Great staff, very helpful and outstanding service. Just to update this, after purchasing a new bike it has been nothing but a run around circus with Raging Bull. Once you buy it they dont care about what they forgot. Service department was great but the rest forget it. They dont man up to their mistakes and offer any kind of anything for the hassle they have caused you.

Bought my motorcycle in October of 2019. It’s now March 19th 2021 and still have not gotten my permanent licenses from them. They’re unorganized and have nothing but excuses. It’s taken me countless calls to get someone to figure out how to get the tag sent to me. This means that my bike has sat due to not having a tag for 5 months. 5x$125 is $625 I’ve paid for not being able to ride my bike. No one felt any reason to offer any type of restitution either. Completely unacceptable and horrible business.

I have ridden Harleys since 1972. Retired Navy guy here - Joined up in 1967 Retired in 1995 - in all that time I was without a motorcycle several times. Kept coming back to HDs because the rest could not meet my expectations. I love to hear the sound of a Harley going through tunnels and that feeling of power in the curves and mountains. Not to mention the easy speed on the Interstates.So, now I am in my 70s with a wife in her 60s. Speed not so important as the comfort LOL! My new 2021 Ultra Trike has met those expectations of Comfort, Power and ITS A HARLEY!!!! All of the electronics have been upgraded since my 2016 Trike hit the road. The navigation system comes up quickly - the sound for the music is amplified greatly OR you can hook up a pair of Bluetooth items AND the hard wire helmet speakers as you wish. Where did we go to get this beautiful machine? In Durham NC at the Raging Bull HD Shop. See Boone a friend said (he has been working with Boone for years) I trust his judgement - AND I AM GLAD I DID!!!!Boones Team of Professionals in Sales, Maintenance, Service and administration are a family of helpers. I felt that when Boone (Sales Manager) had to leave us and do his work - his team took over to assist and they didnt miss a detail! I was escorted around the Dealership and everyone, including the driver, answered all of our questions. Did I mention that I am an old Submarine Nuclear Engineer/Repair person!!! Some of those guys can be real pains when it comes to machines LOL!!! Ive been to location multiple times and the staff is very unfriendly and not helpful. Being a non white person they look at you and treat you like you dont belong in the establishment. Trying to get service is almost nonexistent. If it was a closer dealership that I didnt have to go out the way to get I would go. Other than that anything I can order off line instead of going to this dealership is the route I always take. The owner of this place need to sign up all employees for training to deal with customers of any other race other than White.. I hope they will get things together in the meantime I take my business elsewhere.
The guys behind the parts counter are incredible! Even though I have 2 older bikes they still found what I needed and ordered it for me and called as soon as it was in! When I went to pick it up the ladies at the merchandise counter helped me find some cool shirts and the salesmen were extremely friendly and cool even though I wasnt buying a new bike. There is such a cool and welcoming vibe at Raging Bull! I live in Wake Forest and work in Raleigh but coming here is so worth it!!!!!!

Not impressed at all April was nice but went to take the academy class and the instructor was not experienced ( in my opinion ) he was not consistent,he lost patience with us, was yelling and screaming while myself and other riders are riding on the course . We could not concentrate. So why do we have to pay for his inconsistencies and his inability to teach. Needless to say the class was stopped after 1.5 days ( I wasted my time, money, vacation, gas, and bought a Harley for this ?)
Waist of time. I called earlier about a harley softail they were selling for about 8 grand. They told me that they were sold that bike but I could come down and see what they had. I specifically asked if they had and thing close to that in a 10k price range. The only thing I was told was to come down and see what they could work out. So I drove 30min only to get there. Tell them my price range and they try to stick me on these ugly sporters. Not worth the effort to go see again
Ive bought a lot of bikes starting in the late 80s and this is without question the best shop Ive ever worked with, both on the sales and service side. On less than a weeks notice I decided to ship my bike across the country and ride back East and the guys on the sales, parts and service side had my back the whole way - for free mind you. Boone, Freddy, Jason, Jeff - these guys are riders and have been great support as Ive transitioned to my first non Sport or dirt bike to the Harley world. I will definitely buy another bike from them and think their pricing on everything from parts to service to be very reasonable. Ive just never experienced a mechanic who texts me before and calls just to talk through things and teach me about these bikes - after 1,000 miles I decided to do a stage 2 tune on the engine.
Cant really tell you because we were leaving North Carolina and stopped there and it just happened to be a day they were closed because they were doing inventory. We told them we were from out of town and just wanted a shirt but they wouldnt let us come in. I think with cash registers not up its probably hard to do because no way of giving receipts and all. But we will go again sometime and hopefully we will get the chance to go there.

