to carry the things to my car. Bit now I know not to go to that one anymore

The best place to shop is organize and clean.....I find everything I need

This Dollar Tree is a joke. Could not get to much there was so much freight all over the store on the floor and on uboats blocking all the shelf along the back wall and blocking some of the Isles. Since about August give or take this store has been a mess and empty shelves.

Staff are very friendly with the exception of their store manager. I always go there since is the closest dollar tree that I have to my house. She is always with a mad face & when dealing with customers she’s rude. Thats why I don’t go there anymore .
