When I walked in and met Lemma, the designer/furniture stylist, I was immediately struck by her product knowledge and kind, caring work ethic. We kept in touch and a month later we scheduled an appointment. She stuck with me for 6 1/2 hours! I ordered bedroom, living room, family room and kitchen furniture along with accessories. I absolutely love everything we picked out. I really could not have done this without her design sense and product knowledge of not only Stickley but all the other brands that they carry which are all incredible quality.

We arrived 15 mins before closing at the East Hanover location to do a quick look at a table. Barbara was welcoming and didn’t hurry us. In fact she showed us the table we were interested in plus a few other comparisons. No pressure. We left with the information and then was able to close out the deal on the phone. So far, very easy and pleasant experience...happy we ran into Barbara.

Barbara was extremely friendly very professional and we would definitely shop the Hanover location again.Because the home where furnishing is in Delaware she had to recommend Michaels interiors in Laurel Delaware she explained that is our nearest store and her company‘s policies requires her send us to that location for the furniture. This has the worst customer service. We ordered two bedroom furniture pieces and both arrived half finished. The manager promised that she will address the mistake and it has been five months now. The delivered pieces have not been repaired. Both pieces have not been finished with the final coats of finish and have been delivered without an ability to return. I would not recommend this furniture store.

What can we say … Diana and Barb ( East Hanover ) are an amazing team. First, they were attentive. They listened and heard what we were trying to achieve. They were not only knowledgeable, but also had great design eyes. They could envision what we could not see. There was such attention to detail. Will definitely return to specifically work with Diana and Barb.

My experience so far was great. I worked with Annette and she was very helpful and patient with us. She was very accommodating with helping us try sample patterns in our home and actually brought them to us and provided an opinion which was very helpful. We have ordered 2 sofas which we are still waiting on and have a rug already in our home. Hoping the rest of our experience is as good as it has been so far.

I love our new Harvey Ellis bed. I had seen it in a catalog a few years ago, and finally checked it out when a new Stickley store opened in East Hanover (NJ). I generally dont enjoy shopping but this experience was actually pleasant. My salesperson, Linda Lazar, was exceptionally helpful without being pushy or lurking at my elbow (which to me is an immediate turnoff) and she didnt push me to make a quick decision, knowing this was a major purchase. Ill readily go back when I need furniture.

We placed an order for furniture and fabric with Stickley Audi. Tedd Goosen helped guide us through the selection process and was generous with his design advice. We did not feel rushed or over-sold, and all details of the order were handled with patience and skill. Tedds top concern was that we would be happy with our choices. We look forward to the delivery, and I can see us returning to Stickley Audi in the future.

I was excited to receive a Canadel custom made dining room table and chairs. Unfortunately, the wrong chairs were delivered and management’s only response is that they promise “they will have answers” and then never follow up. They are only helpful to get the sale and then you are on your own. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will be cancelling my order as soon as I can actually have a conversation with management since it has been a week since I have heard from them and two weeks that this mess began.

Had an unpleasant buying experience recently. I purchased 6 large photo frames + wall mirror for my living room. They were on display in store.However one of the photo frames had a glass missing... which the store did not share transparently with us while packing (and I didn’t notice while buying). When I called back, they first denied it. And when I flagged it has a handwritten note behind it saying “ glass broken, missing”, store kept asking me to call back later so they can find a solution...it’s been 3 weeks, I have followed up twice but they haven’t done anything. Very disappointed!

I stopped by with my wife and at 1st encounter we met Barbara Breur at the door. I told her we were only looking and not purchasing at this time. I also shared with her when ready I want to purchase a couch by Nutuzzi,she told me you dont carry that brand but have many other well made brands. I found Barbara to be pleasant,friendly and most of all knowledgeable . After overcoming all of our objections we purchased a couch by Schillig and a Cana Dining room set.
