Not a corporate store so they refuse to honor sales on the corporate website or returns/exchanges for items purchased online. Save yourself a few trips and go to South Point where they are actually helpful.

Stopped by to see if a particular supplement was in stock. They had it and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store clerk was very helpful and polite even though my purchase was not large.

The best little GNC in Durham. This is a franchise operation and thus has a better feel than a corporate GNC. The staff is incredibly nice, and do their best help you find everything. They dont mind you taking your time to peruse and are not overly intrusive which is also great. I find the store has about everything I need. What Im happiest about is that over the past few years GNC is offering prices that are comparable or better than even Amazon on their goods. If you have not been to a GNC in sometime and are considering returning (or in my case have recently returned), youre going to be in for a pleasant surprise!

I love going to the GNC store. Normally I frequent the one located at New Hope Commons (no problems there) However I needed to make a return at The North Point GNC. Mind you it was only one item worth no more than 34.00. Upon arrival the associate was on her cell, there was no hello welcome to GNC or anything. She reluctantly ended the call when I approached the counter. As if Id interrupted. Straight away she takes the receipt locates my method of payment then proceeded to tell me she couldnt refund cash. The excuse was because she hadnt received any cash today! I know from experience every cashier has a starting drawer. I really didnt want to argue so I just took the lame excuse and left. Moral of the store NEVER shop at north point GNC. Theyll say whatever to not refund YOUR money.

Owner/Manager is very rude. The employees have been “trained” how not to give refunds. I know this because my friend worked there. Some of the positive reviews are done by the manager and employees!!

Terrible attitude by the girl behind the counter with the shaved undercut. No AC. HOT AS HELL. GNC is for people who havent yet discovered the internet and its pretty awful normally, but I definitely wont be going back here.

I was hired but told i needed to wait for two weeks to start because the manager went on vacation. Upon her arrival back she changed to schedule 3 times then told me it wasn’t going to work out because i didn’t text her back fast enough. She was texting me over and over again asking if I’m sure I’m still interested in the position in which i replied “yes”. Then texts me saying i don’t text back fast enough so it isn’t going to work. This is by far the craziest “employment” situation I’ve dealt with. Very unprofessional.

No muscle pharm or rainbow vitamins. Plus the lady who presumably owns/manages was a jerk and not helpful at all when asked about said products, didnt even give any other suggestions. So overall, kinda sucks, go somewhere else.

GNC vitamins is more bitter than those other brands. This is why I purchase here.
