I used to work nearby and when I did I would go nearly every day. Staff is always super nice. There’s a long wait in the evenings, like perhaps they’re understaffed, but they’re always quick during lunchtime and really friendly.

The staff is super nice so 2 instead of 1. Their mobile app is never up to date, it shows that 70% of the menu items are out. If you go in, they usually have it. Super inconvenient

One star because girl at the window didn’t say a word to me, just looked at me and gave me my order, wasn’t kind, her energy wasn’t warm just because I’m also a partner I would still like to be treated the same. I said something about how cute the flower idea was and she didn’t even respond, they need to teach about customer connection here!

Amazing. Placed an order on the app and the estimated time for pickup was correct! Workers very nice and got my order ready quickly. The decorations and location of this starbucks are also amazing. Tucked away in a pocket of trees with a very close cabin feel. Had a great experience.

Kudos to Danielle and the entire closing team on August 13th, 2021! This was the best Starbucks experience I have ever had.I was here with my dad on a Friday just a few minutes before they were closing. We realized they were closing soon after we had pulled into the drive thru, and were a little hesitant to order. This hesitance was because, in the past, we visited a completely different Starbucks location just before closing and we were served pretty much inedible drinks (think: extremely bitter, extremely acidic, stale coffee). Because we were just passing through that city, we were never able to go back and get new drinks. Fast forward to this Starbucks, and we asked at the drive thru before we ordered if they were truly already starting to close and that, if so, we would politely drive away and not order anything so as to avoid having a repeat inedible drink experience from likely old coffee/espresso. Danielle proceeded to apologize (even though the previous experience was at a completely different location and not their fault in the slightest), explained what likely happened with stale espresso at the other location, made us new and fresh espresso, AND even gave us our drink for free. The drink not only tasted amazing, but I was so blown away at the kindness of not only Danielle, but of the entire team that was working that evening. It was truly an act of kindness and customer service that I will always attribute to this location.

I go to a lot of Starbucks… this is the slowest in the Atlanta area…..like painfully slow.Be better.

Went through the drive through and ordered a venti iced coffee with vanilla…what i got was a large cup of milk with maybe a splash of coffee. went inside to get my order fixed and ended up waiting 20 minutes for my drink to be made wrong once again. worst starbucks ever, don’t waste your time here.

For the second time, Ive had to leave the store without my order -- after paying! -- because they took so long. I went inside and ordered ONE cup of PLAIN COFFEE. This is not a complex order! After ten minutes, I had to leave. They focus almost exclusively on the drive-through, so ALL of the 5-6 workers were focusing on getting drive-through orders out the window.

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch but it had no crunch and when I went in the store I was informed (after the fact) that they were out. When someone orders a signature drink and a main ingredient is missing the patron should be informed.

Slowest drive through ever. Placed online order for pick up and in the line for almost 40 minutes. Tried asking if I can get the order through window but no one is responding. The coffee is even cold and not made right to my order. Worst part is they can’t cancel the order. Don’t go in there at any cost.

Rude customer service.I was in line before 7:30p. After taking the order for the car in front of me, I was told that they stopped taking orders at 7:30p. No way to turn around or get out of the drive-thru. If you’re looking for an evening coffee, there is a location on Roswell Road and cliftwood drive opened until 10:00p that is so much better!

I usually dont have an issue at this location. The drinks are well made. However, theres a lack of efficiency. Its a busy location, yes. Are they understaffed? I think so. I went in and it took me 15 mins to get a my drink. I opted to go inside instead of drive through because it was so long but maybe drive through is faster? But they really cant manage in store and drive through in that case. Like is drive through priority? They were a hot mess and I mean I get it its busy. Ive worked retail too and when things got crazy, we got flustered. They were all running into each other trying to get drinks made.

Im not really a Starbucks kind of person, but I was in Dunwoody getting stuff done and stopped by to get something to drink. Staff were fast, polite and just relaxed. I drink I ordered, A Matcha Green Tea Frappacino (my spelling is definitely off here) was made to perfection. Perfect blend of green tea flavor that wasnt to sweet or too bitter. Honestly might have to start going to Starbucks more, Ive been missing out.

I think Ive posted before, but this is my favorite Starbucks. I like Starbucks in general, but this one never lets me down with my orders. Even if theres a line, theyre still pretty quick. Always super friendly and smiling. And they will remember your name lol.

The first time I came here, I ordered an ice caramel macchiato and got a hot one. I wanted extra caramel and add whip and got neither. The second time I came, which was today, I ordered the same thing and still didnt get the whip cream. Starbucks is known for its polite, exciting, and amazing customer service. NOT THIS ONE!! The young lady had an attitude was rolling her eyes and all and I was nothing but polite to her. I will never come to this one ever again and I live right down the street! Id rather drive to lawrenceville. AND MY COFFEE WAS NAAASSTTTYYYYYY 🤢

Just left this location without items I ordered. The cashier placed our drinks near the window in clear view but ignored us for over 10 minutes. She continued to take drive-through orders. Even when I said excuse me, she continued with drive-through orders. As I drove off, she turned to look at me in disbelief. Thats exactly how my daughters and I felt while she ignores us while our drinks sat in clear view

I went in this morning for a decaf cappuccino and their decaf machine was down. Kelly went to the trouble of brewing a fresh pot of decaf coffee just for me and even steamed the half and half for my coffee. The service recovery was amazing! she really didnt have to do that for me but Im so thankful that she did, kindness goes a long way!

