Where do I start lol. They know me when I walk in. I’ve come since the mall opened and I always by the .925 sterling silver rings. They are so beautiful. They allow me to try on as much as I want and I allow them to cut tags off because I will not come back to refund them. Thank you ladies.

I was just accused of stealing from this store, when the friend I was with bought several items. We are adults and came into the store for about 5 minutes, bought the items and left. The worker assumingly watched and then FOLLOWED US into Claires and rudely accused us of stealing five items. We offered to come with her and walked back to the store with her and told her she could watch the tapes etc. Yet she just rudely kept asking for the earrings that we did not take. We felt watched from the moment we had entered the store. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Extremely rude. They made me leave because I have a disability which makes me unable to wear a mask, which is not allowed according the the American Disabilities Act. I will no longer be shopping at such an awful store or supporting this business.

Light Years has good quality jewelry for a good price that you can’t find anywhere else.

Light Years in Southpoint Mall used to be my favourite store. This is until maybe a year or two ago when my friend and I noticed they were treating us like thieves. The customer service is terrible and even though they have cute, and locally made goods, it is not worth your every move being watched so closely. It makes me extremely uncomfortable and feel unwelcome. They literally have like 4 employees working at a time in this tiny store, with 2-3 of them just standing in a corner to watch all of the customers.

I love Light Years!!! We have been going for two years now and they are always adding new merchandise to their collection. The jewelry is fairly priced and so unique. The employees are welcoming and friendly everytime too, I have never had a bad experience. Going to this store is such a fun treat, its one of the reasons I still go to the mall.

I love this place! And the Cameron Village and Chapel Hill locations. I left my ring here when I was trying on some of their rings and they were very courteous and got it back to me!I also love the wide variety of jewelry and quirky knick knacks and other products! I always come here if I want to get a gift for someone.

Spent $70 in the store without anyone asking if i needed help or greeting me. Debating if I even want to go back and walk in due to the lack of staffs customer service. Also, your braclets and how they are made are amazing...did not know they were REAL flowers until I got home!! If I had know prior, I would of bought more.

I absolutely love this store and love that its a local business. Wish there was one closer. They have a great selection of everything from jewelry to accesories to fun, novelty gifts. There is something so special and different about the pieces of jewelry that there is something for everyone. Depending on the item, sometimes it can be expensive but thats the retail pricing. Overall, a great place to find something for oneself or that lucky someone.

Very cute stuff. I got a ring and I was very careful not to get it wet, but within a week it had turned green and broken. I still like everything in the store, I was just disappointed when the it broke.

Im going today! I love the slightly different, well priced jewelry at Light Years for gifts. I know Ill find something just right for my niece. They have lots of silver and silver with stones jewelry.
