My advice to anyone is to stay clear of this place. Payments are not reported to credit, youll end up paying 4 times the amount the furniture is worth, I have one month left to pay and they have harrassed me, called me, called my friends and family, and even had enough audacity to threaten to have me arrested for stealing. I am on a fixed income, only get paid once a month. I told them that when I went to get a bed. I understand these kind of businesses need to make money to stay afloat but this place is ridiculous. My bed that I almost have paid off had a price sticker of almost $900, but because of all the payments and extra charges, I have paid well over $2400 for this bed.

This place is awesome and they work with you if you are late on payments. They get the job done in a timely manner and are locally owned. Fabulous customer service with Randy being the best person. This place is a complete rep off! My daughter got some furniture here after her divorce and she was very limited on options at the time, the older gentleman was very helpful and polite to help her out obviously to get the sale we later found out. Understanding her situation he said he would help her out because he understood what she was going through. Two weeks to the day after she paid and received her furniture, she began receiving calls about a payment, and if she didn’t answer or call back right away because she was at work he then called her to work called friends and family! She was only past due 5 days, he then threatened to repo her furniture Needless to say this went on for over a year! When she finally paid off the USED sofa and love she had PAID DOUBLE the price then what they had sold to her! But like they told her it’s on your contract agreement the amount you have to pay nobody there would explain but the older gentleman, so if your looking to pay double what your junk furniture is worth then go to them! If you want to get harassed for being two days late where their inconsiderate and are money hungry then go to Priority Sales and Rentals

This place is shady beware of it! Colt and randy will play the back and fourth game one of them is a manager and owner apparently. Took 4 months to find out about a warranty and once I found out no warranty. My guess they waited until it expired. Horrible service!

DO NOT BE FOOLED! This place is a scam! I bought furniture here because they offered 90 days same as cash option which I took advantage of. I chose my furniture from the magazine & it was delivered roughly 3wks later... After it was delivered we had to assemble the knobs (no big deal - but for $1000 you think they would have it assembled prior) one of the knobs was defective... So we had to wait even longer to get a replacement... Ok, whatever. The tax isnt included in your price (supposedly) so every time you make a payment you pay tax on that payment so the entire payment isnt even applied to your balance. Now to the real whammy; we received our furniture around Christmas day, its now March 17th & our furniture is already showing signs of wear!!! A thousand dollars and this furniture is already chipping paint!?The furniture at this store is garbage! Its not worth the price you pay, I cant image paying 3 times whats its worth (which is what you will pay making monthly payments) do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

My wife purchased a Love Seat and Recliner from this place. She paid over 1232.08 on this furniture.We had to move from Durango so when we moved we took the furniture.A man named Chip called all my wifes references told them he was putting a warrant out for her arrest. Even went as far as calling with a Private Number stating it was the Durango Police Dept.My wife called him..... He told her she stole the furniture.She said stole the furniture? I have paid my payments.He proceeded to tell her to bring the furniture back or pay him 800.00 or else he was filing theft charges on her.In the mean time my wife found out she had some health problems her aunt had a car wreck and was killed.Chip whoever he may be harassed my wife until my wife just about had a nervous breakdown.He sent her txt messages demanding that she calls him NOW.My wife started Chemo and was very sick.The day we buried her aunt this man called and txt messages continually.Like I said my wife paid well over 1200.00 for the furniture.Way more than it was worth..Ended up having to take the furniture to a place that Chip told us to take it to and giving it back.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE THEY ARE THEIFS IN A LEGAL MANNER!If you do go here to purchase something read all the fine print.Best ADVICE IS STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!They HARASS you and you cannot move furniture you have paid over 1200 dollars for because your stealing it....WHAT A SCAM!!! WHAT A JERK!!! THERE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP MADE AND OVER PRICED.
