Im still waiting for my vehicle. Its been in the shop since April 1st. Today is April 26. I took in in for a radiator leak and new hose. I dont why they give out business cards because they never answer the phone. When they do call its always bad news. Example, well we notice your parts are getting old, if you dont replace it its going to go bad. So we want warranty our work unless you let us replace them or you can get it towed out because we took it apart and want put it back unless you pay us your entire savings. Really. Thats how bad the service Really is. If you are not going in for a oil change dont go. Its a sales center not a service center. You can by 2 cars for the price they gone hit you for. I still dont know when Im gone get my car back. After they broke the engine down and replaced stuff now they got to replace my motor and I never had engine problems. This is so messed up. 😞
Terrible communication. Supposedly my agent Rockelle was always with a customer. That couldnt be true, because when I dropped off my car on a Friday, she didnt look like she was busy her entire shift. It took her the entire day to inform me of what was wrong with my car. She told me she found out in the morning and couldnt call me until after they closed. That makes no sense. Shes not fixing on the cars. She is not that busy. I understand that Im not the only one getting service but a 2 min call wont slow anyone down. Dont ever get your car serviced here.
