I love Ann Taylor, but this store service is so bad and have no credit! I like a dress in U Village, and seller helped me found this store had my size and called for hold the dress also told me they will offer a same price for me. All I need to do just go there have a try and buy it. But when I came, they raised the price and no-recognized what they said in a very bad attitude. Wasted my time and parking fee. I will never come back here again and tell all my friends not to go too!

I love Ann Taylor! I have been a fan since the very beginnings of this store five or six years ago. They have always been the home of the style on the west side and now with an award from LA Magazine for best graphic tees 2009, its now official. Fun, hip staff coupled with amazing clothes & accessories as well as the adjoining store Blu-82 selling funky kicks, books, hats, and other funky trinkets, makes this unassuming store on sawtelle blvd my favorite. My only complaint is that they need to bring back the monthly art shows so that i can gig there again. lol.

The woman at the store is very very rude. I love Ann Taylor but hate going to the store because how rude the saleswoman is.
