NEU and there team are very professional and super customer oriented. I recently moved from South Florida to New England and was not sure how to protect my Jeep from the winter weather. But Paul and the rest of the New England Undercoating Team made it so easy and explained everything in detail and took away any fears I had. They are also very reasonably priced. As you can see from these before and after pictures, New England Undercoating removed, sanded, etched and undercoated the frame and all exposed metal on my 2012 GMC 2500HD bringing new life to a badly needed truck. Couldnt be happier with my experience at NEU. I read tons of reviews and did a lit of research before letting anyone touch my 2019 GMC Denali. These guys are resl pros. I was updated by Paulie all throughout the process. I wouldnt have believed him if he told me how much rust was under the wax coating GMC puts on there frame. Without seeing the videos myself. When I first went to NEU(New England undercoating) I was very nervous, I bought a car from a sketchy dealer and the truck was undercoated when I originally bought it. Overtime I realized the dealer hid the rust with the undercoating job they did. I went to NEU told them the story of how I was cond and they calmed me and reassured everything was fine and would do everything they could to make it work and stay within budget. After a while my suspensions were correct, the dealers hid the rust and rot. But NEU went out of their way. welded what was ruined with new high quality steel. reinforced the frame and did one hell of a job reundercoating my truck. It looked better than when I bought it! It looked new! I couldnt be happier with the outcome its worth every penny!

HACK WORK! I went with a buddy to pick up his truck and it was unbelievable to say the least. Missed spots, painted over mud, barley a single coat. It was embarrassing. The owner had an excuse for everything right down to the truck doesnt fit into our normal carwash. To cap it off all we kept hearing was this usually doesnt happen. We do amazing work. My guys are the best Talk about false advertising. Im glad I went along for the ride because I was planning on using this location for my own vehicles. I will be taking my business elsewhere without a doubt!

This company did a great job of removing the rust off of my ‘05 F350. Paulie and his guys put a nice layer of protectant and reassured me i can always come back to get it touched up if needed. I don’t think itll need it though! They really got in there the best they could on an old rusty work truck! Thanks NEU, look forward to bringing the rest of the fleet in as it grows!

Overall bad experience. My vehicle was at their location for over 2 weeks. Once completed I inspected it and there was many missing spots that were not coated. I brought the truck back to get redone. I went back to pick it up and none of the spots we talked about were done. On top of that my full size spare tire was missing, which I never got back. I also inspected further and they only applied one coat when I paid extra for two. Nothing was de greased or sandblasted. Also, the coating they used was not POR-15, they used some cheap paint. It is peeling off in sheets after 2 weeks. So now my vehicle condition is worse that it was before bringing it. Basically Paul is a scam artist, do not do business with him. Also his employees where drinking alcohol when I went to pick up the truck for the second time, which is a big deal if they are moving around my company vehicle. FYI The pictures from the 5 star review is not from Pauls shop and is not his work, just a factory photo. Keep that in mind when reading the 5 star reviews.Response to Owner- I have the receipt, all of our conversations in messenger of you admitting to the issues, and you even have a picture of my truck on your Facebook account, so to say this is fake is a joke. After the third time of going there for the lifetime warranty I cut my losses and realized this was not going to turn out well. I left the honest review with the pictures to prove it to let people know of my experience. Calling this fake is proof he is a liar.

Brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 on Monday to New England Undercoating, East Hartford CT. 3 days of prep work (grinding away rust and factory wax), and a day of multiple layers of undercoating later.... Shes brand new. 5 stars to Paulie and team at NEU!My truck went from Fiona the Ogre to Princess.

