The doctor is super down to earth, attentive, honest, and has great integrity. Hes blunt but when its necessary and to the benefit of the patient. Today i went in for glasses and contacts and actually walked out getting a refund for a majority of my visit based on some un-needed services. Any other doctors office would have likely just performed the services and taken the money. Super pleased and will be back.

This office is amazing from start to finish. Jovanette is helpful, kind, and patient as soon as you arrive.Dr. Sue takes the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed or hurried as he answered all of my questions in detail (and in terms I could understand). Highly recommend.

WOW, Best experience at a doctors office ever!I waited under 5 minutes to be called in. Friendly, caring staff. Open, welcoming office makes you feel good just to walk in. Doctor Su made me feel like an old friend from the moment he walked in. He listened intently to everything that I said and explained fully his diagnosis and the medicine that he prescribed.I definitely recommend this doctor. I had my cataract surgery last year during the pandemic and I was extremely impressed with the level of service and COVID precautions that were implemented. Dr. Michael Su is an excellent Ophthalmologist. He is kind, detailed, and explains everything to you with calmness and understanding. The staff is equally as great, the reception area, and the Optical Shoppe are knowledgeable and calm, with great understanding of the products and even perform an outstanding job at making recommendation for glasses. They are aware of what each insurance pays towards glasses and other services. I recommended Dr. Su and staff to my entire family, and now the are all getting their annual exam and glasses there!

Very friendly staff and doctor has a ton of knowledge (that he shares) and personality. Louis, the tech, was great and personable.. Even though I wasnt happy to hear that I needed reading glasses, most likely due to age, I was happy to meet Terri, the optician. She was patient and friendly, and I was able to take my time to find my perfect frames. I definitely recommend their services.

DR. SU gave me a thorough exam and answered all my question. He explained every part of the exam and discussed how to take care of my eyes now and also in the future as I age. Dr. Su is very easy to talk to and his staff is very friendly and helpful.

Frist time visit, I came in for glasses, my experience was not good. From start to finish I felt rushed and uncomfortable. This doctor was full of rude comments and no bedside manor .The doctor did not double check the machine that determines your prescription, I automatically questioned this as doctors in the past have always double checked what the machine says. He told me there was no need to double check and low and behold I ended up with the wrong prescription. I was getting headaches and I felt cross eyed after taking glasses off and felt that something was wrong. After mentioning my concerns I was told to get used to it . I ended up getting a second opinion from another doctor at a different practice and received the right prescription which did not match Dr. Sus prescription. His optician was just as rude. She rushed me and also did not have any bedside manor. They took me in a half hour after my scheduled appointment time, then when it was time for me to pick out glasses, I was told to hurry up because they had another customer coming in. Also if you ask any questions they both get offended and defensive as if you dont trust them. They did not want to help or fix any issues I had. After the optician realized that she was wrong she magically changed her attitude being buddy buddy then asking me to leave a 5 star review on their google listing. Stay away from here and save yourself time and stress.

Dr. Michael Su is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I was nearly blind in one eye when I saw him for the first time. I immediately sensed his compassion, wisdom and dedication when I met him. He did a thorough eye exam and performed several tests. He said it was a cataract and had me scheduled for surgery within a few weeks. The office staff, especially Jenny, were so supportive and helpful through the entire process. Dr. Su and his staff addressed every need, concern and request I had quickly and with tender loving care. The surgery was a quick and easy procedure and it was a great success! The wait times were minimal, Covid safety practices were strictly adhered to and the office is very clean and modern. Thank you God and Dr. Su for giving this blind person sight. I cannot say enough about Dr. Su and his staff. After going to 2 other eye surgeons and not feeling comfortable with them, a friend recommended Dr. Su. My surgery was scheduled for April and when the pandemic hit of course it was cancelled. Louis kept me informed throughout and when things starting opening I was rescheduled immediately. My visit with Dr. Su was about one of the most enjoyable visits I have ever had with a doctor. Dr Su, is very knowledgeable we have been going to this practice for over over 2 years now and very comfortable the way team go through the process from front desk to check-up,one recommendation though : if they have small area for kids where toddlers can play while parents get through their checkup would be an amazing addition to already awesome service.

What an awesome Dr and staff .. I am a dentist and had some foreign particle get into my eye while working on one of my patients.. this was an emergency kind of situation and they fitted me in right away . The wait time was barely any . The office is clean and paperless .Dr Su is very thorough and took his time to examine and explain to me what was going on . Truly appreciate their promptness and immediate care. I’ll be taking my son for his routine eye exams too to this office.

The place, the people and the outcomes were great. I had both eyes done in the past couple of months and I couldnt be happier. I just sent my brother there this week and he is just as satisfied. 2 things... important things: my brother was going to have to pay $4K somewhere else and was fully covered with Dr. Su and be prepared to wait (bring a book or crochet) but the wait is worth it.

Dr. Su and his entire staff are very professional and compassionate. Dr. Sus assistant spent extensive time discussing my medical history and did a thorough exam. then Dr. Su came in and completed the exam.I could not ask for more from my eye doctor.The experience was definitely a positive experience. I had cataracts in both eyes. My wife looked for opthalmic surgeons with good reviews and found Dr. Su. That proved to be an exceptionally good choice. The Doctor is highly skilled and quietly confident, not cocky. He listens attentively and explains the process clearly. My natural anxiety about eye surgery was calmed by the Doctors manner. Both surgeries went very well. I have had more discomfort from a flu shot than from the surgeries. I recommend Dr. Su wholeheartedly.

I am recently disabled and on medicaid. I found Dr. Siu on the internet, and was nervous about how they were going to treat me b/c of my financial situation. The staff was absolutely wonderful, professional, and sweet - and treated me no differently than any other patient. Dr. Siu was a perfect gentleman! You can tell that hes really smart, but is so humble and kind,, and knows how to make you relax. He also has the latest equipment, so an exam doesnt take forever anymore. Dr. Su did my fathers cataract surgery. My father sees better than 20/20 and doesnt need glasses anymore. It was silky smooth. Dad could see immediately after surgery. Had no pain and no eyepatch. AND it was FULLY COVERED by insurance!!! Another doctor tried to jack us for a $1000 upgrade that Dr. Su said we didnt need.

When you call Dr.Su on weekends he returns your call promptly.When you go to his office for your appointment the wait time is very short. Took my dad to see Dr. Su. The first eye surgeon we went to told my dad he HAD to have cataract surgery and wanted him to pay $2000 extra for laser! Especially since my dad wasnt complaining of lots of trouble seeing, Dr. Su told him he could wait before having surgery. Good explanations, minimal wait time- will come again.

Dr. Su is amazing. Came in with a stye on my eyelid that every doctor told me I needed to have surgically removed. Dr. Su gave me a handful of other options but ultimately I decided to just have the surgery done. He did it on the spot and made it effortless. Ill gladly see him again!

Unlike many doctors these days who seem like used car salesman, Dr. Su takes time with you, doesnt try to up sell you on things you dont need and he really seems to care about you as a person. I highly recommend him!

They took $130 from me for an exam and bad contact lenses that wound up in the trash. I would never go there again.
