Staff was very rude and ignorant. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the two girls making the food were giggling and slacking off, once I got on the road and get the food out it was cold and not even cooked. Sad to think people in these careers honestly think they deserve to make more money working and non skilled lackadaisical position.

Food was fresh. Management was working with the employees. Fast pace. Great attitudes as well. Might just be my morning routine. 2 thumbs up. Great team work

Walked in, was rudely approached due to not wearing a mask, mask box was empty. She proceeded to be rude, disorderly, and discriminatory. No customer service just your security trying to fight a customer because I refused to be spoke too so poorly and disrespectfully. If this is how your business treats Healthcare workers, then that is a shame. Not sure if this is how any business should be ran. Im disgusted with my experience in this store. Disgusted.

Nice newer facility. How, on a Friday night are you out of creamers for coffee? The place needed to be cleaned as well, even my kid said ew when we walked into the bathroom. Shame...we wont go out of our way to stop here again, and we like Sheetz. 😞

I just wanted to change my one star to five. I came in today around 6:50 and placed my order. Went to grab a fountain drink and payed at the register. Didnt need to wait more then a minute after paying for everything and my order was pretty much ready. The gentleman who made my food was really polite and a whole lot faster then before! Thank you! My experience at this Sheetz is getting better and better.

Horrible Sheetz. I hate going here. Went in thirsty and left dehydrated. Why is the drink cooler so empty? Never any options in the cooler. Literally like 10 bottles of drinks in the entire cooler.

I frequent this location, in awe of the amazing icee flavors and grand desserts by the checkout line, but I got a problem. That Chili cheese macaroni is horrible. Well, the chili is good, and the cheese is good, whats the problem right? The dang macaroni. Good service, good folks, bad pasta. Ill stick to my sandwiches :,(

I’m from PA and have been a loyal Sheetz patron for more than 35 years!Unfortunately this last trip to this Sheetz was by far the worst experience with any Sheetz that I’ve ever had! Sticky counters, soda machines spraying erratically, half the cups are gone, lids were gone, no napkins anywhere at all, and NOTHING looks like it’s been cleaned in a few days. Good thing for wet wipes or my hands would still be sticky from touching anything in this entire location!

First time going into this new Sheetz today. Please do not waste money ordering hot food inside the store. This morning I ordered a sausage, fried egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on toasted sourdough. Somehow every single things was cold, the meat, bread, cheese and egg were all cold, not cool, but COLD. And the sourdough wasnt toasted but still somehow cold and crispy/crunchy so it was really simply incredibly stale. A cold egg? Gross. Cold sausage? Are they trying to make people sick? I wasted $5 on a complete inedible sandwich that likely would make me ill if Id eaten more than 2 bites. Absolutely terrible. Ill not purchase anything but gas from this store in the future. Two stars rather than one because the employees were very nice.

I normally dont have anything to complain about, but yesterday was the worst Food Ive ever gotten from store number 676. The chicken wings and chicken strips were way overdone the macaroni and cheese was not done enough it tasted like a raw macaroni and the cheese was running and now today Im told I have to wait 40 minutes just to get a burrito I dont know whats going on but not very happy right now

They never have fresh vanilla for the coffee...

Be Specific tell them exactly what you want and how to prepare it, Theyre human and we all make mistakes . ever since this day their food making skills has gotten way better . My favorite person there is Ernestine, this girl is a ROCK STAR! I love the tea ! And the fried pickles are the greatest thing ever !!!

Great Sheetz, clean, friendly staff. Just extremely slow. Don’t expect to order food without a wait.

Cleanest Sheetz I have been in. I like the new building design. Staff was friendly and attentive. Shelves were actually full. Gas prices 21 cents less than the place I got gas earlier today. It was actually a pleasure stopping in here.

Ive been going into this sheetz store for a little over a month now . I cant talk above s whisper due to my throat cancer and the employees in this store are the best they are very patient with me while Im pointing out what I want from behind the counter and very respectful and Im this day and age it a blessing to see this in the younger generation I just want to say thank you for helping me every morning at 5 am and they shouldve applauded for the way they conduct themselves

Poorly managed. Womens restroom had no toilet paper. Would have advised a manager but there was none evident. Water to wash windshield smelled rotten (Nasty!) Price of gasoline $.10/ gallon more than the next block.

We ordered through the sheetz app for curbside, and part of the order was wrong. Went inside to let them know and the manager got the right stuff out to us immediately. Really good food and service.