NEU is fantastic all around. I brought my 17 Sierra with a lot of surface rust which they got all off and coated everything with Por15. Paulie and his team are very thorough and you can see they take pride in what they do by the quality of work. Paulie does every car that comes through his shop like it is his own and he backs up every word he says. Lastly and I think most importantly with my experience not only did I leave NEU with a great job done and a lifetime warranty but I left NEU with a true friend. Paulie treated me like family. Was referred to NEU by my neighbor. He had his 2019 Ford F-150 undercoated by them. I was shocked by the quality and detail they put into their work. The updates on my truck made my wife and I. Paulie and his team did a fantastic job with undercoating my truck! They even did the wheelwells and everything! Paulie sent me videos and updates throughout the whole process and guarantees all his work.To my surprise when I picked up my truck they even brought it to the car wash, cleaned my rims and tires so it looked brand new!When you do the math- if every year you have to re-apply with the oil based under coating it adds up really quickly. With the everchanging weather we have in New England,the worst is the harsh chemicals that are applied to the roads to prevent ice and snow. Those chemicals erode metal like crazy. What New England Undercoating does is prepares your vehicle for a more durable coating.but with that process is the removal of the less than adequate coating,and rust that has already started.Under my truck,a 2010 Silverado Z71 has lots of areas that needed cleaning( scraping,wire brush etc) Not once did Paulie or his crew call me to persuade ne to give up on this,and buy another.No. NEU was professional,and I was patient. The end result was great!

New England Undercoating gets 5 stars from me. My experience with this company was nothing less than incredible. I can’t believe I’m saying this about a undercoating company but I am. This is my 2nd try at undercoating. I tried New Hampshire oil last year. New England Undercoating is now removing that garbage . In my opinion it did nothing but cause a mess.They sprayed oil over right over the rust. I was shocked when the manager Cory showed me. I’m so glad I chose these guys. They sent me videos of all the preparation they did to my 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 . The job came out better then I expected. I couldn’t be happier. The customer service is really what sets this company apart from anyone. This company is a winner. My son and his cousin are getting their trucks done this weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing product applied the way it should be done! These guys did an amazing job undercoating my 08 silverado. Other shops wouldnt touch it but these guys did great on it and honestly saved the truck. No-one else does prep work, I wouldnt have my truck undercoated anywhere else.I will be back with other vehicles I buy in the future.

I have been looking around for undercoating for a while. I saw their ad on Facebook. I have been doing more research that any man should ever do. My wife and I went with New England undercoating. Thank god I did. My friend went with New Hampshire oil and it looks horrible. You can scrape it off with your finger. My 2016 Toyota Tundra looks brand new. It was exciting watching updates on our truck. Very good company and better people.

The team at NEU do an awesome job. They easily added years of life into my SUV. I brought in my car Thursday morning and was able to pick it up Friday afternoon before dinner! What sets them apart from other shops is the prep work that needs to get done before POR-15 is apply.i only got 1 coat so it was done a lot quicker.The process was painless and you pay for quality. I plan on undercoating all my future vehicles. And now I know just the right place to do it.

I found New England under coating online and was interested because of their Facebook page. I have a 1997 f350 that I wanted the frame painted. I went down to their shop and saw their work in person and booked an appointment on the spot. The owner takes good care of first responders and military and goes the extra mile for them. When I picked my truck up I was very happy with it. For the price you pay it is well worth it! I would recommend this company to anyone trying to keep there vehicle on the road and rust free.

This was my second time having my 06 Duramax undercoated. First time was with a bodyshop which just sealed in the rust and made it worse. Had a couple of challenging spots that they had to go over a couple of times. So it took an extra day or two. Any questions or issues were taken care of no questions asked. I just had my 2020F-150 undercoated by these guys. My truck is white. I was considered about overspray. When I got my truck back I couldn’t believe my eyes . The POR-15 undercoating was amazing. Hard as a rock and absolutely NO OVERSPRAY ! My frame will never see rust ! The value of my truck increased double what I paid for it. I recommend these guys. Do not use these people ! They did one truck and it came out ok . I dropped my Jeep off and 2 weeks later I had to pick it up with no work done to it but the did let it ifle until it overheated so bad it melted the cylinder head . I was told they didnt do it !!! I had to be toeedhone from Connecticut to Massachusetts!! I gave cash as a deposit and they wrote a check for my deposit that bounced ! It took me 3 weeks to get my deposit back and $ 1500.00 to fix my Jeep . You have been warned !!!