Have bought 3 motorcycles from this place but have been disappointed twice by the sales people say they would do. And Im not talking about something thats completely out of their control. I do know there are things you can do and you can not do as a sales person, but what they said they would do, either didnt do it or took it back. So be careful of what a salesman tells you.
I did my MSF course here and it was absolutely awesome. The instructors were fantastic and the facility was very nice and well kept. All the staff I worked with were kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend attending the MSF here and who knows, you might just buy a sweet bike while you’re there.

Got my first bike here with great help from donovan house. And since I just wanted a bike I went along with it. But his superiors the way the pressure people into getting the bike and actually get mad and make faces is not cool. One of my buddys also went there and tried to get a bike but ended not getting it because of the attitude of the managers. Not sure of the names though

Very nice store with lots of room. It is a little hard to get too due to all the construction. I was very disappointed with their selection. I had looked online before I headed over, about 30 min away, and there were 4 bikes I was interested in. When I got there they didnt have any of the bikes I wanted to see. I was a wasted trip so we would suggest that you call before going to make sure they have the bike you are looking for because they dont keep there website updated. I also had to find a salesperson to help me instead of one approaching me.

This is a great dealership. I bought my current ride, a 2015 Ultra Limited, from this place when it was owned by Rommel. The new ownership has totally transformed the dealership and its 200% improved over what it was. But the best thing about the dealership are the staff. Many of the great people from the Rommel days are still here and the new staff are super too. Lets face it, we all go here because we want to spend money on big boy toys. These guys and gals make it fun for a reasonable price and theyre interested in long-term customer relationships not one-time sales. The service department is excellent too. They are thorough, prompt, and courteous. I often swing by the dealership for a free hot dog and beer on the weekend. Theres never any pressure to buy anything. But when Im ready for another bike this is the first place Ill go.

I would strongly advise against giving this HD your contact details. It’s been YEARS now, and I still get what passes for “marketing” voicemails and text messages. I’ve had to block their numbers, but they use new ones.Also, I can’t recommend the dealer either- every employee is either stressed to the hilt, or seems like they couldn’t care less about the HD experience, just about making the sale. When I was moving from the state and tried to sell my HD back to them, they told me to pound sand. If the dealer won’t buy back their product, it means the market is gone.I’m very skeptical about these “local guides” reviews. Malarkey

Terrible customer service after purchase. Three months out and still no tags. They said it would be mailed in a couple weeks (I still have 30 day tag from May 9th) When I call (if anyone answers...) they say its been mailed already. A few days later, I will get a call that its there and to pick it up and I would have to tell them again to mail it (its an hour and a half away to pick up not to mention that I shouldnt have to. It was supposed to have been mailed long ago)... this went on for several weeks and many phone calls. Today when I called, I asked them to go look and the man on the phone was rude and told be he didnt have to, he can see it on the desk in the office. Then he calls me later to tell me it was mailed a few days ago (Ive heard that several times already... not to mention I was lied to this morning when he told me its there on the desk). Im frustrated with the communication and service. Im tired of being lied to, and my 30 day tags are 2 months expired at the moment. Still no tags. Poor communication. Lies. Rude customer service. I recommend Down Home HD in Burlington.

