I just want to say the people here are A1. My Wife and I were headed home on the NJ Turnpike. Blew a tire and the spare didnt fit.😡😡After a 150$ tow the place we were at didnt have the right size. Called a 24/7 mobile service and they couldnt have anybody out until at least 9pm. It was 4pm. We found a local Pep Boys and tried to drive on the flat on Rte 18. We were making our way when we came up on this location. We pulled up at 4:45pm and saw that they closed at 5. We quickly ran in and asked if they could help. We still had over 2hrs of drive time left. Im sorry but I didnt get any names but the guy at the counter was super cool. He got the tire size, luckily it was in stock, and the tech Quickly went to work. My wife went next door to order some Chillis. We were done and out before the food was ready. If ever on Rte 18 that way look them up they will take care of you. I rarely do reviews but they deserve it. Awesome job guys 🔥🔥🔥

Couldnt have had a worse start to our day after a bungee cord pierced our tire getting onto the turnpike while on the way to visit family before we left for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, circumstances made it so that I couldnt get the spare on and had to have it towed. My wife suggested Mr. Tire and gave them a call to explain the situation. Dave was so friendly and polite, understood the time crunch we were on and said theyd squeeze us in even though they were backed up. His colleague Matt set us up in the system with the same friendliness and politeness when we got there. He even congratulated us as we were wearing our matching Just married t-shirts. They were both there after closing making sure our car got taken care of and when I went to pay, Dave turned my credit card away and said it was a wedding present as I had already had enough to deal with today. I couldnt have been happier with the service I received today and will be returning here for all my tire and car needs in the future.

Extremely friendly employees and customer service is top notch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Tire Auto Service this morning when my tire popped on 18. They were very helpful and put on my spare for me free of charge. They did so super fast and had me back on the road and on my way to work in no time. I will be coming back for sure as they now have my business. A+

I was looking for a good place to Service my older car. After checking few locations, I found Mr. Tire in E.Brunswick on Rt.18. Dave was very informative patient and professional. They took care of my car first time right, with speed and at reasonable cost. Will be back for sure! Thanks Mr. Tire!

Poor work, untruthful or unknowing of actual work done, work done took way too long.Came for an oil change with tire rotation by appointment. Arrived at 9 AM and work was supposedly finished 2 hours later. Tried to sell me an air filter, cabin filter, tire alignment and tire balancing. I had requested a tire rotation when I made the appointment and when I came in. Was told by front desk at least 4 times, when I asked, that tire rotation was done. It was even listed on my invoice. The tire rotation was NOT DONE. I was able to tell by previous damage to one of my tire rims. Was told by front person afterwards, when I questioned him, that he forgot to order it and that when realizing it and telling the service technician to do it that the technician, after saying he did it, actually forgot. Definitely do not recommend this place and will not go back!

Overall, I have been going here the last few months for various maintenance and services and overall was a 5 star experience. But recently, I was disappointed with the ability of a I would think simple check engine diagnostic. Some caviats, the mechanics and associates were all pleasant, they explained why they couldn’t read a diagnostic test and the advance tech of newer cars. I do go to these shops since dealer shops tend to inflate labor costs prices etc. I soon went with my friend afterwards that had a fairly general scanner and we were able to diagnose the check engine light and found the code. The mechanic said he can’t read manufacture code but I was thinking logically I own a Ford, I don’t think they would make it that hard to work on your own car if you wanted to or even check a check engine light versus something in the lines of BMW and probably super car territory. Thankfully, the customer service saves the review from going average or lower. In all, I did find the limits to Mr. Tire, really only for basic or above average repairs with great customer service. Anything else, you really have to find somewhere else.

This place was awesome!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, they were able to fix my car in under an hour i was in and out. Definitely will be coming back here in the future👍🏻

I was coming off the Turnpike and hit a piece of metal road debris. Luckily for me I made it to Mr. Tire in the nick of time, as my tire was almost completely flat by the time I pulled into their parking lot. I could not have stopped at a better place than Mr. Tire because they saved my skin. I had told Dave, the store Manager that I lived over 1 hour away and that I was stranded. Even though they did not have the tire I needed in stock, he sent one of his guys, Alex out to pick one up for me. Alex also did an excellent job mounting and balancing the tire. The price was fair and those two gentleman really went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone!

We were on our way through NJ on vacation and had received damage from a roadside accident that wasnt cleaned up in NYC. Our tire let go, and we were able to get to Mr. Tire and have it patched. The staff were fast and attentive. Thanks again for the help !!

Dave is always exceptional customer service and always kind/friendly. I appreciate his enthusiasm always when it comes to car repairs. They do not try to scam you in getting unnecessary fixes or parts like some other places, they even recommend repairs etc. in order to give more longevity for the vehicle. Nor do not look down upon you for not knowing essentially the car or car mechanics at least from my experience with dealership repair places especially. You can trust your car in this places hands.

IM FROM SOUTH JERSEY AND I RAN INTO A SITUATION COMING BACK FROM PICKING A MACHINE UP IN EDISON. THESE GUYS SAVED THE DAY FOR ME. I used to take my car somewhere to have repairs done, but switched to this place upon a recommendation from a friend, and Im extremely happy with the service! They were honest with me and saved me hundreds of dollars by telling me the suggestions from the last place I took my car werent needed. Lucky I came here when I did, or Id have been sold something I didnt need and Id still not have my problem fixed. As someone who doesnt know much about cars and could easily be taken advantage of, I really, really appreciate a place that doesnt do that.

