Its tough to find a good appliance repair person. Darrin helped us and went over the top to help me understand the problem with the dishwasher and get er fixed. I am pretty handy, so Darrin showed me exactly what I can do next time to prevent this issue. I was amazed by the service, honesty and integrity of his repair. Thank you!

Disorganized, unprofessional and will not be doing business with them again. Waited 10 months and day of delivery comes and nothing. Called the next day to see where the delivery was and was told the item was missing pieces and will have to re-order. I said no thanks. I honestly feel like it was never ordered.

So my wife and I have used SW Appliance for many years. The last purchase drove home the point why its so important to know the company is going to have your back after the sale. We had a few problems with a washer dryer combo, and rather than call a 1-800 number and get the run-around, a quick call to a local number, and prompt attention to the issue makes us confident we made the right decision. And their prices are reasonable too! I recommend you shop these guys first, so you too can get good customer service after the sale.

We had an issue with our sub-zero refrigerator getting warm and called SW Appliance. Technician Kyle came by the next day even though his schedule was tight and diagnosed the problem quickly, A new part was ordered from another city and Kyle came by 5 days later to install it. A very professional employee and must say he saved all of the food that was in the fridge from spoiling. Kyle not only did an excellent job he also gave my wife and I and very positive feeling about SW Appliance.

Horrible customer service!! I ordered a subzero column fridge and freezer set. It cost me $18,000. The salesman Zackery completely dropped the ball! Terrible communication of when units would be delivered. The first delivery date had to be rescheduled because they ordered the wrong freezer unit. Zackary said he would call and give me an estimated time of delivery never happened. I had to call the store the morning of twice to find out even if they had my unit and were actually going to come!

I posted a poor review and received a nearly immediate response from the Manager, Roger. He was very apologetic and took it upon himself to provide weekly updates on my appliance order. I appreciate Roger going the extra mile and moved my review up from one star to four stars. Roger cares about his customers, that is evident! And best news yet, I have my washer and dryer set :-)

Went through this company for purchasing needed appliances for my household based on the fact its a small local company, and my husband being in construction having had good experiences with them in the past. SUPER disappointed!I work 12+ hour night shifts, which I realize is unusual, but I am still the customer, right???Got 3+ different stories fall of 2020 on when my appliances would arrive. I get it, pandemic disruptions in supply chains. Fine. I was patient.Then finally got a call saying they are ready for delivery in late February 2021. I call to interact and the staff that answers is RUDE every time I try to call. Say they will call me back, then they dont.I get a call/message a few days ago (late April 2021) that my appliances need to be delivered because they are taking space up in the warehouse. OK. I call again to talk to the RUDE lady that has to get a message to whoever it us that has to talk to me to arrange delivery, I RESPECTFULLY ask that the call back not happen until after 3pm. They try to call at 2pm. I did not answer (angry?), though it did wake me up. Id like the cell number of the guy that arranges this so I can call HIM at 2am (my convenience, still the customer here).Point being, I HAVE NEVER been treated this way by a business that has taken $6000 of my hard earned $$$ in my life. What in the world is your communication protocol? Can you make a f***ing app or something? Or simply pass along your customers specific requests/needs?Maybe if I had bought Wolf or Subzero appliances at the tune of $10000++, I would get better treatment? I guess if youre like me and you dont have this kind of change to drop then you might shop ELSEWHERE.

Recently purchased 2 subzero products. Couldn’t be be happier with my experience with southwest appliance from ordering to delivery & installation. Very professional at every stage. The end game installation could not have gone better. Arrived on time as promised. Installation crew were knowledgeable, friendly, & concerned with neatness & best of all quick. Old stuff gone to who even cares. Upon completion everything was explained & followed up with please call us with any questions. I’m picky but these guys were great . Wouldn’t even think of dealing with anyone else when appliance needs arise

Update: It has now been close to a month that we have gone without a fully working fridge. They came out to replace the supposedly failed valve, but it was still leaking. We are now waiting for them to replace all of the internal water hoses. When do you realize that we were sold a faulty fridge? This is a huge inconvenience, especially during the holidays. We still have not communicated with Roger.We have had nothing but poor customer service and issues. We have brand new appliances with them and they have required multiple service calls. Our refrigerator has been worked on 2 times by them and when we thought it was fixed, a few months later we started seeing water damage on our baseboards. We pulled the refrigerator out, only to find it had been leaking slowly for the past six months. Our wood floor is ruined along with our baseboards, cabinets, and drywall. This happened last week and they haven’t come up with any solution or fixed the leak. I have called and tried to talk to Roger, but I can’t seem to get him on the phone. They will let me talk to Rhonda, who is very rude. She said it wasn’t their fault and it’s crazy it took us 6 months to find the leak. We are even under warranty! I am extremely frustrated with how they run their business and would highly recommend buying appliances from somewhere else. I hope I can change this review once they decide to start working with us.

Southwest Appliance was absolutely fantastic! I bought a brand new washer from Home Depot and it was broken, Home Depot didn’t help much with the faulty washer and made me call a bunch of numbers to try to get a new one. I decided to call southwest and they delivered a new washer the Next day! The delivery people were early and super kind. They were fantastic to work with. I will always go to southwest appliance from now on!

Our washer broke down and the dry also needed fixing. We were able to get new appliances delivered within 48 hours thanks to great work from everyone at Southwest Appliance. Zach was especially helpful in expediting the process. Installation was excellent and everyone made sure we had everything working properly. This is the only appliance store in the Four Corners that offers this quality of service before and after the sale. I would recommend them to everyone.Josh Spaeder

Thee worst. Lack of communication. No one is ever available to repair anything and they have broken English which is hard for me to understand. Id rather go back to North Philly to buy my appliances. Plus they are too expensive for a used store.

Thank you Southwest Appliance and Noah for being so GREAT!! After firing our completely awful clothes washer repair man/service center that we were referred to by Sears for never calling or texting us back repeatedly for DAYS, replacing the wrong part and still charging us for it we called Southwest Appliance. They were timely, professional and really knew what they were doing. Noah, from Southwest Appliance was polite and I could tell he actually cared about helping us get our washer problem figured out. With the last repair man I felt like my house was being cased and he smelled so bad like smoke that my eyes watered. I dont know what all they work on, but call them first for repairs!

​I just have to say how disappointed I am with Southwest Appliance​. This has been ​an incredibly frustrating experience​.​ I dont feel like we have been told the truth from the ordering​ process​ through​ the​ delivery​ and were are not finished yet​. We ordered our appliances months ago ​to make sure we had them in time and were told they were ready when we were​ several times,​ but​ when it came time to deliver we were told they ​didnt have everything and they still dont.​ We ordered an under counter fridge and it apparently was never even ordered and the cook top is put out another week.​ ​We buy 15 - 20 sets of appliances a year for new homes in Pagosa Springs and we decided for our new personal home we would use these guys. Never again. I doubt if they will ever get this order right. We will have to go else where to finish it up.​ Save yourself ​some brain damage and ​go else where for your appliances.
