HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with product and customer service!!!!!! The Asians that run this store are very dishonest. I bought a tube of eyelash adhesive and after leaving the store and opening it up, I found the tube was completely empty. I returned the tube and packaging along with the receipt to the store expecting to at least exchange it, but instead the Asian was extremely rude to me. He all but accused me of using it and returning it. I was highly offended! He started arguing with me in the store and told me the policy that the customer is always right was wrong! He obviously enjoys ripping people off and does not belong in the country! He was a complete JERK!!!!!!! Stay away from this store unless you want to get robbed of your money the way I did. I highly doubt this store will be in business much longer the way he treats his customers! Both times I went to the store, there was not one customer in there. That should have told me something the first time I went. I would not give it any stars, but had to pick one which one star means I hated it! Complete rip off!!!!!!!!!