The entire staff at Mr. Tire in East Brunswick are amazing! They will go to all lengths to help make your service at their shop state of the art! They follow up and give status with phone calls and assist you in getting the correct parts for your automobile. This is the second time that I have used them and they havent let me down yet. They have exceeded my expectations!

These guys are SO NICE! Being new to the area, I took a chance coming here and I got really lucky. They don’t try to pressure you do more than what’s necessary for your car, and even helped me put my front license plate on my new car that was from out of state without an appointment. You can truly trust these guys.

I Would recommend this shop to anyone ... As a female it’s very hard to find a car or tire shop that doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable or try to take advantage of your assumed “lack of knowledge” of vehicles .. I called in before I came and was quoted on a slow leak, I felt comfortable with this place over others I had called. I brought my car in and it was taken care of quickly with no back and forth .. I was not made to feel like a women by themselves which is pretty common in car repair/tire shops . These guys are extremely professional, welcoming and educated and I would go back to them for any similar repairs in the future

We stopped at Mr. Tire after an unfortunate road incident on the highway. Rob and Bill were very helpful at every step. The punctured tire was swiftly repaired, the TPMS reset, and we were on our way.

I had an oil change done on November 14th at Mr. Tire in East Brunswick. On November 19th, I see oil drips on the parking lot. After I checked the oil level, I proceeded to go back to Mr. Tire and inquire. Besides the inconvenience of going back, Mr. Tire got me checked in, looked at and resolved the issue in about 45 minutes. I am glad I have a dependable place to go and been a customer of them since it was Vespia Goodyear. I know ownership changed but same dependable service.

I have serviced my cars with Mr. Tire many times over the past few years. Each repair, encounter and business done has always been done reasonably and timely without hassle. Bill, has been great and has gone above and beyond with explaining repairs and giving advice for my vehicles. I visited Mr Tire a few days ago for a flat tire. While I was there they went over a big checklist and let me know of some things that my car needed. Some things I knew about but most I didn’t! Thank god they did that because I could have broken down again! Even though I didn’t have all the money necessary to fix my car, the young gentleman at the counter was more then understanding. Everyone I spoke with there were extremely knowledgeable so so nice. I will be going back there forever.

They got it in late in the day, checked it out, found a small leak that was caused by a faulty gas cap and sent me on my way, no charge. I wrote my last review too soon. Last time we had our tires replaces, a few months ago, one the sensors on one of the front tires stopped working that same day. It worked perfectly before the tire change and then stopped working that day. They refuse to admit responsibility and want $100 to fix their mechanics mistake. Especially after my glowing review. Its disappointing.When we made the appointment last week they said they would fix their mistake. They didnt honor their word or stand by there commitment to fix it. So from five stars to one.Previous review: The main guy we deal with everytime we come in has a great sense of humor. He cracks jokes and is very friendly. We always have had great service and never and issues.

Great service and such friendly staff, Mike H at the front desk was super awesome keeping me busy while i had to wait for new lug nuts. The mechanic working on my tires was also really friendly and explained very well what was going . I unfortunately had to wait longer as my lug nuts were garbage but no fault to me or the facility just something that happens that extended my time but it was a joy speaking with both about food and places to eat near by while i had to wait. They made it go by so much faster. Def recommend them for tires and alignments ect. My jeep is driving awesome with no issues.

I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee the ignition switch. This happened for all days, on a Sunday. I drove all around trying to find people to look at it to assist me in the afternoon, no one because on a Sunday theres only one technician. I came to this dealership later in the day approximately 30 minutes before they were closing and I told them of my issue. They were nice enough to look at my vehicle and make a determination that it was a manufacturer and that I need to go to the dealership and get it looked at. They even took the time to look up my VIN number and determine that there was a recall on my vehicle and that I need to take it to the dealership. If it wasnt for them making that determination I would most likely have taken it someplace to get a repair that I didnt necessarily need. Im so grateful and thankful that the technicians there were reliable and competent to make the appropriate assessment on my vehicle and it saved me time and maybe money.

My husband and I have been using them for years and are never disappointed. They will try to get you in as soon as possible but will be honest with you if they cant get to your vehicle for awhile so you can make arrangements to drop your it off. The staff is friendly, curtious and very professional; Bill is always helpful and honest. We like that they will inform you but dont try to sell you on repairs that can wait. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Visited 6/7/19 for a flat tire repair. Brought in advertised coupon for FREE tire repair. “We will patch and remount it for FREE” is the description of the service offered. The representative at the counter took all my information, including the coupon. He then stated that there would be a $15 charge for “mount and balance” which is not included in the promotion.

Ive had my Trucks serviced here exclusively for the past 2 years. What I really liked that separated them from all the other local mechanic shops is that I get a phone call of the exact scope of work quickly and they fix the vehicles fast and with brand new parts. Its important to have a good relationship with your mechanic than go around wasting time shopping for cheaper options. If its reasonable, just get it done

Ive been going to Mr Tires for years and they are the only group of people I trust with my car. Even if I have to go to another Mr Tire branch I am hestitant because its not the same group of guys! This place was amazing. We were on a trip from NC to MA and nearly broke down on the turnpike and limped in to this place on a Sunday afternoon. They were open, aboe to find the problem, able to get the parts, and get us repaired and back on the road in under an hour. Amazing!! Thank you sooo much.