This Starbucks is very nice. I love the staff and I love the atmosphere.

Well, during these challenging times you can expect to see a line. Customer service was still served with a smile ... only they were out of a sandwich I ordered and didn’t inform me till I got to the window. 😏

Horrible experience in the drive through ! I said my order 3 times at ordering. Then they made my frappe hot. I said the order twice more and they again made me the wrong drink again! They don’t listen! There was three girls laughing and mimicking me ! When I finally got the drink I ordered I drove away and it was watery! No sweetness just coffee ice and caramel drizzle ! Very disappointed ! This used to be the best location !

I wonder if corporate knows that the manager, Jaz Miller, frequently opens the store 30 minutes late. I knocked on the door 30 minutes after the store should be opened and the three employees literally just ignored me. There was no decency to even inform the customers in the drive-thru that they will be opening late. I am disgusted with their lack of professionalism. Jaz Miller looked like she just woke up, hair still tied up in sleepwear. Shameful employees.

Service at Starbucks Has completely gone down the drain. Every time I do a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time it is never ready when I get there even when it’s past the time it’s supposed to be ready. One time my coffee was made wrong and I nicely asked if they could remake it and one gentleman gave me so much attitude and was so unprofessional because they made my coffee wrong. The service here is terrible I’ve been in several times where employees aren’t wearing masks I’m literally never going to Starbucks again because of this location and the taste that is left in my mouth about Starbucks in general.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE IVE SEEN!I’ve been to Starbucks in 9 states so far and this one is the prettiest place I’ve seen them do! The aesthetic of the place in fall with the trees changing color and falling is insane. The staff was a very average Starbucks staff they didn’t show me a ton of personality but it was slow when I went so I understand when your not in your groove. The music they were playing was Disney Halloween music and it brought me back to my trips to Disneyland in California and I couldn’t be more grateful for that, especially since I was only going there for WiFi and to try to relax while my s/o was in surgery up the street! Thank you guys for a very pleasant place to look at and a relaxing place to unwind !

Ordered through the app. They did not update their pickup options and spontantiously closed their front due to covid/staffing issue. Ive paid and cant sit in the outrageously long drive thru line. Would not have paid if i was informed pick up was not an option. No way to ask for a refund because they just decline my calls to the inside. So i guess i paid 5$ to get a nice glance at starbucks today.

They good location, their mocha frappuccino and java chips one was amazing, rich, and flavorful.

I was on a night drive and I wanted coffee. The app says the store closes at 10:30 pm as well as the sign on the door . However, upon my 10:10 pm arrival, I was greeted with : “We are closed.” Not satisfied at all . Please communicate correct closing time .

They make the best Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. The customers service here is very intentional. It definitely shows that they care about their customers but giving great service.

Love this location and the staff is am.. the new pineapple matcha is a MUST TRY!!!

Frappuccino machine down & I’m stuck in drive thru, 4 cars back!

Very disappointing! Got five cold foam cold brews which tasted like water and were disgusting. We were bragging to our family how great they are only to have disappointed them with nasty coffee.

This happens to be my favorite Starbucks. Theyre always fast friendly and the coffee is always on point.

Meh...coffee was what Id expect from Starbucks, but service wasnt. Visiting Atlanta and staying at hotel down the street, ordered on app twice and then walked 5-7 minutes to the store. When I got there the first day, they had lost my order and the second day I had to wait like 10 minutes. Ppl in line got their drinks before I did, so the preorder didnt help much. 🙁 Patio is nice though (pictured).

If your staying at the local hotel, then you cant beat the location, its just a quick walk outside the Crown Plaza Hotel. Coffee was great, and didnt have to wait too long.

Absolutely, HANDS DOWN, the WORST Starbucks experience ever. Rude barrista and even more unprofessional behavior...this is not a great representation of the company. And youd think during Covid protocol, you wouldve seen more hand washing.

It’s very dumb for them to close the inside of their store you’re only allowed to go through the drive thru & the line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building because their service is extremely slow. Who has time to wait 30 mins in a Starbucks line????

Kacey seems to have behavioural issues. For the record... behavioural issues and food preparations (are a bad mix/not safe).Customers are allowed to sit on the inside holding conversations with others and conference calls. However in order to place your order a mask is required. Hello is anybody there???I certainly do not have an issue with mask in my opinion there absolutely required at this time. However, nobodys there at this Starbucks lol lol lol

I unfortunately spend more at this Starbucks than I should. The staff is fantastic and my drinks are always made well. Drive thru service is pretty fast for how much traffic they see through here.