They do not honor there word bought a bike on the 13 of Feb 2021 and went to pickup on Feb 16 and when we got there they wanted to add 2000 more to the price that was not agreed upon this place sucks
I just bought my first Harley from them today. Ive wanted a Fat Boy for 4 years now. My husband showed me one online from their store this morning. I called, spoke to Terrel. Met him there 2 hours later. He worked out a great deal for me and I rode home on my new Fat Boy grinning from ear to ear! So Im in town for work a d trailered my 2010 Ultra Classic down to get some late season riding in! While riding I noticed a oil leak coming from the primary. Raging Bull service department fixed it, and also found out the transmission had a problem as well! I noticed this but assumed it was the oil leak from the primary! The fixed noth issues and allowed me to keep my trailer there instead of hauling it around the countryside empty! Everyone I encountered here was top notch! Thanks guys! Ill be putting miles on her tomorrow!
Im new to motorcycling and recently bought my first bike here. From the minute I first came in the door Trey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the bikes they had and helped me to find exactly what I wanted, that would fit in my price range. Ill definitely be coming back here again
Got an inspection. Not many people there Monday evenings great day to shop.... maybe to good almost left with a new bike.... didnt look more comfortable than my bed though. (would have been sleeping on it till the wife wasnt mad any more). Really should check check them out for yourself

I bought used Vrod from these guys in 2 days. Went with their finance option for buying it. First lie they fed me that Service plan (ESP) is mandatory for financing with them and if you cancel in 30 days you get full refund. So I went for it and with in 7 days I reverted to them and got it cancelled. All this happened in Oct 2019.Even Now my lender didnt receive a refund cheque.Worst part is their usual processing time as they say 4-8 weeks. I have been calling their finance managers and leaving voicemails after that time period.I went in person to talk to them but of no use. They said in 2 days we are going to mail the refund cheque, but its same story.My only and final option is to talk to an attorney and file consumer grievance against these guys.I DONT suggest this place to anyone if you want good customer services.
Learn some customer service skills. IF or WHEN a customer contacts you in regards to a 50,000 motorcycle, DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT be an asshole. How quickly you will lose business by doing that. I was going to be in the general area but now I will take my business elsewhere. Whoever is monitoring the Facebook Marketplace account, you should check yourself REAL quick and find another profession that doesnt require you to interact with customers. Treat one veteran like a commoner and we will all gladly go to another dealership where we should be treated like AMERICANS! That is what you are selling right?

Excellent place to buy a bike. Always willing to answer questions whether it be about a new motorcycle or other HD merchandise. On top of that the MSF riding course can be taken here, it provides a great location and wonderful learning environment.
DONT trust the service department. I had over $10k of custom parts put on a new bike, including a new front wheel. They rebuilt the front end wrong, and while riding everytime I hit a bump, the triple trees bottomed out into the front fender. Somehow they didnt notice during a test ride. Also put the engine back together wrong and left a seal off one of the pushrod covers, so it was leaking oil. Bike basically had to go back right after I took it home. Then when it was done they never called. I had to call and ask for the status on my own.

Went in for a new trunk lock for my 2010 Trike (FLHXXX)...and on the way out...hit a HUGE dip just at the end of the drive in the street...made it about 50ft before the bike died...these AWESOME sales and service guys...pushed me back up the hill and to the service bay...the bank angle switch had shut my bike down...they had it repaired in no time flat !!!!....these folks are awesome !!!....I will be back !..KUDOES to this team !!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They added over $5000 of warranties that I didnt want. When I caught it I was promised it would be fixed. I asked about it in person a week later when no one would return a call or email. They swore it was fixed. Two months later nothing.

We are in 2020 and they can not take payments online or over the phone for the riding courses, and since they REQUIRE payment a week in advance it is very inconvenient.

I only rate 4 instead of 5 stars because I didnt experience the full facility such as purchase a bike or get service for instance. Otherwise excellent experience. Talked to a couple salespeople. Bought a couple shirts. Good place, good people and I would go back to buy a bike if needed.
