Hours not updated. Showed up at 645, there was a sign up saying will return in 5 minutes. No one ever came back.

Great product and very helpful staff.

Sleep number should ensure that store managers are up to speed on the products. The experience at this location was terrible, there are other locations close where the sales people are much more knowledgeable and more willing to help.

John L was a knowledgeable and helpful sales rep. Good experience. Looking forward to the new bed.

Went in just to get some information and John really spoke to us and seemed to genuinely care. I like that it was not a pushy sales pitch. I felt less like he was just trying to sell to me and more like I was being given and opportunity. We had a good conversation, we left and had time to think it over and came back the next day. We again received the same great customer care. John ensured we understood everything, answered all questions, made us test out everything and his great attitude and personal recommendation did the trick.

My wife and I had a great experience at the East Hanover Store. John, the store manager, and Joe spent hours with us, explaining the beds and helping us find the right bed for our needs. They made sure we knew our financing options and that the order went smoothly, even when the computer system was on the fritz. We felt valued as a potential customer. We received no pressure to complete a sale during our first visit. Would definitely recommend this store.

The showroom looked amazing.

If there were more stars to give I would. Me, my wife and my 5 yr old son came in to buy a new mattress. We were immediately assisted by John L. an extremely knowledgeable salesman who took me and my wife around to test drive the mattresses explaining in detail how each works for certain people. Not once did he lose his patience or pressure us into one, as me and John watched my wife try all of them at least 50 times before we made the decision to buy the one we wanted. We also left out of there buying two of the most comfortable pillows Ive ever layed my head on. I mentioned my son who is 5 was with us. Well they have a station for kids with legos, crayons, markers, and the most wonderful person Miss Dina who is another employee there. Whom my son said had the most fun ever coloring and cutting out shapes with her. If you are in the market for a sleep number, I highly recommend the East Hanover location and ask for John L.

Great sales staff and the beds are wonderful. My best bed ever. Their quilts and Lycocell sheets are great also.