Too small of a parking lot for the amount of traffic it receives. Slow service, but drinks are made nicely. Even with the cafe full, it was still quiet enough to have a conversation at a regular volume.

One of the great elements of Starbucks is that while theyre all pretty similar, they all operate at a pretty high level.This is a newer Starbucks so it has the most contemporary layout. The drinks are solidly reliable and the help is kind.Among the best elements is that one can still purchase the New York Times! Of course, its all wheelchair accessible as well.

I really enjoyed visiting this place. The staff here is awesome!Breezy and Quita were making everyone feel welcome. They were doing the absolute best they could to make sure that every customer was happy.Please let them know how much you appreciate them. They deserve it.

This location on Ashford-Dunwoody has been operating for years. It has plenty of seating and sockets for electronics, not to mention a good bit of patio seating with tables.The interior has personality; Its very rustic. I hope corporate doesnt swoop in to update it because it would look just as sterile as the rest of the newer Starbucks.My only complaint is that the interior is so cold that Im happy to get out into 90′+ summer heat - but only for a moment. Then Im ready to get back inside to continue working and enjoying my beverage.

Well they keep the usual Starbucks-y stuff. But I really like the way this store looks overall, more from the exterior. Its a beautiful building, makes you want to stop and stare at the structure. Its quite spacious inside too.

Like this place so far...classy lights inside and outside, and opens 5am to 10pm. I havent felt any sort of pressure to order anything, and their drinks have been pretty good as far as any Starbucks would be. Best of all, the clientele seems diverse and interesting, a lot of young professionals working quietly on their laptops, which is exactly what Im looking for. Come hang out! :)

If youre looking for a place to go get a nice coffee weather hot cold Blended or even a breakfast sandwich for Danish of the Sun is brownie a cookie or cake pop tea am water milk you name it is your one stop coffee hot drink type of place I absolutely adore Starbucks and cant stay away from it

Drive thru was great

Put up a sign for the hours! This is ridiculous. If you’re only allowing drive thru, why would you make it only possible to see the handwritten hours in tiny font on the front door! Makes no sense! It’s literally such basic business rules and totally irresponsible for them. Got stuck in the drive thru since it’s the single lane and cars behind and in front of us wouldn’t leave. Totally ridiculous.

Went to order a caramel macchiato with decaf. Girl taking my order told me they didnt make decaf until after 12pm... it was 3:15. Went ahead and got it with caffeine. It tasted like bottom of the pot burnt coffee and there was no distinguishable caramel flavor. A very kind barista remade it for me and it was much better the second time around.

Great coffee as always!! I have visited this place more than thrice and you get the best of the best coffees guaranteed. Nice ambiance and polite staff, when compared to other stores of SB this ones interior and the seating options are exceptional. Must visit and energize yourself!!

Usually great service. Got here 10 min before close (absolutely not my normal habit) and both the drive through and inside were shut down.When I worked in retail, we weren’t allowed to even announce when we were closing. We stayed until the last customer left.When I worked in banking, we didn’t lock the doors until 10-15 minutes after closing, and that was already an hour later than any other bank.I’ll definitely return to this location due to their usually dependable performance, but this was a rather disappointing experience.

I just wanted to really appreciate the employees for the great service they provide.I am a regular at this spot and on a good or bad day, their staff will always have a smile on their face and work with passion .Keep up the good work

Very poor clean store. No where hardly to sit because of dirty seating tables. Outside was even worse. Paper all over the place... Sad part is, its not even busy in here. With the exterior of the building looks amazing, should be the same for inside.

Lovely staff. Very nice people. However I received both my drink and food after the people who were in line after me. I even ordered the same sandwich as the two people directly behind me and because they complained about the wait before I did, they got their sandwiches before I did. Then when I finally was able to get my sandwich after complaining as well, they attempted to give it to somebody else who was waiting behind me. Very nice people, but not so great service.

I really love Starbucks. Something about their coffee you just cant replicate at home. It is just the right amount of creamy and just the right strength. Service is always great and friendly and they always make sure youre happy amd satisfied. Their edibles are really great too if you are hungry or want a snack. When at home, I use the Via instant coffee and I promise you that it doesnt taste like instant. It taste like a proper cup of brewed coffee (with that Starbucks special something that cant be replicated). I also use it sometimes in cooking as an earthy flavor since it is super fine powdered coffee and doesnt add any moisture to the recipe like adding coffee would. Try the Via: You wont be sorry.

This place is really cute but the past 3 times I’ve gone they’ve only had like 2 people working and we’ve had to wait upwards of 15 minutes for a tall cold brew and a latte. The last time we actually had to leave without one of our drinks because we just couldn’t wait any longer. Seems like a recurring problem so if you’re in a rush try to hit a different one.
