Craig started off my claim and made it easy to communicate through email to get the ball rolling! Dennis helped manage it in the middle and unfortunately right before I was supposed to pick up my car, he found that the self oscillating head light was broken. Even know I was upset to not have my car back it could have made a large problem when I turned the car in from lease, if the claim had been closed and it had been missed, so I’m super thankful they caught it because I fear another non Volvo mechanic might have missed it. After back and forth with my insurance company, Dennis stayed late after everyone had left, spending hours on hold waiting for the virtual assessment, to have the new fix approved. This was all so I was able to pick my car up in time for my move that coming weekend. Without Dennis doing this it would have made my life 10x harder trying to move without my suv. Amy was also amazing going back and forth with me, trying to find a solution and making sure we were all on the same page. I so appreciate all of their help and would make the 45 drive to bring my car here if ever needed again!

Gengras went above and beyond and did an awesome job repairing my car to new condition after I hit a deer head on. Dennis and Craig in particular were great. As smooth as an experience as it could have been.

Did a great job on my car but lacked communication at giving me updates

Brought my 2017 Honda Civic in due to someone backing into it in a parking lot. The staff over there made me feel comfortable and eased the whole process. They even went above and beyond with detailing the vehicle after the car was finished. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter was in an accident, she was hit in the rear of my wifes Rav4. I contacted Dennis and explained that I could only drop off after hours. I was treated with respect and understanding, Dennis stayed late so I could go over the damages with him. Not only did the shop do an excellent repair job but they cleaned the car completely and again when I was called that the car was done Dennis stayed late so my daughter and I could pick up the car, review the repairs. Had a great experience with Gengras. They were significantly less than my local body shop. Tim gave me a fast and fair estimate and got me scheduled within 2 business days. Also covered my broken window for me so rain and snow wouldnt fill my car. Amy was so helpful in keeping me updated as to the progress. Thanks so much.

I recently brought my 2019 Volvo S60 here to get a dent/scrape on my front bumper repaired. Being that this is my first brand new car I was already nervous/upset that it was damaged & had to be fixed, but these guys did a phenomenal job repairing it. My friends & family were convinced they replaced the whole bumper that’s how great of a job they did. They cleaned my interior/exterior as well & it looked like a brand new car again when I got it back. Thank you all so much for your wonderful work!

Gengras Collision Center did a great job repairing my Volvo S60 after a deer hit. The car came back looking better than it ever had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended them highly to my friends and family, many of which have used them and gotten the same impeccable results.

I recently had a large repair done to my Camry Hybrid at Gengras Collision Center. The experience exceeded my expectations, which are always very high. The car came out perfect, the staff was extremely professional and everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. I hope I dont need any more body work done to my car, but if I do, I wont hesitate to bring it back to Gengras and let these guys fix it again.

My car was brought here for a rear bumper repair because someone hit my new car in a parking lot, although i was upset, they worked with me on getting it repainted and back to me washed and cleaner than it was when i dropped it off. i am very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service that Amy and Dennis provide and will continue to recommend Gengras Collision Center to anyone.

Cant say I loved it, but they did a great job repairing the damage left by a fire truck. Courteous staff, phone calls were answered promptly. Would recommend this Center.

Very friendly and professional.

Very disappointed. Have overspray all over the car and new windshield. Also have sanding Marks on the hood from a DA sander. Unhappy.

My car was in a accident and the insurance company wanted to total it Gengras fought for me with the insurance company for it not to be they told them this car is worth saving the insurance company changed there mind all in all it was total due to issue that was found later, thanks to Greg and his team

Brought my car in to have a rusty spot fixed on the hood, not only did they fix it in a timely manner but it was perfect! Topped off with great customer service, it was a very pleasant experience!

A simple bed panel replacement took over a month. When we finally were able to pick the truck up, it was clear that the cab was left open inside the sanding area of the shop, because there was a thick coating of dust EVERYWHERE inside. As for the quality of the work performed on the truck, it was terrible. Missing bolts, visible overspray on the cab, and the newly installed panel was welded out of alignment causing it to crack and paint flake off, and spot welds are starting to break as well.
